Dear Editor,Phospholipid molecules are unevenly distributed in membrane bilayers of eukaryotic cells.Phosphatidylethanolamine(PE)and phosphatidylserine(PS)are concentrated in the cytoplasmic leaflet,whereas phosphatidylcholine(PC)is enriched in the exoplasmic leaflet(lumenal or extracellular leaflet)(van Meer et al.2008).Type 4 P-type ATPases(P4-ATPases)are the phospholipid flippases which move specific lipids from the exoplasmic leaflet to the cytoplasmic leaflet.P4-ATPases belong to the P-type ATPase family.P4-ATPases are conserved in eukaryotes.

碳酸岩型稀土矿床是全球稀土最主要的来源。磷酸盐是该成矿体系中常见的组分,但对其在碳酸岩稀土成矿过程中的具体作用仍缺少系统的认识。笔者等综述了磷酸盐在碳酸岩岩浆形成、演化和稀土富集成矿过程中作用,并提出现存问题和研究展望。磷在碳酸盐熔体中具有很高的溶解度。磷的存在有利于稀土在地幔极低程度部分熔融过程和碳酸盐—硅酸盐液态不混溶过程中优先进入碳酸盐熔体,形成初始碳酸盐熔体中稀土的预富集。碳酸岩岩浆演化过程中,稀土将优先进入到不混溶的磷酸盐熔体或独居石和磷灰石等磷酸盐矿物中,这些熔体和矿物的行为很可能是控制体系中稀土行为和成矿潜力的关键因素。岩浆作用过程中形成的富稀土磷酸盐矿物还可为热液阶段稀土矿化提供成矿物质来源。磷酸盐还是热液过程中稀土的有效沉淀剂,有利于轻重稀土矿物在流体晚期阶段成矿。未来工作应更多关注磷酸盐在碳酸岩岩浆演化过程中的作用及其中重稀土的富集机理研究,针对具体成岩成矿过程开展实验岩石学和熔体包裹体研究。

目的探究达格列净联合厄贝沙坦治疗合并高血压糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选取2021年8月—2023年9月安溪县医院肾内科收治的100例高血压合并糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组接受厄贝沙坦+二甲双胍+卡托普利片治疗,研究组接受厄贝沙坦+达格列净治疗,比较两组患者血糖水平、肾功能指标及不良事件总发生率。结果治疗2个月后,研究组患者空腹血糖(5.69±1.69)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.56±1.98)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.32±0.69)%水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.404、3.941、10.219,P均0.05)。结论高血压合并糖尿病肾病患者在治疗中选择达格列净联合厄贝沙坦治疗,可改善其血糖水平及肾功能指标。

Characteristics Analysis and Risk Assessment of Extreme Water Levels Based on 60-Year Observation Data in Xiamen, China

Extreme water levels are related to astronomical tides and storm surges.Eleven typhoon systems,which have caused extreme water level rises,were selected based on 60-yr water level data from the Xiamen tide gauge station.In these 11 typhoon systems,the astronomical tide component accounts for 71%-95%of the total water level.The Gumbel distribution of extreme water level rise was estimated,and the impact of typhoon surges on water levels during the return period was analyzed.The ex-treme tide levels caused by typhoons Herb(1996)and Dujuan(2015)are much higher than those of other typhoons and correspond to the return period of 76 yr and 71 yr,respectively.The differences of sea levels in the presence and absence of these two typhoons in the 10-100 yr return period are 5.8-11.1 cm.For the 100-yr return period,the total risks within 10,25,50,and 100 yr increase by 94.3%,85.4%,72.9%,and 54.4%,respectively,if the Herb and Dujuan are not considered.Assuming that typhoon Herb(1996)occurred during the highest astronomical tide,it will produce a water level higher than that of the 1000-yr return period.Sea level rise has an important influence on the water level return period,and the contribution of nonlinear sea level rise in the next 100 yr is estimated to be 10.34%.

Study Objectives: To analyze the efficacy of adenotonsillectomy(T&A) or adenoidectomy(AD) on central sleep apnea(CSA) in children with adenotonsillar or adenoidal hypertrophy, and explore the influencing factors.Methods: Children with central sleep apnea index(CAI) ≥1 event/h and underwent T&A or AD due to adenotonsillar or adenoidal hypertrophy from June 2017 to June 2022 were included in the study.Baseline and postoperative polysomnography(PSG) parameters were compared to assess the effects of T&A or AD on CSA in children with adenotonsillar or adenoidal hypertrophy, the factors which might influence the efficacy were also analyzed.Results: A total of 1068 children underwent T&A or AD after PSG study during this period, 599(56.09%) subjects demonstrated CAI ≥ 1 event/h.Finally,134 children completed postoperative PSG 3-6 months after surgery and were included in the study.Compared with the baseline, CAI was globally reduced after surgery(2.7 &1.3, P<0.001).The postoperative CAI of 69(51.49%) children showed significant improvement(≥50%).The preoperative CAI, apnea hypopnea index(AHI) and arousal index of significant improvement group were statistically higher than those of the others(P<0.05).Moreover, improvement of CSA linearly associated with the age of children.Conclusions: The incidence of central sleep apnea is high in children with sleep-disordered breathing which caused by adenotonsillar or adenoidal hypertrophy.T&A or AD can effectively improve CSA, and children with higher preoperative CAI and AHI was more like to get a greater improvement in CSA.

Elucidating Structures of Complex Organic Compounds Using a Machine Learning Model Based on the 13C NMR Chemical Shifts

Objective: To assess changes in polysomnography(PSG) parameters after adenotonsillectomy or adenoidectomy in Chinese children with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA).Subjects and Methods.Consecutive Chinese pediatric OSA subjects who underwent adenotonsillectomy or adenoidectomy from June 2017 to June 2022 were included.The baseline and postoperative PSG parameters were analyzed and compared.Factors that might influence the efficacy of surgery were also assessed.Results: A total of 1,068 children underwent adenotonsillectomy or adenoidectomy during the study period, of whom, 595 children were diagnosed with OSA by PSG and were involved in the analysis of preoperative PSG results.Regarding the respiratory event, 443 subjects exhibited hypopnea dominant, 94 subjects are central apnea dominant, only 58 subjects showed obstructive apnea dominant.169 children completed postoperative PSG at 3-6 months after surgery and were included in outcome analysis.Compared with the baseline data, the surgery significantly decreased apnea-hypopnea index(AHI)(11.5 to 2.2 events/h, P<0.001) and oxygen desaturation index(ODI)(7.0 to 1.9 events/h, P<.001), and the postoperative stage 1(N1) sleep duration was significantly shortened(P <0.05), while postoperative rapid eye movement(REM) sleep duration was prolonged(P <0.05).The overall surgical success rate was 87.57%(148/169).Subgroup analysis showed that the PSG parameters were more significantly improved in the hypopnea-dominant group than those in the other two groups.Adenotonsillectomy exhibited a higher efficacy compared with adenoidectomy in improving respiratory events and sleep architecture although the surgical success rate did not significantly differ between the two groups.Conclusion: Hypopnea was the dominant respiratory event of pediatric OSA.Adenotonsillectomy or adenoidectomy could significantly decrease the incidence of respiratory events and improve sleep quality in children with OSA.Moreover, hypopnea-dominant group was more likely to get a greater improvement in PSG paramet

We present a protocol that combines the support vector machine(SVM)model with accurate 13C chemical shift calculations at the xOPBE/6-311+G(2d,p)level of theory,denoted as SVM-M(i.e.,SVM for magnetic property).We show here that this SVM-M protocol is a versatile tool for identifying the structural and stereochemical assignment of complex organic compounds with high confidence.Of particular significance is that,by utilizing the dual role of the decision values in SVM,the present SVM-M protocol provides an accurate yet efficient solution to simultaneously handle the classification issue(i.e.,“is a given structure correct or incorrect?”)and the comparison-based problem(i.e.,“which structure is more likely to be correct or wrong among several candidate structures?”).A significantly high success rate has been reached(i.e.,∼100%on a set of 760 sample molecules with 1592813C chemical shifts),which makes the SVMM protocol a powerful tool for routine applications in structural and stereochemical assignments,as well as in detecting misassignments,for complex organic compounds,including natural products.

Multiresonance(MR)emitters featuring narrowband emissions and theoretically 100%exciton harvesting are great potential for organic light-emitting diode(OLED)applications.However,how to functionalize MR molecules without scarifying emission color purity is still a key challenge.Herein,we report a feasible strategy for selective optimization of MR molecules,which is demonstrated by a blue MR emitter tCBNDASPO substituted with a diphenylphosphine oxide(DPPO)group.Compared to its DPPO-free parent molecule,tCBNDASPO preserves narrowband feature with full widths at half maximum(FWHM)values of 28 nm in film and 32 nm in OLEDs and achieves 40%increased photoluminescence(92%)and electroluminescence quantum efficiencies(28%).It is showed that insulation effect of P=O effectively confines the singlet excited state on MR core to keep emission color purity,and its induction effect enhances singlet radiation and triplet-to-singlet conversion.This synergism for selective optimization is based on rational linkage between MR core and functional groups.

The expert system for judging blast furnace conditions is developed based on the thought of artificial intelligence,knowledge engineering and fuzzy theory to realize the automation of blast furnace condition judgement and standardization of operation.This paper discusses the design and implementation of the blast furnace expert system.Satisfactory results have been obtained.
