Health monitoring data or the data about infectious diseases such as COVID-19 may need to be constantly updated and dynamically released,but they may contain user's sensitive information.Thus,how to preserve the user's privacy before their release is critically important yet challenging.Differential Privacy(DP)is well-known to provide effective privacy protection,and thus the dynamic DP preserving data release was designed to publish a histogram to meet DP guarantee.Unfortunately,this scheme may result in high cumulative errors and lower the data availability.To address this problem,in this paper,we apply Jensen-Shannon(JS)divergence to design the OPTICS(Ordering Points To Identify The Clustering Structure)scheme.It uses JS divergence to measure the difference between the updated data set at the current release time and private data set at the previous release time.By comparing the difference with a threshold,only when the difference is greater than the threshold,can we apply OPTICS to publish DP protected data sets.Our experimental results show that the absolute errors and average relative errors are significantly lower than those existing works.

Comprehensive evaluation of nutritional status before and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in 170 patients with hematological diseases

Objective： To investigate the nutritional status of patients before and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation（HSCT）, and explore optimal methods for assessing nutritional status in patients with hematological diseases.Methods： This cohort study enrolled 170 patients who were diagnosed with hematological diseases and underwent allogeneic HSCT in the Department of Hematology, Peking University People＇s Hospital between May2011 and April 2013. We used fixed-point continuous sampling and four nutritional screening tools, Nutritional Risk Screening 2002（NRS-2002）, Mini Nutritional Assessment（MNA）, Subjective Global Assessment（SGA） and Malnutrition Universal Screening Tools（MUST）, in combination with body measurements, to extensively screen and evaluate nutritional risks and status in patients receiving HSCT before entering and after leaving laminar air flow rooms.Results： After HSCT, patients had significant reduction in weight, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, calf circumference, mid-upper arm circumference, and suprailiac skinfold thickness compared with pre-HSCT measurements. Before HSCT, NRS-2002 identified that 21.2% of patients were at nutritional risks, compared with100% after HSCT. MUST indicated that before HSCT, 11.77% of patients were at high nutritional risk,compared with 59.63% after HSCT. MNA assessed that 0.06% of patients were malnourished before HSCT,compared with 19.27% after HSCT. SGA identified that before HSCT, 1.76% of patients had mild to severe malnutrition, which increased to 83.3% after HSCT. There is a significant increase in the nutritional risk and malnutrition in patients who received HSCT.Conclusions： Before HSCT, some patients already had nutritional risk or nutritional deficiencies, and prompt and close nutritional screening or assessment should be performed. The nutritional status of patients after HSCT was generally deteriorated compared with that before transplantation. Body measurements should be taken more frequently during the subsequent treatment window in the laminar

Bimetallic sulfides,integrating the merits of individual components,are ideal structures for efficient electrocatalysis.However,for bimetallic sulfides including metal sulfide heterojunctions(MSH)and singlephase bimetallic sulfides(SBS),it is still unclear about which one has better catalytic activity toward reversible oxygen catalysis and its difference on catalytic mechanism.In this work,we demonstrate a bimetallic sulfide electrocatalyst that could transform from metal sulfide heterojunction(CoS/FeS)to single-phase bimetallic sulfide(CoFeS_(2))through a facile temperature control strategy.The single-phase bimetallic sulfide(CoFeS_(2))affords high intrinsic activity,fast reaction kinetics and superior durability toward oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Density functional theory(DFT)simulations reveal that the(CoFeS_(2))has homogeneous electron distribution of the CoFeS_(2)structure,improves the central energy level of d band,and optimizes the O*and OOH*intermediate and efficiently reduces the energy barrier of the reaction rate-determining step(RDS).The assembled rechargeable zincair battery is more stable than the Pt/C and IrO_(2) assemblies due to the excellent electrocatalytic activity and stability of CoFeS_(2)/NC,suggesting that it has potential for use in practical applications.

Oxidative stress-mediated cell death in cardiomyocytes contributes to the development of atrial fibrillation.However,the detailed mechanisms are still unclear.In the present study,we established atrial fibrillation models in mice.The cardiomyocytes were isolated from atrial fibrillation mice and normal mice and were cultured in vitro,respectively.The results showed that cell proliferation and viability in cardiomyocytes with atrial fibrillation were significantly lower than the cells from the normal mice.Consistently,atrial fibrillation cardiomyocytes were prone to suffer from apoptotic cell death.Also,the oxidative stress and ferroptosis-associated signatures were significantly increased in atrial fibrillation cardiomyocytes compared to normal cardiomyocytes,and ferroptosis inhibitor and NAC rescued cell viability in atrial fibrillation cardiomyocytes during in vitro cell culture.In addition,low-expressed miR-143-3p was observed in atrial fibrillation cardiomyocytes compared to normal cardiomyocytes,and overexpression of miR-143-3p increased cell proliferation and inhibited cell death in atrial fibrillation cardiomyocytes.Furthermore,glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1 could be negatively regulated by miR-143-3p in normal cardiomyocytes,and miR-143-3p overexpression inhibited cell ferroptosis in atrial fibrillation cardiomyocytes by sponging glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1.Collectively,overexpression of miR-143-3p increased cell viability and promoted cell proliferation in cardiomyocytes with atrial fibrillation by inhibiting glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1 mediated oxidative damages and cell ferroptosis.

Electrocatalytic ammonia oxidation reaction(EAOR)provides an ideal solution for on-board hydrogen supply for fuel cells,while the lack of efficient and durable EAOR catalysts has been a long-standing obstacle for its practical application.Herein,we reported that the defect engineering via in-situ electrochemically introducing oxygen vacancies(Vo)not only turns the inactive CuO into efficient EAOR catalyst but also achieves a high stability of over 400 h at a high current density of~200 mA·cm^(−2).Theoretical simulation reveals that the presence of Vo on the CuO surface induces a remarkable upshift of the d-band center of active Cu site closer to the Fermi level,which significantly stabilizes the reaction intermediates(*NHx)and efficiently oxidizes NH3 into N2.This Vo-modulated CuO shows a different catalytic mechanism from that on the conventional Pt-based catalysts,paving a new avenue to develop inexpensive,efficient,and robust catalysts,not limited to EAOR.

基于公众生成的数据有助于融合设计思维、大数据、机器学习和预测分析的新一代助推工具,把“精准介入”理念导入环境治理与政策过程,为构建环境共治体系提供一种新的途径。但公众生成的数据如何纳入正式的决策流程还存在诸多需要解决的问题,还需要一系列理论、机制方面的创新。现有的理论研究和实践探索,呈现出从组织和个体行为层面将数据、政策分析能力、政策设计连接起来的发展趋势,但较少将公众生成的数据嵌入政策设计的各个要素和环节之中进行分析,对数据、分析能力和政策设计之间的“连接”机理仍缺乏较为全面的认识。未来研究可以将公众生成的数据、政策分析能力和政策设计在个体、组织和制度层面连接起来,构建一个新的关系框架来理解环境政策过程中的学习能力、知识利用与共同创造能力。通过对作为信息处理者和决策者的个体行为动机进行深入探讨,揭示公众生成的数据的认知框架限制;将环境政策分析能力作为一个自适应系统,从输入、输出全过程的动态视角看待政策分析能力的不同层次及其嵌套性,进一步探究政策分析能力实现回报递增正反馈过程的驱动机制。

Nutritional assessment with different tools in leukemia patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Objective： Correct nutritional assessment is essential for leukemia patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （HSCT）. This study aimed to investigate the best nutritional assessment method for leukemia patients after HSCT, and find the possible nutritional risk of the patients during the transplantation process in order to intervene in the patients with nutritional risks and undernourished patients timely, so that the entire transplantation process could be successfully completed. Methods： A prospective study was performed in 108 leukemia patients after HSCT, and different nutritional assessment methods, including nutritional risk screening 2002 （NRS2002）, mini nutritional assessment （MNA）, subjective globe assessment （SGA） and malnutritional universal screening tools （MUST）, were used. The associations between nutritional status of these patients and nutritional assessment methods were analyzed. Results： A total of 108 patients completed SGA, and 99 patients completed NRS2002, MNA and MUST. During the treatment process, 85.2% of the patients lost weight, wherein, 50% lost weight greater than 5%, and 42.6% had significantly reduced food intake. For nutritional risk assessment, the positive rates of NRS2002, MNA and MUST were 100%, 74.7% and 63.6%, respectively. There was a significant difference （P〈0.05） among the positive rates of NRS2002, MNA and MUST. In undernutrition assessment, the positive rate of SGA （83.3%） was significantly higher than that of MNA （17.2%）（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of nutritional risk among leukemia patients _〈30 years old was greater than that of patients 〉30 years old （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Patients with leukemia were in poor nutritional status during and after HSCT. The leukemia patients 〈30 years old had a greater incidence rate of nutritional risk. As nutritional risk screening tool, the specificity of NRS2002 is not high, but it can be used for evaluating nutritional deficiencies. Background:The 2017 American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association(ACC/AHA)blood pressure(BP)guideline lowered the threshold defining hypertension to 130/80 mmHg.However,how stage 1 hypertension defined using this guideline is associated with cardiovascular events in Chinese adults remains unclear.This study assessed the association between stage 1 hypertension defined by the 2017 ACC/AHA guideline and clinical outcomes in the Chinese population.Methods:Participants with stage 1 hypertension(n=69,509)or normal BP(n=34,142)were followed in this study from 2006/2007 to 2020.Stage 1 hypertension was defined as a systolic blood pressure of 130-139 mmHg or a diastolic blood pressure of 80-89 mmHg.None were taking antihypertensive medication or had a history of myocardial infarction(MI),stroke,or cancer at baseline.The primary outcome was a composite of MI,stroke,and all-cause mortality.The secondary outcomes were individual components of the primary outcome.Cox proportional hazards models were used for the analysis.Results:During a median follow-up of 11.09 years,we observed 10,479 events(MI,n=995;stroke,n=3408;all-cause mortality,n=7094).After multivariable adjustment,the hazard ratios for stage 1 hypertension vs.normal BP were 1.20(95%confidence interval[CI],1.13-1.25)for primary outcome,1.24(95%CI,1.05-1.46)for MI,1.45(95%CI,1.33-1.59)for stroke,and 1.11(95%CI,1.04-1.17)for all-cause mortality.The hazard ratios for participants with stage 1 hypertension who were prescribed antihypertensive medications compared with those without antihypertensive treatment during the follow-up was 0.90(95%CI,0.85-0.96).Conclusions:Using the new definition,Chinese adults with untreated stage 1 hypertension are at higher risk for MI,stroke,and all-cause mortality.This finding may help to validate the new BP classification system in China.

Three-dimensional S-wave velocity structure of the crust and upper mantle for the normal fault system beneath the Yinchuan Basin from joint inversion of receiver function and surface wave

A series of parallel normal faults are distributed in the Helan Mountain-Yinchuan Basin tectonic belt,where a historical M8.0 earthquake occurred.It is rare that such a great earthquake occurs in a normal fault system within the continent.To deeply understand the fine structure of the normal fault system,we deployed 104 broadband temporary stations near the system,collected data from permanent stations and other temporary stations nearby,and obtained the high-precision threedimensional S-wave velocity structure beneath 206 stations via joint inversion of receiver function and surface wave.A typical graben-in-graben feature bounded by four major faults was identified in the Yinchuan Basin.We analyzed the seismicity in the normal fault system and found a seismic strip in the southern part of the basin,where there are significant changes in the sedimentary thickness,which is speculated to be the southern boundary of the normal fault system.There are significant differences in the crustal thickness and velocity structure in the crust on both sides of the boundary between the Helan Mountain and the Yinchuan Basin,and a low-velocity zone was identified in the upper mantle beneath this boundary,which could be related to the fact that the Helan Mountain-Yinchuan Basin tectonic belt is located between the Alxa Block and the Ordos Block.The M8.0 Yinchuan-Pingluo earthquake occurred at the junction of four major faults in the Yinchuan Basin,which was located in the high-velocity zone near the velocity transition zone at the basin-mountain boundary.The low-velocity zone in the upper mantle beneath this boundary may have promoted the nucleation of this earthquake.Based on evidence from geological drilling,micro seismicity,the regional stress field,and the velocity models obtained in this study,it is inferred that the eastern piedmont fault zone of the Helan Mountain was the seismogenic fault of the 1739 M8.0 Yinchuan-Pingluo earthquake.
