Alloys used as bearings in aircraft landing gear are required to reduce friction and wear as well as improve the load‐carrying capability due to the increased aircraft ***–15Ni–8Sn–0.8Nb alloy is well known for possessing good mechanical and wear properties that satisfy such *** this study,the microstructure,mechanical properties,and grease‐lubricated sliding wear behavior of Cu–15Ni–8Sn–0.8Nb alloy with 0.8 wt%Nb are *** nanoscale NbNi3 and NbNi2Sn compounds can strengthen the alloy through the Orowan strengthening mechanism.A Stribeck‐like curve is plotted to illustrate the relationship among friction coefficient,normal load,and sliding velocity and to analyze the grease‐lubricated *** wear rate increases with normal load and decreases with sliding velocity,except at 2.58 m/s.A wear mechanism map has been developed to exhibit the dominant wear mechanisms under various friction *** the normal load is 700 N and the sliding velocity is 2.58 m/s,a chemical reaction between the lubricating grease and friction pairs occurs,resulting in the failure of lubricating grease and an increase in wear.

以Na-LSX型分子筛为原料,将氯化锂溶液作为交换剂,研究了Na-LSX型分子筛在流动水溶液体系中的Li-Na离子交换度。以Li-Na离子交换度为指标,通过对反应温度、体积空速和交换剂物质的量浓度等3种因素进行单因素试验和响应面优化试验,优化了流动水溶液体系中离子交换的工况,明确了各因素对Li-Na离子交换度影响的显著性,提高了交换效率,提升了锂盐的利用率。研究结果表明,当交换剂物质的量浓度为1.08 mol/L,温度为100℃,体积空速为12 h-1时,分子筛的交换度可达96.695%,10 g分子筛可于120 min内达交换平衡,锂盐的利用率为12%。各因素对交换度影响的显著性由大到小依次为反应温度、交换剂物质的量浓度和体积空速。

以NiO、Fe2O3和Cu、Fe、Ni为主要原料,采用两步固相烧结法,制备出Cu-NiFe2O4和Cu-Ni-Fe-NiFe2O4金属陶瓷试样。用阿基米德排水法测试样密度,并结合XRD和SEM分析其微观结构,测量了试样的静态热腐蚀率、抗热震性和电导率。研究表明,与Cu-NiFe2O4金属陶瓷比较,金属Fe、Ni的加入能够起到晶粒细化、提高致密度的作用,同时使Cu与陶瓷的润湿性得到改善。Cu-Ni-Fe-NiFe2O4试样在冰晶石熔盐中的静态热腐蚀率有所降低,而抗热震性有较大提高。电导率也有一定提高,原因是由于金属相均匀的分散于陶瓷相中,减小了晶界间的势垒作用,从而使载流子更易通过晶界。

A novel photo-catalytic system composed of N-doped biochars(NBCs),MnFe_(2)O_(4) and sulfite activation under ultraviolet(NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4)/sulfite/UV)was constructed to realize the efficient eliminate of tetracycline(TC).As the carrier of MnFe_(2)O_(4),NBCs were synthesized from alfalfa,which has large specific surface area,graphite like structure and hierarchical porous *** adsorption isotherm indicated that NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4)-2:1 had the best adsorption performance for TC(347.56 mg g^(-1)).Through synergistic adsorption and photocatalysis,the removal rate of TC reached 84%,which was significantly higher than that of MnFe_(2)O_(4).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and Photoluminescence(PL)characterization results showed that the introduction of NBCs improved the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron and hole pairs and enhanced the photocatalytic ***,the adsorption,degradation mechanism and degradation path of TC by the catalyst were systematically analyzed by coupling HPLC–MS measurement with the theoretical *** the advantages of excellent degradation performance,low cost,easy separation and environmental friendliness of NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4),this work was expected to provide a new path for the practical application of biochar.

High frequency pulsating voltage injection method is a good candidate for detecting the initial rotor position of permanent magnet synchronous ***,traditional methods require a large number of filters,which leads to the deterioration of system stability and dynamic *** order to solve these problems,a new signal demodulation method is proposed in this *** proposed new method can directly obtain the amplitude of high-frequency current,thus eliminating the use of filters,improving system stability and dynamic performance and saving the work of adjusting filter *** addition,a new magnetic polarity detection method is proposed,which is robust to current measurement ***,experiments verify the effectiveness of the method.

Classifying patterns of known classes and rejecting ambiguous and novel(also called as out-of-distribution(OOD))inputs are involved in open world pattern *** neural network models usually excel in closed-set classification while perform poorly in rejecting OOD *** tackle this problem,numerous methods have been designed to perform open set recognition(OSR)or OOD rejection/detection *** methods mostly take post-training score transformation or hybrid models to ensure low scores on OOD inputs while separating known *** this paper,we attempt to build a unified framework for building open set classifiers for both classification and OOD *** formulate the open set recognition of K-known-class as a(K+1)-class classification problem with model trained on known-class samples *** decomposing the K-class problem into K one-versus-all(OVA)binary classification tasks and binding some parameters,we show that combining the scores of OVA classifiers can give(K+1)-class posterior probabilities,which enables classification and OOD rejection in a unified *** maintain the closed-set classification accuracy of the OVA trained classifier,we propose a hybrid training strategy combining OVA loss and multi-class cross-entropy *** implement the OVA framework and hybrid training strategy on the recently proposed convolutional prototype network and prototype classifier on vision transformer(ViT)*** on popular OSR and OOD detection datasets demonstrate that the proposed framework,using a single multi-class classifier,yields competitive performance in closed-set classification,OOD detection,and misclassification *** code is available at https://***/zhen-cheng121/CPN_OVA_unified.

The development of germplasm resources and advances in breeding methods have led to steady increases in yield and quality of rice (Oryza sativa L.). Three milestones in the recent history of rice breeding have contributed to these increases: dwarf rice breeding, hybrid rice breeding, and super rice breeding. On the 50th anniversary of the success of three-line hybrid rice,we highlight important scientific discoveries in rice breeding that were made by Chinese scientists and summarize the broader history of the field. We discuss the strategies that could be used in the future to optimize rice breeding further in the hope that China will continue to play a leading role in international rice breeding.
