针对船舶实时性检测中出现的检测精度低、漏检问题,改进一种基于YOLOv3-Tiny的船舶目标检测算法。通过引入深度可分离卷积作为主干网络,提高通道数量,减少模型的参数量和运算量;采用H-Swish和Leaky ReLU激活函数改进卷积结构,提取更多特征信息;利用GIOU(Generalized Intersection Over Union)损失优化边界框,突显目标区域重合度,提高精度。在混合船舶数据集上检测结果表明,改进后YOLOv3-Tiny的检测精度为83.40%,较原算法提高5.33百分点,召回率和检测速度也均优于原算法,适用于船舶实时性检测。

燃煤机组的SCR入口NO_(x)浓度测量具有较大迟延、影响因素复杂和波动性大等特点,往往不能真实反映NO_(x)浓度的实时变化。针对上述问题,提出一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)和SSA-LSTM的SCR入口NO_(x)浓度的预测模型。首先采用变分模态分解法分解SCR入口NO_(x)浓度,互信息选择算法选择与目标变量强相关的辅助变量;然后利用SSA算法寻优LSTM神经网络参数构建SSA-LSTM预测模型;最后进行VMD-SSA-LSTM与LSTM、VMD-LSTM的仿真对比实验。结果表明,VMD-SSA-LSTM预测模型具有更高的预测精度、更小的误差和更强的泛化能力。

With the expansion and implementation of rural revitalization strategies,there is a constant need for new energy sources for the construction of new ***,integrated energy systems with the interconnection and interaction of multiple energy sources are developing *** energy,a renewable green energy source with low pollution and wide distribution,has significant application potential in integrated energy *** the application of biomass energy in townships,this study established an integrated biomass energy system and proposed a model to optimize its *** economic cost and highest clean energy utilization rate were considered as the objective *** addition,a plan was suggested to adjust the heat-electricity ratio based on the characteristics of the combined heat and power of the ***,a simulation analysis conducted for a town in China was discussed,demonstrating that the construction of a township integrated-energy system and the use of biomass can significantly reduce operating costs and improve the energy utilization ***,by adjusting the heat-electricity ratio,the economic cost was further reduced by 6.70%,whereas the clean energy utilization rate was increased by 5.14%.

Feasibility of sentinel lymph node biopsy omission after integration of ^(18)F-FDG dedicated lymph node PET in early breast cancer: a prospective phase II trial

Objective:Sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)is currently the standard of care in clinically node negative(cN0)breast *** present study aimed to evaluate the negative predictive value(NPV)of 18F-FDG dedicated lymph node positron emission tomography(LymphPET)in cN0 ***:This was a prospective phase II trial divided into 2 stages(NCT04072653).In the first stage,cN0 patients underwent axillary LymphPET followed by *** the second stage,SLNB was omitted in patients with a negative preoperative axillary assessment after integration of ***,we report the results of the first *** primary outcome was the NPV of LymphPET to detect macrometastasis of lymph nodes(LN-macro).Results:A total of 189 patients with invasive breast cancer underwent LymphPET followed by surgery with definitive pathological *** patients had LN-macro,and 16 patients had only lymph node *** the 131 patients with a negative LymphPET result,16 patients had LN-macro,and the NPV was 87.8%.After combined axillary imaging evaluation with ultrasound and LymphPET,100 patients were found to be both LymphPET and ultrasound negative,9 patients had LN-macro,and the NPV was 91%.Conclusions:LymphPET can be used to screen patients to potentially avoid SLNB,with an NPV>90%.The second stage of the SOAPET trial is ongoing to confirm the safety of omission of SLNB according to preoperational axillary evaluation integrating LymphPET.

Dynamic strain aging (DSA) is an important phenomenon in solutehardened metals and seri- ously affects the mechanical properties ofmetals. DSA is generally induced by the interaction between themoving dislocations and the mobile solute atoms. In this paper, onlythe interaction between moving disloca- tions and mobile solute atomsin a dislocation core area (core atmosphere) will be taken intoaccount. To es- tablish the constitutive model which can describe theDSA phenomenon, we improved the Zerilli-Armstrongdislocation-mechanics-based thermal viscoplastic constitutiverelation, and added the effect of the interaction between the movingdislocations and core atmosphere.

Automation in U.S. longwall coal mining: A state-of-the-art review

This paper reviews the development of U.S. longwall mining from an unknown to became the world standard in the past five decades with emphasis on automation. Large scale longwall face equipment were imported from Germany and United Kingdom to increase production in the 1970 s and great effort was made to improve them to suit U.S. conditions, rather than domestic market. Automation began with the development of electrohydraulic shields in 1984 and continue to present. Introduction of first generation semi-automated longwall system occurred in 1995 and step-to-step improvement continues to present following the development of sensor technology and internet of things(IOT). Since then, emphasis on new development has been concentrated on the improvement of equipment reliability, miner's health and safety as well as production, including dust control techniques, proximity sensor, anti-collision and remote control. Automation is classified into two categories: automation of individual face equipment and automation of longwall system. The automation development of longwall system is divided into three stages: shearer-initiated-shield-advance(SISA), semi-automated longwall system, and remote control shearer.

Mine or longwall panel layout is a 3D structure with highly non-uniform stress distribution. Recognition of such fact will facilitate underground problem identification/investigation and solving by numerical modeling through proper model construction. Due to its versatility, numerical modeling is the most popular method for ground control design and problem solving. However numerical modeling results require highly experienced professionals to interpret its validity/applicability to actual mining operations due to complicated mining and geological conditions. Underground ground control monitoring is routinely performed to predict roof behavior such as weighting and weighting interval without matching observation of face mining condition while the mining pressures are being monitored, resulting in unrealistic interpretation of the obtained data on mining pressure. The importance of ground control pressure monitoring and simultaneous observation of mining and geological conditions is illustrated by an example of shield leg pressure monitoring and interpretation in an U.S. longwall coal mine: it was found that the roof strata act like a plate, not an individual block of the size of a shield dimension, as commonly assumed by all researchers and shield capacity is not a fixed property for a longwall panel or a mine or a coal seam. A new mechanism on the interaction between shield's hydraulic leg pressure and roof strata for shield loading is proposed.

In order to determine the influence of shearer's cutting and neighboring shields' advance on the support resistance variation, leg pressure data of all 235 shields in the panel LW61 of Cumberland coal mine were analyzed. The results show that the relationship between the leg pressure increment and the distance from shield to front drum of shearer is a quadratic function and that the higher leg pressure increment before shield advance tends to be related to adverse roof conditions. In addition, the three proposed leg pressure increment-related parameters and the three traditional parameters(time-weighted average pressure, setting pressure, and final pressure) of approximately 32000 shield supporting cycles were calculated by a self-developed software package to analyze the correlation between them. The results show that there is a powerful connection between them, and that the three proposed leg pressure increment-related parameters could be used as the indexes to evaluate the interaction between shields and the roof, and to identify the periodic weighting.
