In this paper,we construct a single-qubit dephasing noise channel based on the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)system by employing the bath-engineering technology,and achieve the construction of the tunable non-Markovian environment in the dephasing noise *** findings indicate that for the single-qubit system,the transition of system dynamics from Markovian to non-Markovian can be achieved by adjusting the base frequency of the noise power ***,the base frequency corresponding to this phase transition point is not fixed,and there is a certain relationship between it and the total evolution time of the single-qubit *** our research,we discovered a fundamental relationship:if the single-qubit system dynamics undergoe a transition from Markovian to non-Markovian atω_(0) within 0-2t ms,shortening the evolution time to 0-t ms results in an increase of the phase transition point to 2ω_(0).This insight offers crucial guidance for artificially crafting non-Markovian environments across arbitrary time scales in single-qubit systems,and it is not limited by the type of *** from system dynamics,quantum coherence is also a focal point of our *** find that when the system dynamics exhibit non-Markovian behavior,the quantum coherence of the single-qubit system experiences ***,the timing of these coherence revivals aligns with the instants of the non-Markovianity ***,our research also serves as a pivotal foundation for the artificial manipulation and realization of quantum coherence revivals within diverse single-qubit systems.

This paper presents a comprehensive review on recent development and research conducted in domestic and international underground laboratories. We first introduce the differences in three environments—surface, mountain tunnel cavities and underground coal mine tunnels—by examining cosmic ray background, ambient noises related to gravity and seismic measurement, and electromagnetic noises in magnetic and magnetotelluric measurements. We highlight potential misuse of the term Underground Lab or Deep Underground Lab when describing observations in different physical fields. We introduce unique features of underground coal mine tunnels in China, such as large spaces, ultra-quiet conditions, and ultra-clean environments. When comparing with mountain tunnel cavities and borehole observations, coal mine tunnel observations have superior long-term stability and high precision. Through observations and comparisons of multi-physic fields at surface and the deep underground, we find that the higher SNR seismic observations conducted in deep underground tunnels in coal mines are beneficial to improve velocity tomography of the solid earth. The gravity observation with a Superconducting Quantum Interference Device(SQUID) makes it possibly to capture slow earthquake, which has not been observed previously in the Chinese mainland. SQUID magnetic observations can detect fluctuations as weak as femto-Tesla(fT), enabling us to explore the attenuation of Schumann Resonance down to the solid Earth. This opens opportunities to investigate the connections between the Earth's magnetic field and the interactions within the human brain and heart. To improve the precision of quantum measurement,we should consider the possible effects of weak magnetic disturbances in deep underground environments. Transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1)has been extensively studied for its pleiotropic effects on central nervous system *** neuroprotective or neurotoxic effects of TGF-β1 in specific brain areas may depend on the pathological process and cell types ***-gated sodium channels(VGSCs)are essential ion channels for the generation of action potentials in neurons,and are involved in various neuroexcitation-related ***,the effects of TGF-β1 on the functional properties of VGSCs and firing properties in cortical neurons remain *** this study,we investigated the effects of TGF-β1 on VGSC function and firing properties in primary cortical neurons from *** found that TGF-β1 increased VGSC current density in a dose-and time-dependent manner,which was attributable to the upregulation of Nav1.3 *** VGSC current density and Nav1.3 expression were significantly abolished by preincubation with inhibitors of mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase(PD98059),p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(SB203580),and Jun NH2-terminal kinase 1/2 inhibitor(SP600125).Interestingly,TGF-β1 significantly increased the firing threshold of action potentials but did not change their firing rate in cortical *** findings suggest that TGF-β1 can increase Nav1.3 expression through activation of the ERK1/2-JNK-MAPK pathway,which leads to a decrease in the firing threshold of action potentials in cortical neurons under pathological ***,this contributes to the occurrence and progression of neuroexcitatory-related diseases of the central nervous system.

Improving atmospheric pressure vertical correction model using Gaussian function

The Zenith Hydrostatic Delay(ZHD) is essential for high-precision Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS) and Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) data processing. Accurate estimation of ZHD relies on in situ atmospheric pressure, which is primarily variable in the vertical direction. Current atmospheric pressure is either site-specific or has limited spatial coverage, necessitating vertical corrections for broader applicability. This study introduces a model that uses a Gaussian function for the vertical correction of atmospheric pressure when in situ meteorological observations are unavailable. Validation with the fifth-generation European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts reanalysis(ERA5) reveals an average Bias and RMS for the new model of 0.31 h Pa and 2.96 h Pa,respectively. This corresponds to improvements of 37.5% and 80.3% in terms of RMS compared to two commonly used models(T0and Tvmodels) that require in situ meteorological observations,respectively. Additional validation with radiosonde data shows an average Bias and RMS of 1.85 h Pa and 4.87 h Pa, corresponding to the improvement of 42.8% and 71.1% in RMS compared with T0and Tv models, respectively. These accuracies are sufficient for calculating ZHD to an accuracy of 1 mm by performing atmospheric pressure vertical correction. The new model can correct atmospheric pressure from meteorological stations or numerical weather forecasts to different heights of the troposphere.
