Compliant Iontronic Triboelectric Gels with Phase-Locked Structure Enabled by Competitive Hydrogen Bonding

Rapid advancements in flexible electronics technology propel soft tactile sensing devices toward high-level biointegration,even attaining tactile perception capabilities surpassing human ***,the inherent mechanical mismatch resulting from deficient biomimetic mechanical properties of sensing materials poses a challenge to the application of wearable tactile sensing devices in human-machine *** by the innate biphasic structure of human subcutaneous tissue,this study discloses a skin-compliant wearable iontronic triboelectric gel via phase separation induced by competitive hydrogen ***-nonsolvent interactions are used to construct competitive hydrogen bonding systems to trigger phase separation,and the resulting soft-hard alternating phase-locked structure confers the iontronic triboelectric gel with Young’s modulus(6.8-281.9 kPa)and high tensile properties(880%)compatible with human *** abundance of reactive hydroxyl groups gives the gel excellent tribopositive and self-adhesive properties(peel strength>70 N m^(−1)).The self-powered tactile sensing skin based on this gel maintains favorable interface and mechanical stability with the working object,which greatly ensures the high fidelity and reliability of soft tactile sensing *** strategy,enabling skin-compliant design and broad dynamic tunability of the mechanical properties of sensing materials,presents a universal platform for broad applications from soft robots to wearable electronics.

High rate deposition of microcrystalline silicon films by high-pressure radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD)

Hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon (μc-Si:H) thin films were prepared by high- pressure radio-frequency (13.56 MHz) plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (rf-PECVD) with a screened plasma. The deposition rate and crystallinity varying with the deposition pressure, rf power, hydrogen dilution ratio and electrodes distance were systematically studied. By optimizing the deposition parameters the device quality μc-Si:H films have been achieved with a high deposition rate of 7.8 /s at a high pressure. The Voc of 560 mV and the FF of 0.70 have been achieved for a single-junction μc-Si:H p-i-n solar cell at a deposition rate of 7.8 /s.

Geographical Distribution and Morphological Variability of the Rapid Racerunner,Eremias velox (Pallas,1771)(Reptilia,Lacertidae) in the Eastern Periphery of Its Range

Phenotypic traits are usually correlated with the environment where organism occurs. In this study, the distribution of Eremias velox in the eastern periphery of its range was specified, and its morphological variation was analyzed. Linear dimensions, pholidosis, coloration and pattern features were compared among 135 specimens from nine populations inhabiting the Balkhash, Ili and Alakol basins, Junggar and Turpan depressions in the territory of Southeast Kazakhstan and Xinjiang, Northwest China. The populations from the Junggar Depression(Kuytun, Shihezi and Urumqi) were characterized by higher mean values of linear characters, the number of scales across the middle of the body and gular, and were similar in the dominant coloration patterns. Small size, dark coloration and almost complete dominance of the striped-type coloration pattern among the specimens from the Alakol Lake islands seem to have an adaptive significance associated with the isolation of the population and type of their habitats. The subspecies Eremias velox roborowskii(endemic to the Turpan Depression) is elevated to species level, as supported by morphological divergence congruent with molecular and geographical data, including its peculiar type of coloration pattern, significantly lower amount of femoral pores and a higher percentage of specimens with one enlarged preanal scale(72.7%). These results together confirm a high degree of variability in morphology for ***х in the eastern periphery of its range, reflecting a complex orography and the existence of multiple geographical barriers in this territory.

Pesticide application is a dynamic spatial distribution process,in which spray liquid should be able to cover the targets with desired thickness and ***,it is important to study the 2-D and 3-D(dimensional)spray distribution to evaluate spraying *** curve-surface generation methods in Excel were used to establish 1-D,2-D,and 3-D graphics of variable-rate spray distribution in order to characterize the space distribution of the variable-rate *** 1-D,2-D,and 3-D distribution graphs of Pulse-Width Modulation(PWM)-based continuous variable-rate spray were developed to provide a tool to analyze the distribution characteristics of the *** 1-D graph showed that the spray distribution concentrated toward the center of the spray field with the decreased *** 2-D graph showed that the spray distribution always spread as the shape of Normal Probability Distribution with the change of the *** 3-D graph showed that the spray distribution tended to be uniform when the sprayer travelled forward at the appropriate *** study indicated that the visualization method could be directly used for analysis and comparison of different variable-rate spray distributions from different experimental conditions and measuring methods.

目的探讨七氟烷预处理对1-甲基-4苯基-1,2,3,4-四氢吡啶(MPTP)诱导的急性帕金森病(PD)小鼠的神经保护作用。方法选取36只SPF级雄性C57BL/6小鼠并随机分为4组,每组9只。七氟烷组暴露于2%七氟烷2h,PD组腹腔注射MPTP20mg/kg,七氟烷预处理+PD组预先暴露于2%七氟烷2h,复苏后于小鼠腹腔注射MPTP,对照组腹腔注射等剂量0.9%氯化钠溶液。比较4组行为学指标、黑质区酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)阳性神经元数量、脑组织炎症因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)]水平。结果PD组、七氟烷预处理+PD组悬挂试验掉落潜伏期均短于对照组、七氟烷组,悬挂试验评分低于对照组、七氟烷组,爬杆试验转向时间、总时间均长于对照组、七氟烷组,且七氟烷预处理+PD组悬挂试验掉落潜伏期长于PD组,悬挂试验评分高于PD组,爬杆试验转向时间、总时间均短于PD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD组、七氟烷预处理+PD组黑质区TH阳性神经元数量均少于对照组、七氟烷组,七氟烷预处理+PD组黑质区TH阳性神经元数量多于PD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD组、七氟烷预处理+PD组脑组织IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均高于对照组、七氟烷组,七氟烷预处理+PD组脑组织IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于PD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD组、七氟烷预处理+PD组脑组织MDA水平均高于对照组、七氟烷组,GSH水平低于对照组、七氟烷组,且七氟烷预处理+PD组脑组织MDA水平低于PD组,GSH水平高于PD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七氟烷预处理对MPTP诱导的急性PD模型小鼠具有保护作用,可改善运动功能,其作用机制可能与七氟烷预处理的抗炎、抗氧化应激相关。

Predictive value of total cholesterol to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio for chronic kidney disease among adult male and female in Northwest China

Background: Studies have found that the ratio of total cholesterol to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (TC/HDL-C) was associated with the development of chronic kidney disease (CKD). However, the relationship in different genders was rarely discussed. The aim of this study was to explore this relationship and assess its predictive power for both males and ***: Based on a prospective cohort platform in northwest China, 32,351 participants without CKD were collected in the baseline and followed up for approximately 5 years. Cox proportional hazard model and restricted cubic spline regression analysis were performed to investigate the association between TC, HDL-C, TC/HDL-C and CKD in adult female and male. The clinical application value of the indicators in predicting CKD was evaluated by the receiver operator characteristic ***: During a mean follow-up of 2.2 years, 484 males and 164 females developed CKD. After adjusted for relevant confounders, for every one standard deviation increase in TC, HDL-C and TC/HDL-C, the hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) for CKD were 1.17 (1.05-1.31), 0.84 (0.71-0.99), and 1.15 (1.06-1.25) for males, 0.94 (0.78-1.13), 0.58 (0.35-0.95), and 1.19 (1.01-1.40) for females, respectively. The results also showed that TC, HDL-C, and TC/HDL-C were associated with CKD in a linear dose-response relationship. The TC/HDL-C had the largest area under the curve (AUC) compared to TC and HDL-C, and the AUC among the females was larger than that among ***: The TC/HDL-C was significantly associated with CKD in adult males and females and has better clinical value in predicting CKD than TC and HDL-C, especially in females.

Characteristic absorption peak of the human blood measured with differential photoacoustic spectroscopy

A new highly sensitive spectroscopy technique-differential photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) is presented in this paper. The blood samples from 3 healthy persons, patients with leukemia, patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), and 40 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were measured by the PAS technique. The normalized, the first order, and the second order differential photo-acoustic spectroscopy of the blood were gained. The results show that ( i) weak absorption peaks or shoulder peaks, which could not be found using conventional photoacoustic spectroscopy, were determined by the first order and the second order differential photoacoustic spectroscopy which significantly improve the sensitivity of detection; and (ii) that two characteristic absorption peaks were found at the wavelength of 637 and 664 nm in all persons’ blood samples by the differential photoacoustic spectroscopy technique.
