文章介绍了二次雷达与飞行器之间进行信息交换的方法及其应用。首先将二次雷达从基本型A/C模式升级到S模式,再利用S模式的信息交换功能,实现地面发起的信息交换和空中发起的信息交换功能。我们通过对信息交换流程的设计,实现了飞机识别符的获取与确认;通过信息交换实现了相邻地面雷达站之间的S模式协同监视。采用协同监视,降低询问频次,减少二次雷达的异步应答干扰,提高S模式目标监视的可靠性和连续性。

How to trigger strong anti-tumor immune responses has become a focus for tumor therapy.Here,we report the human-induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSs)to deliver MnO2@Ce6 nanoprobes into tumors for simultaneous photodynamic therapy(PDT)and enhanced immunotherapy.Ce6 photosensitizer was attached on manganese dioxide(MnO2)nanoparticles,and resultant MnO2@Ce6 nanoprobes were delivered into mitomycin-treated iPSs to form iPS-MnO2@Ce6 nanoprobes.The iPS-MnO2@Ce6 actively targeted in vivo tumors,the acidic microenvironment triggered interaction between MnO2 and H2O2,released large quantities of oxygen,alleviated hypoxia in tumor.Upon PDT,singlet oxygen formed,broken iPSs released tumor-shared antigens,which evoked an intensive innate and adaptive immune response against the tumor,improving dendritic cells matured,effector T cells,and natural killer cells were activated.Meanwhile,regulatory T cells were reduced,and then the immune response induced by iPS-MnO2@Ce6 was markedly stronger than the immune reaction induced by MnO2@Ce6(Pmarkedly inhibited tumor growth and metastasis and reduced mortality in mice models with tumor.Human iPS s loaded with MnO2-based nanoprobes are a promising strategy for simultaneous PDT and enhanced immunotherapy against tumor and own clinical translational prospect.

Integrated energy-oriented lateral stability control of a four-wheelindependent-drive electric vehicle

Improving the energy efficiency of an electric vehicle(EV) is an effective approach to extend its driving range. This paper proposes an integrated energy-oriented lateral stability controller(IESC) for a four-wheel independent-drive EV(4 WID-EV) to optimize its energy consumption while maintaining vehicular stability during cornering. The IESC is a hierarchical controller with two levels. The high-level decision-making controller determines the virtual control inputs, i.e., the desired additional yaw moment and total wheel torque, while the low-level controller allocates the motor torques according to the virtual control inputs.In the high-level controller, the desired additional yaw moment is first calculated using a linear quadratic regulator(LQR) to minimize the control expenditure. Meanwhile, a stability weighting factor(SWF) based on phase plane analysis is proposed to adjust the additional yaw moment, which can reduce the additional energy consumption caused by the mismatch between the reference model and the actual vehicle. In addition to the yaw moment, the desired total wheel torque is calculated using a proportional-integral(PI) controller to track the desired longitudinal velocity. In the low-level controller, a multi-objective convex-optimization problem is established to optimize the motor torque by minimizing the energy consumption and considering the tire-road frictional limit and motor saturation. A globally optimal solution is obtained by using an active-set method. Finally,double-lane change(DLC) simulations are conducted using Car Sim and maTLAB/Simulink. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed controller achieves great lateral stability control performance and reduces the energy consumption by5.23% and 2.95% compared with the rule-based control strategy for high-and low-friction DLC maneuvers, respectively.

Study on Lignite-Blended Burning Technology in the 1025t/h Bituminous Boiler

Due to a serious shortage of the coal in Tonghua, a retrofit solution of mixing warm flue gas extracted from reversing chamber into the coal pulverizing system and cold air into the hot air coal pulverizing system is proposed so as to reduce oxygen content. At the end of the pulverizing system and medium temperature of the conveying system, dual-channel combustion burner is transformed into horizontal bias combustion burner. The measurement results show that 50% ratio of lignite blended in the 1025t/h bituminous boiler is feasibility. It is also an important technology to reduce NOx pollutant emission.
