Due to the complex and changeable environment under water,the performance of traditional DOA estimation algorithms based on mathematical model,such as MUSIC,ESPRIT,etc.,degrades greatly or even some mistakes can be made because of the mismatch between algorithm model and actual environment model.In addition,the neural network has the ability of generalization and mapping,it can consider the noise,transmission channel inconsistency and other factors of the objective environment.Therefore,this paper utilizes Back Propagation(BP)neural network as the basic framework of underwater DOA estimation.Furthermore,in order to improve the performance of DOA estimation of BP neural network,the following three improvements are proposed.(1)Aiming at the problem that the weight and threshold of traditional BP neural network converge slowly and easily fall into the local optimal value in the iterative process,PSO-BP-NN based on optimized particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is proposed.(2)The Higher-order cumulant of the received signal is utilized to establish the training model.(3)A BP neural network training method for arbitrary number of sources is proposed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is proved by comparing with the state-of-the-art algorithms and MUSIC algorithm.

This paper aims to solve the robust iterative learning control(ILC)problems for nonlinear time-varying systems in the presence of nonrepetitive uncertainties.A new optimization-based method is proposed to design and analyze adaptive ILC,for which robust convergence analysis via a contraction mapping approach is realized by leveraging properties of substochastic matrices.It is shown that robust tracking tasks can be realized for optimization-based adaptive ILC,where the boundedness of system trajectories and estimated parameters can be ensured,regardless of unknown time-varying nonlinearities and nonrepetitive uncertainties.Two simulation tests,especially implemented for an injection molding process,demonstrate the effectiveness of our robust optimization-based ILC results.

Sensitive and useful biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of infectious diseases have been widely developed. An example of these biomarkers is triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cell-1 （TREM-1）, which is a cell surface receptor expressed on monocytes/macrophages and neutrophils. TREM-1 amplifies inflammation by activating the TREM-1/DAP12 pathway. This pathway is triggered by the interaction of TREM-1 with ligands or stimulation by bacterial lipopolysaccharide. Consequently, pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines are secreted. Soluble TREM-1 （sTREM-1） is a special form of TREM-1 that can be directly tested in human body fluids and well-known biomarker for infectious diseases, sTREM-1 level can be potentially used for the early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of some infectious diseases, including infectious pleural effusion, lung infections, sepsis, bacterial meningitis, viral infections （e.g., Crimean Congo hemorrhagic fever and dengue fever）, fungal infections （e.g., Aspergillus infection）, and burn-related infections, sTREM-1 is a more sensitive and specific biomarker than traditional indices, such as C-reactive protein and procalcitonin levels, for these infectious diseases. Therefore, sTREM-1 is a feasible biomarker for the targeted therapy and rapid and early diagnosis of infectious diseases.

Background Proteins containing the Jumonji C(JmjC)domain participated in tumorigenesis and cancer progression.However,the mechanisms underlying this effect are still poorly understood.Our objective was to investigate the role of Jumonji and the AT-rich interaction domain-containing 2(JARID2)—a JmjC family protein—in breast cancer,as well as its latent association with obesity.Methods Immunohistochemistry,The Cancer Genome Atlas,Gene Expression Omnibus,and other databases were used to analyze the expression of JARID2 in breast cancer cells.Growth curve,5-ethynyl-2-deoxyuridine(EdU),colony formation,and cell invasion experiments were used to detect whether JARID2 affected breast cancer cell proliferation and invasion.Spheroidization-based experiments and xenotumor transplantation in NOD/SCID mice were used to examine the association between JARID2 and breast cancer stemness.RNA-sequencing,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis were used to identify the cell processes in which JARID2 participates.Immunoaffinity purification and silver staining mass spectrometry were conducted to search for proteins that might interact with JARID2.The results were further verified using co-immunoprecipitation and glutathione S-transferase(GST)pull-down experiments.Using chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP)sequencing,we sought the target genes that JARID2 and metastasis-associated protein 1(MTA1)jointly regulated;the results were validated by ChIP-PCR,quantitative ChIP(qChIP)and ChIP-reChIP assays.A coculture experiment was used to explore the interactions between breast cancer cells and adipocytes.Results In this study,we found that JARID2 was highly expressed in multiple types of cancer including breast cancer.JARID2 promoted glycolysis,lipid metabolism,proliferation,invasion,and stemness of breast cancer cells.Furthermore,JARID2 physically interacted with the nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase(NuRD)complex,transcriptionally repressing a series of tumor suppressor genes such as BRCA2 DNA repair as

Exciton behavior is crucial to the exploitation of light-emitting conjugated polymer(LCPs)for optoelectronic devices.Singlet excitons are easily trapped by the intrinsically defect structures.Herein,we set a polyfluorenol(PPFOH)as an example to systematically investigate its photophysical behavior to check the role of defect structures in LCPs.According to time-resolved photoluminescence analysis,the feature emission peaks from individual chain of PPFOH in diluted DMF solution is effectively avoided the influence of fluorenone formation,but the residual green-band emission at 550nm is easily observed in the PL spectra of PPFOH dilute toluene solution obtained delay 1.5 ns,confirmed the formation of“guest”physical aggregation-induced defect structure.Remarkably,efficient and ultrafast energy transfer from individual chain to defect structure is observed in PPFOH films.Interestingly,the efficient energy transfer happened for the film obtained from DMF solution(200 ps)than those of toluene ones(600 ps).Meanwhile,compared to relatively stable green-band emission in PPFOH film from toluene solution,red-shifted emission peak(11 nm)of PPFOH film from DMF solutions exposed to saturated DNT vapor also confirmed their different aggregation-induced green-band emission.Therefore,this aggregation defect structures are influenced on the photophysical property of LCPs in solid states.

Abstract Different organ preservation methods are key factors influencing the results of fiver transplantation. In this study, the outcomes of experimental models receiving donation after cardiac death （DCD） livers preserved through machine perfusion （MP） or static cold storage （CS） were compared by conducting a meta-analysis. Standardized mean difference （SMD） and 95% confidence interval （CI） were calculated to compare pooled data from two animal species. Twenty-four studies involving MP preservation were included in the meta-analysis. Compared with CS preservation, MP can reduce the levels of aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）, and hyaluronic acid （HA） and the changes in liver weight. By contrast, MP can enhance bile production and portal vein flow （PVF）. Alkaline phosphatase （ALP） levels and histological changes significantly differed between the two preservation methods. In conclusion, MP of DCD livers is superior to CS in experimental animals.

Peptides are increasingly important resources for biological and therapeutic development,however,their intrinsic susceptibility to proteolytic degradation represents a big hurdle.As a natural agonist for GLP-1R,glucagon-like peptide 1(GLP-1)is of significant clinical interest for the treatment of type-2 diabetes mellitus,but its in vivo instability and short half-life have largely prevented its therapeutic application.Here,we describe the rational design of a series of a/sulfono-γ-AA peptide hybrid analogues of GLP-1 as the GLP-1R agonists.Certain GLP-1 hybrid analogues exhibited enhanced stability(t_(1/2)>14 days)compared to t_(1/2)(<1 day)of GLP-1 in the blood plasma and in vivo.These newly developed peptide hybrids may be viable alternative of semaglutide for type-2 diabetes treatment.Additionally,our findings suggest that sulfono-γ-AA residues could be adopted to substitute canonical amino acids residues to improve the pharmacological activity of peptide-based drugs.

为支持地区经济、地方产业的快速发展,高质量的经济园区及工业园区在国内纷纷兴建;与此同时,部分园区内的市政污水处理厂来水中存在一定比例的工业废水,增加了出水达标的处理难度,处理工艺需根据来水水质特点进行深入研究。该项目位于苏州市吴江经济开发区,设计规模为10万m^(3)/d,服务片区内工业废水占比为20%~30%,工业废水中COD_(Cr)、TN、TP的冲击对现状污水处理有较大影响。项目根据实地踏勘的水质调研数据进行整理分析,并遵循工艺稳定、运营可靠、经济合理、节约用地的原则,选取了可强化脱氮除磷、强化去除COD_(Cr)的“Bardenpho+平流二沉池+曝气生物滤池+高效沉淀池+深床滤池+次氯酸钠消毒”工艺路线,并在进水前端设置应急沉淀池用以辅助异常来水的处理。本厂自2022年7月投产运行,近一年内出水水质良好,稳定达标。本项目设计方案可为纳管来水中工业废水占有一定比例,并受COD_(Cr)、TN、TP冲击的市政污水处理厂的设计提供借鉴。

为解决污水处理厂的邻避效应,以及充分利用地上空间进行协同开发,江苏省某规模为20万m^(3)/d的污水处理厂采用了全地下、集约式的布置形式。文章总结了此座全地下污水处理厂在设计中采取的安全设计措施,先从地下箱体的消防、防淹排涝、厂区停电、药品泄漏4个方面分析了污水处理厂面临的安全风险;针对各方面风险从设计原则、思路到设计方案进行了介绍。箱体消防从总图运输、火灾报警系统、消防设施、安全疏散、箱体照明等方面进行了分析;防淹排涝从汛期应对措施及箱体内排出不及时溢水进行设计;厂区停电从进出水环节、应急电源及自控仪表等方面进行考虑;药品泄漏同时兼顾了地下加药间的药品安全措施,以及事故时排水系统如何处理不达标出水的方案。该项目也结合了已建成地下污水处理厂的设计思路及运营经验,对设计细节进行了优化,总结工程特点,为其他类似工程提供借鉴。
