Attractive nanofiber structure based on Cu-Ti/metal sandwich film with excellent electrocatalytic performance for ethanol oxidation

The support materials are an important part of catalysts and they are the dispersant,adhesive,and support for other components.In this study,three types of thin films with different structures were used as the precursor to prepare loading Pd catalysts.The one-step dealloying method was used to prepare a semiconductor nanofiber film(NFF)support material with upward directional growth from the substrate.Pd/NFF and Pd/Ni O/NFF loaded Pd catalysts were prepared using NFF as the support material,and the electrochemical catalytic properties for ethanol oxidation in alkaline media were studied.Cyclic votammetry showed that the NFF support material effectively inhibited agglomeration of palladium,increased the number of active sites of Pd,and improved the electrocatalytic properties of Pd for ethanol oxidation.In addition,the Pd/Ni O/NFF loaded Pd catalyst obtained by modification with nickel oxide significantly improved the electrocatalytic performance for ethanol oxidation compared with the Pd/NFF loaded Pd catalyst.These results show that Ni O is conductive to absorption of oxygen-containing groups on the surface of the catalyst and can further improve the electrocatalytic ability of Pd for ethanol oxidation.All of the above results demonstrate that the support material prepared by the dealloying method has application prospects in load-type catalysts.

To the Editor:Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest(OHCA)is a serious threat to people's lives and safety.The annual incidence of OHCA in North America is approximately 55/100,000,and it is approximately 59/100,000 in Asia.[1,2]How can the success rate of resuscitation be improved in patients with cardiac arrest?The American Heart Association(AHA)and the European Resuscitation Council have put forward their own cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)guidelines,which are constantly updated with the latest research evidence.CPR training is also an important part of the guidelines.[3,4]Chinese colleagues also try to improve the success rate of rescuing patients with cardiac arrest based on the experience of their international counterparts and combine it with Chinese characteristics.CPR training is in full swing,which includes the training of first responders and medical staff.

The path planning of autonomous mobile robots(PPoAMR)is a very complex multi-constraint problem.The main goal is to find the shortest collision-free path from the starting point to the target point.By the fact that the PPoAMR problem has the prior knowledge that the straight path between the starting point and the target point is the optimum solution when obstacles are not considered.This paper proposes a new path planning algorithm based on the prior knowledge of PPoAMR,which includes the fitness value calculation method and the prior knowledge particle swarm optimization(PKPSO)algorithm.The new fitness calculation method can preserve the information carried by each individual as much as possible by adding an adaptive coefficient.The PKPSO algorithm modifies the particle velocity update method by adding a prior particle calculated from the prior knowledge of PPoAMR and also implemented an elite retention strategy,which improves the local optima evasion capability.In addition,the quintic polynomial trajectory optimization approach is devised to generate a smooth path.Finally,some experimental comparisons with those state-of-the-arts are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed path planning algorithm.

Mesocrystalline TiO2/sepiolite （TiS） composites with the function of adsorption and degradation of liquid organic pollutants were successfully fabricated via a facile and low-cost solvothermal reaction. The prepared TiS composites were characterized by FESEM, HRTEM, XRD, XPS, N2 adsorption-desorption, UV-vis DRS, and EPR. Results revealed the homogeneous dispersion of highly reactive TiO2 mesocrystals on the sepiolite nanofibers. Thereinto each single-crystal-like TiO2 mesocrystal comprised many [001]-oriented anatase nanoparticles about 10-20 nm in diameter. The photocatalytic activity was further evaluated by the degradation of anionic dye （methyl orange） and cationic dye （methylene blue） under the UV-vis light （350≤λ≤780 nm） irradiation. By selecting appropriate experimental conditions, we can easily manipulate the photocatalytic performance of TiS composites. The optimal TiS catalyst （the sepiolite content of 28.5 wt.%, and the reaction time of 24 h） could efficiently degrade methyl orange to 90.7% after 70 min, or methylene blue to 97.8% after 50 min, under UV-vis light irradiation. These results can be attributed to their synergistic effect of high crystallinity, large specific surface area, abundant hydroxyl radicals, and effective photogenerated charge separation.

The abnormal regulation of alternative splicing is usually accompanied by the occurrence and development of tumors,which would produce multiple different isoforms and diversify protein expression.The aim of the present study was to conduct a systematic review in order to describe the regulatory mechanisms of alternative splicing,as well as its functions in tumor cells,from proliferation and apoptosis to invasion and metastasis,and from angiogenesis to metabolism.The abnormal splicing events contributed to tumor progression as oncogenic drivers and/or bystander factors.The alterations in splicing factors detected in tumors and other mis-splicing events(i.e.,long non-coding and circular RNAs)in tumorigenesis were also included.The findings of recent therapeutic approaches targeting splicing catalysis and splicing regulatory proteins to modulate pathogenically spliced events(including tumor-specific neo-antigens for cancer immunotherapy)were introduced.The emerging RNA-based strategies for the treatment of cancer with abnormally alternative splicing isoforms were also discussed.However,further studies are still required to address the association between alternative splicing and cancer in more detail.

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)are one class of porous materials with permanent porosity and regular channels,and have a covalent bond structure.Due to their interesting characteristics,COFs have exhibited diverse potential applications in many felds.However,some applications require the frameworks to possess high structural stability,excellent crystallinity,and suitable pore size.COFs based onβ-ketoenamine and imines are prepared through the irreversible enol-to-keto tautomerization.These materials have high crystallinity and exhibit high stability in boiling water,with strong resistance to acids and bases,resulting in various possible applications.In this review,we frst summarize the preparation methods for COFs based onβ-ketoenamine,in the form of powders,flms and foams.Then,the efects of diferent synthetic methods on the crystallinity and pore structure of COFs based onβ-ketoenamine are analyzed and compared.The relationship between structures and diferent applications including fuorescence sensors,energy storage,photocatalysis,electrocatalysis,batteries and proton conduction are carefully summarized.Finally,the potential applications,large-scale industrial preparation and challenges in the future are presented.

瞿秋白在中国传播苏俄马克思主义的过程中,寓创造于传播,在马克思主义中国化的历史进程中起着承前启后的重要作用。首先,瞿秋白较早地把实践形态的苏俄马克思主义引入中国并使之成为马克思主义在中国传播的主流。其次,瞿秋白在苏俄马克思主义基础上,推进了辩证唯物主义中国化,促使人们对唯物史观范式的马克思主义理解转移到辩证唯物主义范式的马克思主义。最后,中国化辩证唯物主义的传播,大大推进了马克思主义中国化的历史进程。瞿秋白传播的辩证唯物主义,一方面克服了中国早期马克思主义理解中进化论、机械决定论的理论缺陷,另一方面为李达的马克思主义哲学研究和毛泽东思想的形成提供了条件。

Waxy crude oil exhibits complex rheological behavior below the pour point temperature, such as viscoelasticity, yield stress, and thixotropy, owing to the formation of a three-dimensional spongelike interlock network structure. This viscoelasto-thixotropic behavior is an important rheologieal behavior of waxy crude oils, determining the flow recovery and safe restart of crude oil pipelines. Up to now, the thixotropic models for waxy crude have been all viscoplastic models, without considering the viscoelastic part before the yield point. In this work, based on analyzing the variation of the elastic stress and viscous stress in the Mujumbar model, a new viscoelasto-plastic model is proposed, whose shear stress is separated into an elastic component and a viscous component. The elastic stress is the product of the shear modulus and elastic strain; the shear modulus is proportional to the structural parameter. For the elastic strain, we followed the line of Zhu and his coauthors and assumed that it may be expressed by an algebraic equation. The model is validated by stepwise shear rate tests and hysteresis loop tests on Daqing and Zhongyuan waxy crude. The results show that the model＇s fitting and predictive capability is satisfactory.
