Human body temperature not only reflects vital signs,but also affects the state of various organs through blood circulation,and even affects lifespan.Here a wireless body temperature detection scheme was presented that the temperature was extracted by investigating the out-of-plane(OP)ferromagnetic resonance(FMR)field of 10.2 nm thick La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_(3)(LSMO)film using electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)technique.Within the range of 34-42℃,the OP FMR field changes linearly with the increasing or decreasing temperature,and this variation comes from the linear responses of magnetization to the fluctuant temperature.Using this method,a tiny temperature change(<0.1℃)of organisms can be detected accurately and sensitively,which shows great potential in body temperature monitoring for humans and mammals.

目的对1个遗传性抗凝血酶(AT)缺陷症患者所携带的复合杂合突变进行分子机制研究。方法先证者因"突发晕厥并四肢抽搐一天"于2018年11月就诊于温州医科大学附属第一医院。采集先证者及其家系成员(共3代9人)外周静脉血并进行家系调查。采用发色底物法检测AT活性(AT:A),免疫比浊法检测AT抗原(AT:Ag)。对SERPINC1基因进行直接测序以确定突变位点。利用多种计算机工具预测突变的保守性和疏水性变化。构建重组质粒表达载体并瞬时转染HEK293T细胞以进行体外过表达研究。采用Western Blotting、ELISA和细胞免疫荧光实验对重组AT蛋白进行体外表征。结果先证者为一例21岁男性。AT:A为33%,AT:Ag同步下降,属于Ⅰ型AT缺陷症。基因分析显示先证者在第2和第5外显子分别携带c.318319insT(p.Asn107*)杂合插入突变和c.922G>T(p.Gly308Cys)杂合错义突变。该两个突变位点在同源物种中均完全保守;疏水性分析表明,p.Gly308Cys突变可能降低氨基酸残基307-313的亲水性。体外表达显示,重组蛋白AT-G308C在转染细胞裂解液和培养上清中的含量分别降低至46.98%±2.94%和41.35%±1.48%;经蛋白酶体抑制剂(MG132)处理后,Western Blotting分析显示在细胞质中的AT-G308C蛋白量恢复到与野生型相似的水平;在细胞裂解液和培养上清中均未检测到重组蛋白AT-N107*。结论p.Asn107*杂合插入突变和p.Gly308Cys杂合错义突变与该家系先证者AT水平降低有关。p.Asn107*杂合插入突变可能触发无义突变介导的mRNA降解,从而消除异常转录本;p.Gly308Cys杂合错义突变可能通过改变局部残基的疏水性导致AT蛋白在细胞质中发生蛋白酶体依赖性降解。

Objective： To compare carotid catheters blooddrawing and tail-cut blooddrawing in traumatizing rats and changing their intemal L-selectin. Methods： Two ways of bloodletting were selected to produce hemorrhagic shock models. Monoclonal antibody sign and flow cytometer were used to test neutrophil L-selectin dynamic expression in rats. Results： No remarkable differences were shown among different time points in neutrophil L-selectin expressing amount （ average fluorescence index）（ P 〉 0.05）. Compared with the normal control group, all cell surface expressions in empirical control group increased. Cell surface expressions reached the summit at 3 hours and kept the high level at 4-5 hours. A progressive increase of the mRNA expression peaked at 5 hours; the expressions in both groups of carotid catheters blooddrawing increased compared with normal control group, and remained stable after 3 hours compared with the Tail-cut Blooddrawing Group. Conclusion： L-sclectin expressions changed little in tail-cut blooddrawing rats, while carotid catheters resulted moderate or sever trauma. Therefore, it was suggested that it should not be set as hemorrhagic shock control model. As neutrophil L-selection expressions increased after trauma, the adhesion of leucocytes to the venule wall may be beneficial to the healing of wound and enhance the ability of anti-infection. The immediate increasing of neutrophil surface L-selectin expressions in this study was likely due to the direct release of Lselectin from cytoplasm granules that do not depend on protein synthesis.

An on-chip optical phased array (OPA) is considered as a promising solution for next generation solid-state beam steering.However,most of the reported OPAs suffer from low operating bandwidths,making them limited in many applications.We propose and demonstrate a high-speed 2D scanning OPA based on thin-film lithium niobate phase modulators with traveling-wave electrodes.The measured modulation bandwidth is up to 2.5 GHz.Moreover,an aperiodic array combined with a slab grating antenna is also used to suppress the grating lobes of far-field beams,which enables a large field of view (FOV) as well as small beam width.A 16-channel OPA demonstrates an FOV of 50°×8.6°and a beam width of 0.73°×2.8°in the phase tuning direction and the wavelength scanning direction,respectively.

We present the estimation of solar observation with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST).For both the quiet Sun and the Sun with radio bursts,when pointing directly to the Sun,the total power received by FAST would be out of the safe operational range of the signal chain,even resulting in damage to the receiver.As a conclusion,the Sun should be kept at least~2°away from the main beam during observations at~1.25 GHz.The separation for lower frequency should be larger.For simplicity,the angular separation between the FAST beam and the Sun is suggested to be~5°for observations at 200 MHz or higher bands.

目的回顾性分析凝血指标联合简化急性生理评分对脓毒性休克患者的预后预测作用。方法采用秩和检验比较院内存活及死亡两组患者的实验室指标进行ROC曲线分析,并采用单因素Logistic回归筛选患者院内死亡的危险因素,继而用多因素Logistic向前拟合的方法构建联合预测模型,利用ROC及曲线下面积评价联合凝血指标后的凝血-简化急性生理评分诊断效能及对于患者预后的预测作用。结果本研究共纳入1010例患者,院内死亡患者337例,存活患者673例。秩和检验提示院内死亡组及存活组间存在统计学差异的指标有SOFA评分、SAPSⅡ评分、血小板、APTT值、PT值、INR。ROC曲线得出截断值并进行赋值后,单因素Logistic回归分析结果显示SAPSⅡ评分>49分、国际标准化比值>1.8、活化部分凝血活酶时间>41.4、凝血酶原时间>18.3、血小板<139为患者院内死亡的独立危险因素。多因素Logistic回归向前构建回归模型后凝血-SAPSⅡ评分的诊断效能(AUC=0.744)高于简化急性生理评分(AUC=0.699)及单独的凝血指标,两者面积差异P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论联合APTT、INR、血小板后的SAPSⅡ评分能更好地预测脓毒性休克患者的院内死亡风险。
