龙葵茎叶中澳洲茄碱及澳洲茄边碱的超声辅助提取工艺优化

以龙葵茎叶提取物为原料,考察提取时间、料液比、乙醇浓度、水解酸种类及浓度等因素对澳洲茄碱、澳洲茄边碱提取率的影响。结果表明:以乙醇为提取溶剂,超声辅助提取,最佳提取工艺为,乙醇浓度80%、提取时间60 min、提取温度40℃、料液比1∶20,在此条件下,龙葵茎叶中澳洲茄碱、澳洲茄边碱的含量分别为0.229%、0.141%;以10%硫酸乙醇作为提取溶剂,在料液比1∶20、提取时间60 min、提取温度80℃条件下,澳洲茄碱与澳洲茄边碱提取率分别为0.275%、0.168%,与乙醇提取相比,提取率分别提高1.2、1.19倍。实验证明:酸水解可提高龙葵茎叶中澳洲茄碱、澳洲茄边碱的提取率。

The direct urea fuel cell(DUFC) is a low cost and competitive approach for contemporaneous urine or urea-contaminated wastewater treatment and electricity generation. However,the lack of efficient urea oxidation reaction(UOR) electrocatalysts and suitable electron acceptors remains a challenge for practical applications. Here, we developed a DUFC system using Ni2 P@Ni foam as the anode and peroxymonosulfate(PMS) as the chemical *** Ni2 P@Ni foam anode showed a high oxidation activity for UOR with an onset potential of 0.30 V vs. Ag/Ag Cl and Tafel slope of 34.4 m V/dec. PMS with high theoretical potential improved the cell voltage to 1.43 V. A power density of DUFC up to 4.91 m W/cm2 was achieved using PMS at room temperature, which was approximately twice as high as using H2 O2(2.38 m W/cm2). NiII/NiⅢwas the redox active species on the Ni2 P anode in the DUFC process, and NiIIwas electrochemically oxidized to NiⅢ, which reverted to NiII by urea reduction. When real human urine was used as the fuel, a power density of 4.46 m W/cm2 can be achieved at room temperature. This DUFC with high cell performance showed potential application in urea wastewater treatment.

靖西大果山楂果实生长与果熟期果实营养动态分析

为掌握靖西大果山楂(Malus doumeri)果实生长发育及其在果熟期的营养动态变化规律,以靖西大果山楂果实为材料,观测和划分生长周期,并对果熟期果实的营养成分(糖、总酚、总黄酮、三萜、氮、磷、钾、钙和镁)含量进行测定和分析。结果表明,靖西大果山楂果实生长可分为迅速生长期(3月中旬—6月中旬)、缓慢生长期(6月中旬—8月中旬)、熟前速长期(8月中旬—9月中旬)和采前缓慢生长期(9月中旬—10月中旬)4个时期。采用Linear、Logarithmic、Quadratic和Logistic模型对果重、纵径、横径和糖度进行拟合;R^(2)最高的方程均为Quadratic方程,决定系数均在0.930以上,拟合程度均较高。在果熟期,果实糖度及总酚和总黄酮含量均随生长时间增加而升高;三萜含量呈先升后降的趋势,在10月15日最高;常量营养元素含量均表现为钾>氮>钙>磷>镁。果实糖度、总酚含量和总黄酮含量间均呈极显著正相关,磷含量与钾含量呈显著负相关。果重和果实营养成分含量均在10月中旬较高,靖西大果山楂果实较佳采收期为10月中旬。

Suppressing nonradiative recombination and releasing residual strain areprerequisites to improving the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,long-chain polyacrylic acid(PAA)is used to reinforce SnO_(2)film and passivate SnO_(2)defects,forming a structure similar to“reinforcedconcrete”with high tensile strength and fewer ***,PAA is also introduced to the SnO_(2)/perovskite interface as a“buffer spring”torelease residual strain,which also acts as a“dual-side passivation interlayer”to passivate the oxygen vacancies of SnO_(2)and Pb dangling bonds in *** a result,the best inorganic CsPbBr_(3)PSC achieves a championpower conversion efficiency of 10.83%with an ultrahigh open-circuit voltageof 1.674 *** unencapsulated PSC shows excellent stability under 80%relative humidity and 80℃over 120 days.

The re moval efficiency of pollutants in Fe(O) electrocoagulation(EC) has been associated closely with the speciation of generated Fe(Ⅱ)/Fe(Ⅲ) oxides during this process,which is very complicated and can be affected by various *** this work,in-situ Raman,X-ray diffraction and some other techniques have been used to study the speciation of Fe under different conditions and to establish a relationship between Fe speciation and Sb(V) removal *** indicated that concentration of dissolved oxygen(DO)is a key factor influencing Fe(O) *** was found that green rusts(GRs) were formed and were then transformed into magnetite at lower DO concentration,and Sb(V) removal efficiency reached 99.9% after30 min of *** contrast,γ-FeOOH was formed at high DO concentration,and the removal efficiency of Sb(V) after 30 min of EC was only 72.8%.In the presence of sulfite and phosphate with low concentrations,GRs can be stabilized and benefit the removal of Sb(V).We believe this work will provide some new insights on the mechanism of Fe(O) EC and the effective removal of other pollutants during Fe(O)EC process.

To monitor the presence of enteric pathogens in imported seafood,a total of 140 seafood samples imported from eight overseas countries were collected from Beijing,Dalian,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Wuhan seafood markets from June to November ***,116 viral,environmental swab samples were also collected from the Wuhan and Guangzhou seafood *** typical enteric bacterial pathogens(Aeromonas spp.,Shigella spp.,Salmonella spp.,Vibrio spp.,and Listeria monocytogenes)and four viruses(Rotavirus,Norovirus,Astrovirus,and Sapovirus)were detected *** showed that eight Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates appeared in seafood imported to Dalian,Wuhan,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and *** contrast,Vibrio fluvialis and Aeromonas were isolated in another two *** was detected in one oyster sample imported from France and environmental surface in *** remaining pathogens were negative in all the samples being *** 120 *** isolates from the above countries,the genomic analysis revealed that sequence type ST1152 isolates imported from Canada were clustered with two *** isolates from *** study presented the first microbiological analysis of the Wuhan seafood market before the outbreak of COVID-19,which demonstrated that supervision should be strengthened to prevent enteric pathogens via imported seafood.

恶意软件变体的大量出现对网络安全造成巨大威胁。针对基于汇编指令的恶意软件家族分类方法中,操作数语义与运行环境密切相关而难以提取,导致指令语义缺失,难以正确分类恶意软件变体的问题。提出了一种基于抽象汇编指令的恶意软件家族分类方法。通过抽象出操作数类型重构指令,使操作数语义脱离运行环境的约束;利用词注意力机制与双向门循环单元(Bi-GRU)构建指令嵌入网络以捕获指令行为语义,并结合双向循环神经网络(Bi-RNN)学习恶意软件家族共性指令序列,以减小变体技术对指令序列的干扰;融合原始指令和家族共性指令序列构建特征图像,并通过卷积神经网络实现恶意软件家族分类。公开数据集上的实验结果表明:所提方法能够有效提取操作数信息,抵抗恶意软件变体中无关指令的干扰,实现恶意软件变体的家族分类。
