Tomato is a model system for studying fleshy fruit *** fertilization,cell division and expansion in the pericarp are crucial for fruit development and determine the final fruit ***3 was found to be expressed in the tomato ovary wall/pericarp of zero to two days post-anthesis fruits as a KNOX I class member,but its function in fruit development was ***,we found that mutations of TKN3 by CRISPR/Cas9 caused fruit developmental defects,and fruit weight was dramatically reduced in the tkn3cr *** observation of fruit pericarps revealed that mutation of TKN3 repressed cell expansion after fertilization,leading to flattened cells in the mesocarp and thereby thinner pericarps in red ***,tkn3cr mutants also displayed pleiotropic phenotypes including enlarged leaves and floral organs,indicating conserved functions in meristem maintenance and leaf *** two-hybrid and BiFC assays further showed that TKN3 could interact with Solyc10g086640(a homolog of Arabidopsis PNY),which has a similar expression pattern as ***-wide identification of genes regulated by TKN3 indicated that the auxin and gibberellin(GA)pathways might mediate the function of *** works revealed that TKN3 controls cell expansion in pericarps,and provides new insights into the roles of KNOX proteins in fruit development.

High-efficient rubber antioxidants for enhanced heat resistance without compromising mechanical properties remain an enormous and long-term challenge for the rubber ***,we employed the in-situ growth of Ce-doped Co-metal-organic framework(Ce Co-MOF)in dendritic mesoporous organosilica nanoparticles(DMONs@Ce Co-MOF,denoted as DCCM)to prepare a novel antioxidant that exhibit outstanding thermal *** mesoporous organosilica nanoparticles(DMONs)effectively alleviated the incompatibility of Ce Co-MOF in the polymer matrix,and the effective scavenging of free radicals was attributed to the various oxidation states of metal ions in Ce ***,by adding only0.5 phr(parts per hundred of rubber)of DMONs@Ce Co-MOF to silicone rubber,(SR),the retention rate of tensile strength increased from 37.3%to 61.6%after aging 72 h at 250℃,and the retention rate of elongation at break of DCCM/SR1 composites reached 68%,which was 5.43 times of *** strategy of anchoring MOFs on the surface of silica also provides a viable method for preparing effective compound functionalized rubber antioxidant.

目的:建立LC-MS/MS法测定人血浆中的头孢克肟,评价头孢克肟分散片剂的生物等效性。方法:采用随机、单剂量、两交叉试验设计,空腹口服头孢克肟分散片(A)和头孢克肟分散片(R)100 mg,分别于服药前及服药后各时间点采集血样,用LC-MS/MS法测定血浆中头孢克肟的浓度,并使用DAS软件拟合计算药代动力学参数及评价生物等效性。结果:20名男性健康志愿者单剂量口服头孢克肟分散片100 mg,受试制剂和参比制剂的主要药动学参数为Cmax分别为(2.12±0.79)和(2.16±0.68)μg/ml,Tmax分别为(4.30±0.80)和(4.71±1.05)h,AUC0-24 h分别为(18.69±7.41)和(18.13±6.33)μg.h/ml,AUC0-∞分别为(19.27±7.40)和(18.78±6.29)μg.h/ml。受试制剂的相对生物利用度分别为(103.2±18.0)%。结论:两种头孢克肟分散片剂具有生物等效性。

Aramid fibers,due to their relatively high inter-yarn friction,high strength,high modulus,and other characteristics,have become a typical representative of flexible anti-ballistic materials in modern *** research on the anti-penetration of aramid fabrics mostly focuses unilaterally on the structure and performance of aramid fabrics or the shape and size of projectiles,with fewer studies on the coupled effect of both on ballistic *** study analyzes how the coupling relationship(or size effect)between the projectile and fiber bundle dimensions affects the fabric ballistic performance from a mesoscopic scale *** plain weave aramid fabric as the research object,considering different diameter projectiles,through a large number of ballistic impact tests and numerical simulations,parameters such as ballistic limit velocity,average energy absorption of fabric,and specific energy absorption ratio(average energy absorption of fabric divided by projectile cross-sectional area)are obtained for ballistic performance *** influence law of projectile size on the ballistic performance of high-performance fabrics is as follows:The relative range of fitted ballistic limit velocity at different target positions gradually decreases and then stabilizes as the projectile diameter increases,indicating that the fabric structure effect gradually disappears at a projectile diameter of 12 mm;The average ballistic limit velocity at three impact positions,P1,P2,and P3,provides the corresponding ballistic limit velocity for 1000D aramid fabric,which increases with projectile diameter but the rate of increase slows down at an inflection point,which in this study occurs where the fabric structure effect nearly disappears at a projectile diameter of 12 mm;The energy absorption ratio increases and then decreases as the projectile diameter increases from 4 mm to 20 mm,reaching a peak at the diameter of 12 mm due to the gradual disappearance of the fabri

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng) in treating periodontitis. METHODS: The active components and periodontitis targets were analyzed through network pharmacology and molecular docking. A rat model of periodontitis was established and rats were treated by continuous intragastric administration of Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng) at different doses for 30 d. The alveolar bone structure was observed by micro-CT, the periodontal tissue structure was observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining, and the related proteins changes was detected by immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS: Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng) and periodontitis had a total of 96 coincident targets that were significantly enriched in the interleukin 17(IL-17), tumor necrosis factor(TNF), and advanced glycation endproducts and the receptor of advanced glycation endproducts signaling pathways. The active compound quercetin had good binding activity with interleukin 6(IL-6), vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA), matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP9), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), Jun proto-oncogene(JUN), and C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 8(CXCL8) in periodontitis. Compared with normal group, the distance from the cementoenamel junction(CEJ) to the alveolar bone(AB) was increased, alveolar bone absorption was obvious, the periodontal tissue structure was disorganized, and IL-6 and TNF-α were upregulated in periodontitis group; meanwhile, the distance from CEJ to AB was significantly decreased, alveolar bone resorption was reduced, periodontal tissue structure was improved, the expression of IL-6, TNF-α, IL-17 and retinoid-ralated orphan receptor γt(RORγt) were decreased, Forkhead Box P3(FOXP3) and IL-10 were increased after Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng) treatment. The latest data from the NATALEE trial showed the absolute 3-year invasive disease-free survival benefit was 4.9% between the experimental and control groups. That is to say, in the intermediate-risk hormone receptor positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 negative subgroup, there are also some patients with primary resistance to ribociclib. These patients benefit less from ribociclib, and they are unable to gain significant benefit even with the intensive adjuvant therapy of ribociclib. Considering the drug toxicity and health economic benefits, a 3-year course of ribociclib may not be appropriate for all intermediate-risk populations. Therefore, how to screen out the prime population for intensive adjuvant therapy of ribociclib needs to worth explored. In this paper, we discussed that the adaptive neoadjuvant endocrine therapy can screen out the prime population for intensive adjuvant therapy of ribociclib.

The La_(1.7)Pr_(0.3)Mg_(16)Ni hydrogen storage alloy was prepared by medium-frequency induction melting,and then the composite hydrogen storage alloy powder of La_(1.7)Pr_(0.3)Mg_(16)Ni+x wt.%(x=0,2,4,and 6)graphene was prepared by ball milling for 10 *** effect of the addition of graphene on the activation and hydrogen de/absorption properties of La_(1.7)Pr_(0.3)Mg_(16)Ni alloy was *** result demonstrated that these composite alloys were composed of La_(2)Mg_(17),La_(2)Ni_(3),and Mg_(2)Ni *** saturated hydrogen absorption,it was composed of LaH_(3),Mg_(2)NiH_(4),and MgH_(2)phases,while during the dehydrogenation process,it was composed of LaH_(3),Mg,and Mg_(2)Ni *** addition of graphene can help get a more homogeneous granule after ball milling and accelerate the first activation of dehydrogenation/hydrogen *** hydrogen release activation energy of the alloys first decreases and then increases as the graphene content increases from x=0 wt.%to x=6 wt.%.The minimum activation energy of the composite hydrogen storage alloy is 51.22 kJ mol^(-1) when x=4 wt.%.
