A novel personalized Web search model is proposed. The new system, as a middleware between a user and a Web search engine, is set up on the client machine. It can learn a user＇s preference implicitly and then generate the user profile automatically. When the user inputs query keywords, the system can automatically generate a few personalized expansion words by computing the term-term associations according to the current user profile, and then these words together with the query keywords are submitted to a popular search engine such as Yahoo or Google. These expansion words help to express accurately the user＇s search intention. The new Web search model can make a common search engine personalized, that is, the search engine can return different search results to different users who input the same keywords. The experimental results show the feasibility and applicability of the presented work.

STUDY on the surface interaction of supported catalysts is a fundamental subject in catalysis fortheir wide application in industrial reactions. In the past decades, deep investigation on the in-teraction between the active species and the supports, such as γ-Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2,etc., has been carried out, and the properties of the supports as well as the roles of the sup-ported acitve species at different states in the catalysis process have been further ***, some novel catalysts, with rare-earth metal oxides as supports, have attracted muchattention for their unique properties in the catalysis application, such as the reaction of CO+H2 and the automobile exhaust emission control.

To restore the distribution systems in emergency states with the minimum load shedding, a novel Tabu search approach is put forward. The set of tripped switches is used as candidate solution. Some virtual tripped nodes are defined at the ends of the terminal nodes and by the source nodes. The neighborhood searching is committed by moving a tripped switch to the adjacent node of its upper stream and down stream, respectively. A Tabu list is formed for the tripped switches. The index is to energize as much as possible loads with as less as possible operated times. The electrical limitations and the voltage criterions are used as constrictions. The global aspiration criterion is adopted. An example is given, which shows that the proposed approach is feasible and can deal with complicated indexes.

Objective:To coat a zirconia surface with silica-zirconia using a dip-coating technique and evaluate its effect on resin-zirconia shear bond strength(SBS).Methods:A silica-zirconia suspension was prepared and used to coat a zirconia surface using a dip-coating *** hundred and eighty-nine zirconia disks were divided into three groups according to their different surface treatments(polishing,sandblasting,and silica-zirconia coating).Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray(EDX),and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to analyze the differently treated zirconia *** primer treatments(Monobond N,Z-PRIME Plus,and no primer)were also applied to the zirconia ***,180 composite resin cylinders(Filtek Z350)were cemented onto the zirconia disks with resin cement(RelyX Ultimate).The SBS was measured after water storage for 24 h or 6 *** data were analyzed by two-way analysis of variance(ANOVA).Results:SEM and EDX showed that the silica-zirconia coating produced a porous layer with additional Si,and XRD showed that only tetragonal zirconia was on the silica-zirconia-coating *** with the control group,the resin-zirconia SBSs of the,andblasting group and silica-zirconia-coating group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The silica-zirconia coating followed by the application of Monobond N produced the highest SBS(P<0.05).Water aging significantly reduced the resin-zirconia SBS(P<0.05).Conclusions:Dip-coating with silica-zirconia might be a feasible way to improve resin-zirconia bonding.

目的观察脂多糖(LPS)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)对人牙周膜细胞(hPDLCs)表达诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法应用LPS和IL-1β刺激hPDLCs后,通过实时定量PCR检测iNOS基因的表达情况,收集细胞上清液,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定诱导后细胞中iNOS的含量变化,采用硝酸还原酶法检测NO的表达水平。结果未受刺激的hPDLCs仅能产生微量的iNOS和NO;LPS和IL-1β刺激hPDLCs后,检测到iNOS、iNOS mRNA及NO的含量随着时间和质量浓度的增加而显著增加(P<0.05),在相同时间或相同质量浓度的条件下,IL-1β单独刺激或与LPS联合刺激hPDLCs产生iNOS及NO的能力强于LPS单独刺激(P<0.05)。结论 LPS和IL-1β刺激hPDLCs可以增加iNOS和NO的表达,为动物实验中牙周局部注射LPS和IL-1β诱导iNOS和NO表达奠定实验基础。

中国31省直辖市自治区土地资源尾效研究

基于我国人多地少的国情难以改变,土地供需矛盾突出的现实仍长期存在的问题,消除土地资源供应量决定经济发展速度的杂音,揭示土地供应与经济增长速度的关系具有现实意义。文中对两者之间是否存在同升同降关系进行分析研究,量化土地资源的有限性与经济发展的关系。研究结果表明:1)近年来,我国经济增长对土地资源的依赖程度下降,我国经济发展向高质量方向转型,土地资源尾效降低趋势明显。2)土地资源弹性系数(0.15)、劳动力增长率(0.01)远低于资本弹性系数(0.41)。3)全国“十三五”较“十一五”期间尾效值降低1.469%,经济发展对土地的依赖逐步减弱。4)区域间差异较大,东中西及东北部土地资源尾效最大差异达0.56%。针对我国目前土地资源尾效现状,建议盘活存量土地资源,加强节约集约利用管理、加快产业结构优化升级,缓解资源供需矛盾。

Bisphenol A(BPA)is an industrial pollutant that can cause immune *** acts as an antioxidant,as selenium deficiency often accompanies oxidative stress,resulting in organ *** study is the first to demonstrate that BPA and/or selenium deficiency induce pyroptosis and ferroptosis-mediated thymic injury in chicken and chicken lymphoma cell(MDCC-MSB-1)via oxidative stress-induced endoplasmic reticulum(ER)*** established a broiler chicken model of BPA and/or selenium deficiency exposure and collected thymus samples as research subjects after 42 *** results demonstrated that BPA or selenium deficiency led to a decrease in antioxidant enzyme activities(T-AOC,CAT,and GSH-Px),accumulation of peroxides(H2O2 and MDA),significant upregulation of ER stress-relatedmarkers(GRP78,IER 1,PERK,EIF-2α,ATF4,and CHOP),a significant increase in iron ion levels,significant upregulation of pyroptosis-related gene(NLRP3,ASC,Caspase1,GSDMD,IL-18 and IL-1β),significantly increase ferroptosis-related genes(TFRC,COX2)and downregulate GPX4,HO-1,FTH,*** vitro experiments conducted in MDCC-MSB-1 cells confirmed the results,demonstrating that the addition of antioxidant(NAC),ER stress inhibitor(TUDCA)and pyroptosis inhibitor(Vx765)alleviated oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,pyroptosis,and ***,this study concludes that the combined effects of oxidative stress and ER stress mediate pyroptosis and ferroptosis in chicken thymus induced by BPA exposure and selenium deficiency.

采用荧光极化免疫分析法，检测了１５例老年心功能不全病人血清地高辛样免疫活性物质（ＤＬＩＳ）浓度。以ＴＤｘ仪最低检测限０２５６ｎｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１为阳性检测标准，ＤＬＩＳ检出阳性率为４６７％（７／１５），浓度范围０２６～１５２ｎｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，平均浓度０５５±０４４ｎｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１；其中１例病人血清ＤＬＩＳ浓度高达１５２ｎｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１。结果表明老年心功能不全患者血清中含有较高水平的ＤＬＩＳ；提示对这些患者若因病情需要而用地高辛治疗时，其后的血浓度测定结果易引起“过高估计”。

The vibration response and noise caused by subway trains can affect the safety and comfort of *** study the dynamic response characteristics of subway stations and superstructures under train loads with a hard combination,a numerical model is developed in this *** indoor model test verified the accuracy of the numerical *** influence laws of different hard combinations,train operating speeds and modes were studied and evaluated *** results show that the frequency corresponding to the peak vibration acceleration level of each floor of the superstructure property is concentrated at 10–20 *** vibration response decreases in the high-frequency parts and increases in the lowfrequency parts with increasing distance from the ***,the factors,such as train operating speed,operating mode,and hard combination type,will affect the vibration of the *** vibration response under the reversible operation of the train is greater than that of the unidirectional *** operating speed of the train is proportional to its vibration *** vibration amplification area appears between the middle and the top of the superstructure at a higher train *** vibration acceleration level will exceed the limit value of relevant regulations,and vibration-damping measures are *** the scope of application,this study provides some suggestions for constructing subway stations and superstructures.
