Mastering air combat game with deep reinforcement learning

Reinforcement learning has been applied to air combat problems in recent years,and the idea of curriculum learning is often used for reinforcement learning,but traditional curriculum learning suffers from the problem of plasticity loss in neural *** loss is the difficulty of learning new knowledge after the network has *** this end,we propose a motivational curriculum learning distributed proximal policy optimization(MCLDPPO)algorithm,through which trained agents can significantly outperform the predictive game tree and mainstream reinforcement learning *** motivational curriculum learning is designed to help the agent gradually improve its combat ability by observing the agent's unsatisfactory performance and providing appropriate rewards as a ***,a complete tactical maneuver is encapsulated based on the existing air combat knowledge,and through the flexible use of these maneuvers,some tactics beyond human knowledge can be *** addition,we designed an interruption mechanism for the agent to increase the frequency of decisionmaking when the agent faces an *** the number of threats received by the agent changes,the current action is interrupted in order to reacquire observations and make decisions *** the interruption mechanism can significantly improve the performance of the *** simulate actual air combat better,we use digital twin technology to simulate real air battles and propose a parallel battlefield mechanism that can run multiple simulation environments simultaneously,effectively improving data *** experimental results demonstrate that the agent can fully utilize the situational information to make reasonable decisions and provide tactical adaptation in the air combat,verifying the effectiveness of the algorithmic framework proposed in this paper.

PEO-LiClO_4-ZSM5 composite polymer electrolyte(IV):Polarized optical microscopy study

Polarized optical microscopy (POM) results show that ZSM5 has great influence on both the nucleation stage and the growth stage of PEO spherulites. Part of ZSM5 particles can act as the nucleus of PEO spherulites and thus increase the amount of PEO spherulites. On the other hand, ZSM5 can restrain the recrystallization tendency of PEO chains through Lewis acid-base interaction and hence decrease the growth speed of PEO spherulites. The increasing amount of PEO spherulites, decreasing size of PEO spherulites, and the incomplete crystalliza-tion are all beneficial for creating more continuous amorphous phases of PEO, which is very important for the transporting of Li+ ions. An adequate amount of ZSM5 can enhance the room temperature ionic conductivity of PEO-LiClO4 based polymer electrolyte for more than two mag-nitudes.

Numerical analysis on the transport properties and residence time distribution of ribbon biomass particles in a riser reactor based on CFD-DEM approach

Performance of elastic ball screen-cleaning device based on DEM-MBD coupling simulation

In seed breeding, the vibrating screen used for pre-sowing grading parental seeds often has the problem of poor self-purification rate. Using elastic balls to clean the plugging seeds and ensure the self-purification of the screen is a viable technical solution. To clarify and improve the operating performance of the elastic ball particles, a DEM-MBD coupling simulation model of the elastic ball screen-cleaning device was established in this study, and a numerical simulation analysis of the complex motion process was carried out. The mechanism of action of the elastic ball was explained more completely from the aspects of excitation force and energy transfer. Through the Plackett-Burman test, it was determined that the vibration frequency has the most significant effect on the excitation force. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed on each factor and the mathematical relationship equation. It was found that when the maximum excitation force was greater than 7 N and the average excitation force was greater than 2 N, the self-purification rate was greater than 95%. The self-purification rate was then increased to 99.81% by variable frequency tests. The variable frequency achieved better self-purification effect.

A breathable, designable and flexible leather–heater used in wearable thermotherapy

Flexible heaters with personal thermal management capabilities have great potential in thermal therapy applications due to their excellent flexibility, low power consumption, and portability. However, manufacturing wearable heating devices that are breathable, wear resistant and conformal for long-term use is still challenging. To address these issues, we designed a leather heater using breathable, biocompatible, and tailorable leather as the substrate through a simple in-situ polymerization polypyrrole strategy. This heater exhibits excellent heating and mechanical properties(reaching 64℃ at a voltage of 5 V with efficient Joule heat generation of 2286 W/m^(2)and uniform temperature distribution, and functioning properly after 1000 cycles of bendability tests). In addition, this heater displays better wear resistance and water vapor permeability rate(38.04 g/(m^(2)h)). The cuttable and sewable of leather gives the strategy ability to be flexibly designed to mold the heater to the specific requirements of different body parts, providing a new approach to wearable thermal therapy.

Accuracy of a lithium-ion battery model is pivotal in faithfully representing actual state of battery,thereby influencing safety of entire electric *** estimation of battery model parameters using key measured signals is ***,measured signals inevitably carry random noise due to complex real-world operating environments and sensor errors,potentially diminishing model estimation *** the challenge of accuracy reduction caused by noise,this paper introduces a Bias-Compensated Forgetting Factor Recursive Least Squares(BCFFRLS)***,a variational error model is crafted to estimate the average weighted variance of random ***,an augmentation matrix is devised to calculate the bias term using augmented and extended parameter vectors,compensating for bias in the parameter *** assess the proposed method's effectiveness in improving parameter identification accuracy,lithium-ion battery experiments were conducted in three test conditions—Urban Dynamometer Driving Schedule(UDDS),Dynamic Stress Test(DST),and Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization(HPPC).The proposed method,alongside two contrasting methods—the offline identification method and Forgetting Factor Recursive Least Squares(FFRLS)—was employed for battery model parameter *** analysis reveals substantial improvements,with the mean absolute error reduced by 25%,28%,and 15%,and the root mean square error reduced by 25.1%,42.7%,and 15.9%in UDDS,HPPC,and DST operating conditions,respectively,when compared to the FFRLS method.
