Analysis of Maximum Liquid Carrying Capacity Based on Conventional Tubing Plunger Gas Lift

China’s unconventional gas fields have a large number of low-productivity and low-efficiency wells, many of whichare located in remote and environmentally harsh mountainous areas. To address the long-term stable productionof these gas wells, plunger-lift technology plays an important role. In order to fully understand and accurately graspthe drainage and gas production mechanisms of plunger-lift, a mechanical model of plunger-liquid column uplift inthe plunger-lift process was established, focusing on conventional plunger-lift systems and representative wellboreconfigurations in the Linxing region. The operating casing pressure of the plunger-lift process and the calculationmethod for the maximum daily fluid production rate based on the work regime with the highest fluid recovery ratewere determined. For the first time, the critical flow rate method was proposed as a constraint for the maximumliquid-carrying capacity of the plunger-lift, and liquid-carrying capacity charts for conventional plunger-lift withdifferent casing sizes were developed. The results showed that for 23/8 casing plunger-lift, with a well depth ofshallower than 808 m, the maximum drainage rate was 33 m3/d;for 27/8 casing plunger-lift, with a well depth ofshallower than 742 m, the maximum drainage rate was 50.15 m3/d;for 31/2 casing plunger-lift, with a well depthof shallower than 560 m, the maximum drainage rate was 75.14 m3/d. This research provides a foundation for thescientific selection of plunger-lift technology and serves as a decision-making reference for developing reasonableplunger-lift work regimes.

Adequate energy storage is essential for sustaining healthy life.Lipid droplet(LD) is the subcellular organelle that stores energy in the form of neutral lipids and releases fatty acids under energy deficient conditions.Energy storage capacity of LDs is primarily dependent on the sizes of LDs.Enlargement and growth of LDs is controlled by two molecular pathways:neutral lipid synthesis and atypical LD fusion.Shrinkage of LDs is mediated by the degradation of neutral lipids under energy demanding conditions and is controlled by neutral cytosolic Upases and lysosomal acidic Upases.In this review,we summarize recent progress regarding the regulatory pathways and molecular mechanisms that control the sizes and the energy storage capacity of LDs.

甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)是一种影响视功能和容貌的自身免疫性眼病,包括炎性反应、氧化应激、脂肪生成、纤维化等眼眶组织病理性重塑过程。目前临床一线治疗方案并不能对所有患者产生疗效。本文针对近年国内外关于TAO潜在治疗靶点的研究进行总结,包括受体蛋白靶点、免疫细胞靶点、脂肪抑制靶点、抗纤维化靶点、转录因子靶点、代谢调节酶靶点,涉及非天然化合物和天然化合物,以期为临床科研工作者在TAO治疗研究方向方面提供借鉴和思路,促进新型治疗药物应用于临床。

The boundary value problem of deflections of vertical with ellipsoid boundary is studied in the paper. Based on spherical harmonic series, the ellipsoidal corrections for the boundary value problem are derived so that it can be well solved. In addition, an imitation arithmetic is given for examining the accuracies of solutions for the boundary value problem as well as its spherical approximation problem, and the computational results illustrate that the boundary value problem has higher accuracy than its spherical approximation problem if deflection of the vertical are measured on geoid.

Although satellite gravity gradient data plays a great role in determining short-wavelength part of static gravity field model,accuracy of the long-wavelength part of gravity field model recovered by them are poor,which leads to only a few applications in time-variable gravity investigation.The reason is that some factors limit the accuracy of the gravity field recovered using gradient data,including accuracy of the gravity gradient observations,measurement bandwidth(MBW)of gradiometer,satellite inclination,etc.This paper aims at analyzing the influence of these limitations on gravity field recovery and discusses the possibility of time-variable gravity field detection by using gravity gradient observations.Firstly,for arbitrary satellite orbit inclination,we give the frequency distributions of all the components of gravity gradients(i.e.Txx;Tyy;Tzz;Txy;Txz and Tyz,).The results show that the maximum frequency of each component of the gravity gradients is the same,i.e.l=Ts(l is degree of the gravity field model,Ts is the orbital periods),and it is not influenced by the inclination of the satellite orbits.Secondly,the paper gives a theory proof to explain why only the low orders of the coefficients are influenced by polar gaps.Big polar gaps are experimented by a numerical test with inclination of 45°.Finally,considering that the measurement bandwidth can be expanded and accuracy of gradient observations can be improved by superconducting gravity gradiometer(SGG)compared to gradiometer used in Gravity field and steadystate Ocean Circulation Explorer(GOCE),the possibility of detecting time-variable gravity using gravity gradient observations is discussed.The results show that the SGG creates errors in MBW with magnitude of 0.014 m E,which is smaller than the magnitude of the time-variable gravity gradient signals(i.e.,0.02 m E)derived from Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment(GRACE)gravity field models.This indicates the potential of SGG in time-variable gravity detection.

Three limonoids cipaferoids A-C （1-3） representing two different scaffolds were isolated from Cipadessa baccifera. Their structures were completely assigned by spectroscopic data, CD exciton chirality method, and X-ray crystallography. Compounds 2 and 3 exhibited moderate antimalarial activity with IC50 values of 9.3±0.1 and 14.7±4.8 μmol·L^-1, respectively.

为了明确含氟流体对花岗岩源区岩浆过程中稀土元素地球化学行为的影响,本文采用华南代表性的高稀土片麻岩和低稀土片麻岩作为初始物质,与~4%的流体(纯水、1.5 mol/L HF、1.0 mol/L NaF)在0.8 GPa、1000℃的条件下开展了流体助熔的部分熔融实验。实验结果表明,所有片麻岩的熔融程度达到40%以上,残余矿物组合主要为斜长石+石英+斜方辉石±单斜辉石+钛铁矿+磷灰石±黑云母。部分熔融产生的熔体的成分主要为花岗闪长质‒花岗质,总体具有高氟(0.11%~0.27%)、高水(0.38%~1.86%)和A2型花岗岩的特征;其中,高稀土片麻岩部分熔融形成的熔体为钾玄质和准铝质,而低稀土片麻岩熔融形成的熔体偏高钾钙碱性和强过铝质。在微量元素蛛网图上,两者均表现为富集K、Rb、Th、Ce、Sm、Y、Yb等元素,亏损Ba、Nb、Ta、Zr、Hf、Ti等元素;稀土元素配分曲线则表现为右倾、负Eu异常的特征。相对于原岩,含氟流体助熔会强化熔体中Si、K、Na、Rb、Sr、Ba、Th、U、LREE和F的富集,并增加熔体的La_(N)/Yb_(N)值。同时,实验也证实片麻岩部分熔融形成的熔体的稀土元素含量主要受原岩控制,高稀土片麻岩更易于熔出稀土元素初始富集的熔体;相对于原岩,各类流体助熔均会造成稀土元素在熔体中不同程度的富集,其中,含HF流体助熔最高可富集稀土46%~49%(近1.5倍富集)。我们因此认为在华南LREE型和HREE型成矿花岗岩形成过程中,含F流体发挥重要的作用。此外,本文也提出了一种新的A2型花岗岩形成机制,即含F流体助熔地壳基底岩石,这很好地解释了华南晚中生代大规模分布的与稀土、稀有金属及氟成矿相关的陆内A2型花岗岩的形成。

An Expression for Gravity Generated by an Anomalous Geological Body and Its Application in Bathymetry Inversion

The gravity anomaly and vertical gravity gradient due to anomalous geological bodies are mainly computed by numerical methods,so it is difficult and time-consuming to use the gravity-geological method to invert seafloor topography.This paper addresses this issue by deriving an expression for gravity generated by a cylinder based on a series expansion.The choice of number for terms in the series is estimated by comparing with the numerical method,especially when the depth H=4000m,the accuracy of 1 mGal(1 Gal=10^(-2)m/s^(2))can be achieved when the series are 9.The expressions can be used to establish the relationships between the shape of an anomalous body and the generated vertical gravity and vertical gravity gradient,respectively.Finally,the potential applications of the expressions in inverting seafloor topography are illustrated by synthetic examples.
