In this paper, we explore the electrical characteristics of high-electron-mobility transistors(HEMTs) using a TaN/AlGaN/GaN metal insulating semiconductor(MIS) structure. The high-resistance tantalum nitride(TaN) film prepared by magnetron sputtering as the gate dielectric layer of the device achieved an effective reduction of electronic states at the TaN/AlGaN interface, and reducing the gate leakage current of the MIS HEMT, its performance was enhanced. The HEMT exhibited a low gate leakage current of 2.15 × 10^(-7) mA/mm and a breakdown voltage of 1180 V. Furthermore, the MIS HEMT displayed exceptional operational stability during dynamic tests, with dynamic resistance remaining only 1.39 times even under 400 V stress.

基于热力学和内弹道理论,对动力型红外诱饵的能量特性及内弹道进行了分析,并建立了动力型红外诱饵能量特性和内弹道的数学模型。以AP-PTFE-Mg-Al为装药的动力型红外诱饵为例,进行了具体的计算和分析,得到了该动力型红外诱饵药剂的燃烧热、产物总焓和总熵,以及发动机的理论比冲和特征速度。采用龙格-库塔法,通过自编程序,得到了发动机不同工作阶段压强随时间变化的曲线,为动力型红外诱饵的设计提供了方法和理论参考。

6种牧草对广东南雄红壤理化性状的影响

为检测牧草对粤北南雄红壤地种植的耐受性,以山毛豆Tephrosia candida、木豆Cajanus cajan、象草Pennisetum purpureum、菊苣Cichorium intybus、糖蜜草Melinis minutiflora和晚熟狼尾草Pennisetum alopecuroides 6种牧草为试验材料,在广东南雄红壤地试验种植,测定种植一年后土壤的容重、孔隙度、pH、有机质、电导率等土壤指标,分析比较不同牧草对土壤结构变化影响的差异性。结果表明:(1)种植牧草后,土壤的pH值得到不同程度提升,其中菊苣使土壤pH值提升了0.54,电导率较对照组增加了30.1μs/cm;(2)木豆对土壤容重影响最大,降幅达16.3%,而山毛豆和象草更有利于土壤有机质富集;(3)山毛豆、木豆、菊苣和晚熟狼尾草均有效提高了土壤总孔隙度,并且使得非毛管孔隙度占总孔隙度的比例由种植前的25.96%提升至30.17%~43.39%;(4)6种牧草与容重和总孔隙度分别呈显著正相关和极显著负相关,说明土壤结构变化对牧草有影响,同时不同牧草对土壤结构的影响存在差异性。

Scutellaria baicalensis(S.baicalensis)and Scutellaria barbata(S.barbata)are common medicinal plants of the Lamiaceae family.Both produce specific flavonoid compounds,including baicalein,scutellarein,norwogonin,and wogonin,as well as their glycosides,which exhibit antioxidant and antitumor activities.Here,we report chromosome-level genome assemblies of S.baicalensis and S.barbata with quantitative chromosomal variation(2 n=18 and 2 n=26,respectively).The divergence of S.baicalensis and S.barbata occurred far earlier than previously reported,and a whole-genome duplication(WGD)event was identified.The insertion of long terminal repeat elements after speciation might be responsible for the observed chromosomal expansion and rearrangement.Comparative genome analysis of the congeneric species revealed the species-specific evolution of chrysin and apigenin biosynthetic genes,such as the S.baicalensis-specific tandem duplication of genes encoding phenylalanine ammonia lyase and chalcone synthase,and the S.barbata-specific duplication of genes encoding 4-Co A ligase.In addition,the paralogous duplication,colinearity,and expression diversity of CYP82 D subfamily members revealed the functional divergence of genes encoding flavone hydroxylase between S.baicalensis and S.barbata.Analyzing these Scutellaria genomes reveals the common and species-specific evolution of flavone biosynthetic genes.Thus,these findings would facilitate the development of molecular breeding and studies of biosynthesis and regulation of bioactive compounds.

Construction of a small-caliber tissue-engineered blood vessel using icariin-loaded β-cyclodextrin sulfate for in situ anticoagulation and endothelialization

The rapid endothelialization of tissue-engineered blood vessels(TEBVs) can effectively prevent thrombosis and inhibit intimal hyperplasia. The traditional Chinese medicine ingredient icariin is highly promising for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.β-cyclodextrin sulfate is a type of hollow molecule that has good biocompatibility and anticoagulation properties and exhibits a sustained release of icariin. We studied whether icariin-loaded β-cyclodextrin sulfate can promote the endothelialization of TEBVs. The experimental results showed that icariin could significantly promote the proliferation and migration of endothelial progenitor cells; at the same time, icariin could promote the migration of rat vascular endothelial cells(RAVECs). Subsequently,we used an electrostatic force to modify the surface of the TEBVs with icariin-loaded β-cyclodextrin sulfate, and these vessels were implanted into the rat common carotid artery. After 3 months, micro-CT results showed that the TEBVs modified using icariin-loaded β-cyclodextrin sulfate had a greater patency rate. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and CD31 immunofluorescence results showed a better degree of endothelialization. Taken together, icariin-loaded β-cyclodextrin sulfate can achieve anticoagulation and rapid endothelialization of TEBVs to ensure their long-term patency.

Due to the high transmissibility of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, it continues to infect over 300 000 people worldwide per day(WHO statistics, December 2020), even almost one year after the first COVID-19 cases were confirmed [1,2]. One of the most important public health discussions being undertaken currently concerns the protective nature of the immune response and the possibility of reinfection in recovered individuals.
