Three-dimensional-printed(3 D-P) titanium implants display many advantages, such as design flexibility,higher efficiency, the capability to easily construct complex or customized structures, etc., and is believed to potentially replace traditional implants. However, the biological performance of the 3 D-P titanium surface has not been investigated systematically. Herein, we analyzed the surface characteristics of 3 D-P Ti6 Al4 V implants and evaluated the biological responses of bone marrow derived mesenchymal stromal cells(BMSCs) to the 3 D-P surface in vitro. Moreover, after implantation into the rat femoral condyle for3 and 6 weeks, the osseointegration performance was evaluated. The results showed the 3 D-P Ti6 Al4 V implant presented distinct fluctuant macroscale rough surface and relatively better hydrophilicity which enhanced the adhesion, proliferation, osteogenic differentiation and angiogenetic factor expression of BMSCs. Moreover, the in vivo osseointegration performance was also better than that of the control group at the early stage. The present study suggested the 3 D-P titanium alloy is a promising candidate to be used as implant material.

In this study, the differences in reservoir parameters, such as pore radius, throat radius, and pore-throat ratio, between the east and west subsags of the Lishui Sag are analyzed by using data obtained from a constant-rate mercury injection experiment. Furthermore, the quality of the reservoirs in the two subsags is systematically evaluated. Results show that the throat radius of the Lishui west subsag is larger than that of the east subsag, and this parameter has a positive correlation with reservoir quality. However, the pore-throat ratio of the east subsag is larger than that of the west subsag, which has an inverse relationship with reservoir quality. The main reasons for this reservoir difference can be attributed to sedimentation and diagenesis. The sedimentary facies types of the Lishui east subsag are the fan delta, shore lake, shallow lake, and shore shallow lake;their sandstone composition maturity is low;the clay mineral content is high;and the rock has undergone strong diagenesis. Therefore, the physical conditions of the reservoir are poor. However, the sandstones in the Lishui west subsag have weak cementation and compaction, mainly with an intergranular pore structure type, which leads to good connectivity between pores. Therefore, the storage performance and seepage capacity of the Lishui west subsag are better than those of the east subsag;the west subsag is the main area of oil and gas accumulation, as confirmed in the process of exploration and development.

Many types of sedimentary systems occur in the middle of the third member of the Shahejie Formation(E_(2)S_(3)^(2))of the Paleogene in the Dongying Sag east of the Bohai Bay Basin.Due to the topography and material supply,traction and gravity flow depositions are intertwined in this area,and the sand body types are complex and diverse,making it challenging to improve the accuracy of their description and prediction and restricting oil reservoir exploration and development.Therefore,this paper documents our systematic study of the sedimentary characteristics of the southern slope of Dongying Depression,the formation mechanism of different sand body types,and the prediction of sand body distribution.First,according to the coring well’s single-well facies and vertical rock sequence,nine single lithofacies types and five lithofacies association types were identified.Combined with the well logging facies marks of all wells,the depositional models of delta and gravity flow depositional systems were established in the study area.Then,the gravity flow was divided into slip,collapse,debris flow,and turbidity flow according to its development mechanism.Finally,the distribution law of the gravity flow sedimentary facies type was predicted.Gravity flow sliding deposits are primarily distributed near the delta front,slump and clastic flow deposits are distributed near the far slope,and turbidity current deposits are distributed at the far slope.With the gradual shrinkage of the water body in the north-west direction and the continuous advancement of the river delta,the gravity flow sand body gradually disappears in the late E_(2)S_(3)^(2) and transits to delta plain deposition.

Interaction of environmental pollution between peripheral areas has become a central topic in the field of resources and environment but little is known about the actual impact on peripheral areas in the current literature.This paper sets out a simultaneous equation model to investigate the spillover effect of environmental pollution between China's peripheral areas utilizing the panel data of 218 cities in China.Making use of indicators for measuring the impact on environmental pollution,it identifies that environmental pollution between cities of China has a significant two-way spillover effect.After standardization of variables,it is found that the spillover effect of peripheral areas on urban environmental pollution cannot be neglected.Nearly,a third of the environmental pollution level in a city is induced by the environmental pollution in peripheral areas.If the indicator of environmental pollution in peripheral areas is missing,wrong conclusions will be drawn.Therefore,government should shift the emphasis of environmental regulation from local to global,and improve the overall environmental quality through coordinated management of regional environment.

本研究基于语料库标注数据,首先探讨制约“X不比/没有/不如YZ”变体选择的显著因素及其影响效应,发现当语域偏向书面语、比较项和被比项为无生、结论项极性体现为积极义、比较点出现时,结构选择上倾向于“X没有YZ”“X不如YZ”,但是当比较项和被比项词长不等时,结构选择上倾向于“X不比YZ”。本研究发现“X不比/没有/不如YZ”变体选择是多个因素互相作用的结果,而且不同因素之间常常呈现出复杂的多重交互效应。最后发现对“X不比/没有/不如YZ”变体选择具有显著影响的预测变量,按照其相对重要性由高到低依次是:结论项极性、语域、比较点的位置、被比项的生命度、比较项和被比项的词长、比较项的生命度。

Tomato is an important vegetable crop and fluctuating available soil phosphate(Pi)level elicits several morpho-physiological responses driven by underlying molecular responses.Therefore,understanding these molecular responses at the gene and isoform levels has become critical in the quest for developing crops with improved Pi use efficiency.A quantitative time-series RNA-seq analysis was performed to decipher the global transcriptomic changes that accompany Pi starvation in tomato.Apart from changes in the expression levels of genes,there were also alterations in the expression of alternatively-spliced transcripts.Physiological responses such as anthocyanin accumulation,reactive oxygen species generation and cell death are obvious 7 days after Pi deprivation accompanied with the maximum amount of transcriptional change in the genome making it an important stage for in-depth study while studying Pi stress responses(PSR).Our study demonstrates that transcriptomic changes under Pi deficiency are dynamic and complex in tomato.Overall,our study dwells on the dynamism of the transcriptome in eliciting a response to adapt to low Pi stress and lays it bare.Findings from this study will prove to be an invaluable resource for researchers using tomato as a model for understanding nutrient deficiency.

In molecular modeling of electrical double layers(EDLs), the constant charge method(CCM) is prized for its computational efficiency but cannot maintain electrode equipotentiality like the more resourceintensive constant potential method(CPM), potentially leading to inaccuracies. In certain scenarios,CCM can yield results identical to CPM. However, there are no clear guidelines to determine when CCM is sufficient and when CPM is required. Here, we conduct a series of molecular simulations across various electrodes and electrolytes to present a comprehensive comparison between CCM and CPM under different charging modes. Results reveal that CCM approximates CPM effectively in capturing equilibrium EDL and current-driven dynamics in open electrode systems featuring ionic liquids or regular concentration aqueous electrolytes, while CPM is indispensable in scenarios involving organic and highly concentrated aqueous electrolytes, nanoconfinement effects, and voltage-driven dynamics. This work helps to select appropriate methods for modeling EDL systems, prioritizing accuracy while considering computational efficiency.

自20世纪媒介技术迅猛发展以来,对于媒介的认识和争论一直没有停止,传播学和媒介研究也正是在此背景下不断发展前行。上世纪六十、七十年代媒介研究范式变革时期,鲍德里亚与恩岑斯贝格两位思想家就媒介理论的基本认识展开一场争论,秉持法兰克福学派传统的恩岑斯贝格在法国"五月风暴"的氤氲下推进本雅明的技术文化理论,发展出了意识工业概念,对于思考媒介理论的合法性问题具有重要意义;对于鲍德里亚来说,媒介技术的"进化",实为一种拟真替代本真的社会交往,以媒介技术为中介的传播活动中,最终将导致人的本真缺失,因而宣告传统媒介理论已失去解释力。本文认为,这两个看似不在一个水平线上的对话实则包含了媒介理论研究的两种路径,即作为生产工具的技术论与作为传播工具的文化论。当我们在回顾和梳理鲍德里亚和恩岑斯贝格的争论时,需要从媒介化社会的视角来重新审视媒介理论的技术论和文化论之间的平衡。

以“汉语国际教育”高年级在校生问卷调查的数据为基础,从“学生自身情况”“教师情况”“课程设置”等方面,分析目前“汉语国际教育”专业院校在学科建设上的困境:学生流失情况严重,就业状态与本学科不相符;教师缺乏专业学术背景和教学经验。在此基础上提出了五条对策:加大“汉语国际教育”专业的招生宣传力度;结合学校和学生实际情况进行课程设置;把“专业背景”和“是否有汉语国际教育经验”作为招聘教师的重要条件;制定“积极走出去”的发展策略,建设“海外实习基地”;积极为学生创造观摩汉语课堂的机会。
