血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤(angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma,AITL)是一种预后较差的侵袭性淋巴瘤。本文报道1例伴单克隆B淋巴细胞和单克隆浆细胞增殖AITL患者的诊疗经过,以提高对AITL的认识及诊疗水平,从而减少漏诊和误诊。

The neon flying squid(Ommastrephes bartramii)in the Northwest Pacific Ocean is one economically important cephalopod,largely exploited by squid jigging fleets from Chinese Mainland,Japan,and Chinese *** this study,a Bayesian Bio-economic model was developed using fishery data from Chinese Mainland,Japan,and Chinese Taibei,and relevant fishery economic data from Chinese *** stock assessment and risk analysis of alternative management strategies for *** were carried *** prior distributions(i.e.,uniform,normal and logarithmic normal)for model parameters were assumed in different *** results showed that the estimated model parameters and reference points such as maximum sustainable yield(MSY),maximum economic yield(MEY),bio-economic balance point(BE)and fishing mortality were similar in the scenarios of normal and logarithmic normal prior ***,the estimates were larger in the scenario of uniform prior *** fishing mortalities and annual catches from 1996 to 2008 were lower than the reference points F_(0.1) and MSY in all the three scenarios,indicating that *** stock is at sustainable exploited *** results of decision analysis indicated that under the same harvest rate,the catch and biomass in 2023 from the uniform assumption were the ***,the highest probability of the collapse was found for squid resources after *** findings suggested that the harvest rate of 0.4 appeared to be the best management regulation under the uniform assumption,and the MSY would be 200 thousand *** addition,the harvest rate of 0.5 would be the best management regulation under the other two assumptions,and the MSY would be 180 thousand tons,which balanced the desire for high yields and the healthy *** results of this study could be used to provide management suggestions for neon flying squid in the Northwest Pacific Ocean.

高层建筑地基基础概念设计的思考

基于高层建筑箱、筏、桩筏基础变形、反力等实测资料的分析指出,按传统理念设计的箱基、筏基、桩筏基础有两个缺陷:一是呈现明显的碟形沉降引起上部结构的较大次应力;二是基底马鞍形反力分布导致基础板或承台冲剪力和弯矩显著增大。为使差异沉降和箱、筏承台的内力减至最小并改善上部结构受力性状,提出变刚度调平概念设计。对于框筒、框剪结构,应强化核心筒区的桩土刚度(调整桩长、桩径或桩数),相对弱化外围刚度;对于主裙连体建筑,应强化主体,弱化裙房(采用天然地基、复合地基和疏短桩基);对于箱、筏基础,可局部强化核心筒区(采用桩基或刚性桩复合地基)。对于上述变刚度调平概念设计,进行上部结构—基础—桩—土共同作用分析,进一步优化布桩和承台配筋。通过大比例现场模型试验对上述优化设计理念进行了验证,并应用于10余项工程,取得了良好的技术经济效果。

In the context of the new normal of high-quality agricultural development,it is necessary to accelerate the comprehensive connection of scientific and technological services of provincial agricultural research institutes and industries,and mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific and technological service *** the new normal,traditional service types are single,technology promotion and training are becoming narrower and *** article analyzed the problems in scientific and technological services of provincial agricultural research institutes,including lack of comprehensive demonstration bases,not close cooperation between scientific and technological and the government and new business entities,and lack of incentive ***,it came up with some pertinent recommendations such as improving supporting mechanism construction,making classified evaluation,and changing the scientific and technological service concepts.

Through analysis of trap catches and fruit decay rate of different pear varieties,it was found that there were significant differences in parasitization of Grapholitha molesta（ Busck） among different pear varieties. The trap catches of Huangguan pear was the highest; the fruit decay rate of Xueqing pear was extremely higher than those of other varieties; the trap catches of early red comice were significantly lower than those of other varieties,and no injured fruits were found.

Some Thoughts on the Scientific Research Management of Young Scientific Research Managers in Research Institutes

In this paper, the problem of H∞ nonlinear stochastic stability analysis for a class singular systems with Markovian jumping parameters and time-varying delay is addressed. The discrete delay is assumed to be time-varying and belong to a given interval. Based on LMIs（linear matrix inequality） approach, a delay depended condition is proposed, which ensure the singular system is stochastically stable with H∞ performance. An examples is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

高分影像树种分类的最优分割尺度确定方法

【目的】研究面向对象树种分类过程中多尺度分割算法参数组合确定方法,寻找替代传统依赖于参考多边形的最优分割尺度评价方式,并对ESP2工具所得最优分割尺度对树种分类的适宜性做出定量评价。【方法】以黑龙江省伊春市桦皮羌子林场为研究区,基于GF-2遥感影像数据,开展面向对象分类的分割试验。利用ESP2工具找出固定尺度范围内(100~400,步长为1)同质性局部方差变化率随分割尺度变化曲线中明显峰值所对应的分割尺度,将其定义为最优分割尺度范围。执行最佳同质性准则组合参数配合下最优分割尺度范围内各尺度的多尺度分割,统计树种样本点对在各分割结果中的分布情况并记录分割时间,通过对比树种样本点对正确落入相邻对象比和分割时长来确定最优分割尺度。【结果】相同尺度下的同质性准则组合参数试验表明,当组合两因子参数分别为shape=0.5、compactness=0.3时,其分割效果相对最好。基于树种样本点对的分割结果评价表明,树种样本点对正确落入比最高时对应的分割尺度参数为259,210对相异相邻树种样本点对中共有203对样本点正确落入相邻分割对象中。最优分割尺度范围内各分割结果的矢量距离指数和ED3modified指数表明,其评价结果与基于树种样本点对的评价结果相吻合。【结论】不同同质性准则组合参数对分割结果的影响具有明显差异,设计高效的试验方案寻找该组合十分必要。基于树种样本的评价方法充分利用地面调查数据,将以往评价中常用的多边形样本简化为点样本,可避免人工勾画真实地物边界的繁杂工作量。将分割效率考虑在内的最优分割尺度评价点指数方法与基于对象匹配法或面积相近原理的评价方法相比,可提高操作上的简易性和评价因素的全面性。
