Distributed user pairing and effective computation offloading in aerial edge networks

Future Sixth-Generation (6G) mobile communication networks extremely require the global connectivity and the ground Base Stations (BSs) are difficult to develop in some specific areas,such as mountainous areas.Therefore,the aerial networks are the key framework for the future communications,in which the aerial vehicle could act as the access point.Additionally,Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) is also essential to enhance the data processing capabilities of aerial networks.In this paper,we study a comprehensive communication-computation resource management problem for jointly optimizing user pairing,power and time allocation in the MEC aided Cognitive Radio (CR) aerial networks,namely CR-MEC aerial networks.Explicitly,this multilevel optimization problem could be decomposed into the user pairing and power allocation as well as time allocation sub-problems.In the conceived CR-MEC aerial networks,we propose a User Pairing and Computation Offloading Management Algorithm (UPCOMA) based on three-sided matching theory,aiming to minimize the system’s energy consumption.At the first step of UPCOMA,multiple Primary Users (PUs) and Cognitive Users (CUs) on the ground negotiate to each other with the suitable power allocation coefficients and construct the stable user pairs.Moreover,the stable user pairs would match to a high altitude platform who act as the base station,which is for appropriately allocating Transmission Time Slots (TSs) at the second step of UPCOMA.Additionally,a hybrid offloading mode is proposed in our conceived networks in order to support ground users to offload their tasks adaptively according to their individual deadlines.Furthermore,the simulation results reveal that the relative performance of UPCOMA is close to that of the Brute-Force Search Algorithm (BFSA) with low complexity.Meanwhile,the hybrid offloading mode with less energy consumption supports much more ground user pairs to offload tasks compared to the binary mode.

Reasonably designing highly active,environmentally friendly,and cost-effective catalysts for efficient elimination of pollutants from water is desirable but challenging.Herein,an efficient heterogeneous photo-Fenton catalyst tourmaline(TM)/tungsten oxide(WO_(3-x))(named TW10)containing tungsten/boron/iron(W/B/Fe)synergistic active centers and 90%of cheap natural tourmaline(TM)mineral rich in Fe and B elements.The TW10 catalyst can quickly activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS)to generate massive active free radicals,which may induce the rapid and efficient degradation of tetracycline(TC).The TW10/PMS/Visible light system can effectively degrade up to 98.7%of tetracycline(TC)in actual waters(i.***.seawater,Yellow River,and Yangtze River water),and the catalytic degradation rates reach 1.65,5.569,and 2.38 times higher than those of TM,WO_(3-x),and commercial P25(Degussa,Germany),respectively.In addition,the catalyst can be recycled and reused multiple times.Electron spin resonance spectroscopy(EPR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer(LC-MS)analyses confirm that the synergistic catalytic effect of W/B/Fe sites on the TW10 catalyst accelerates the electron transfer between Fe(Ⅱ)and Fe(Ⅲ),as well as between W(Ⅴ)and W(Ⅵ),and thus promotes the rapid degradation of TC.The catalytic reaction mechanism and degradation pathway of TC were explored.This work provides a feasible route for the design and development of new eco-friendly and efficient catalyst.

Dissecting the genetic components that contribute to the two main subphenotypes of steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome(SSNS)using genome-wide association studies(GWAS)strategy is important for understanding the disease.We conducted a multicenter cohort study(360 patients and 1835 controls)combined with a GWAS strategy to identify susceptibility var-iants associated with the following two subphenotypes of ssNS:steroid-sensitive nephrotic syn-drome without relapse(SSNswR,181 patients)and steroid-dependent/frequent relapse nephrotic syndrome(SDNS/FRNS,179 patients).The distribution of two single-nucleotide poly-morphisms(SNPs)in ANKRD36 and ALPG was significant between SSNSWR and healthy controls,and that of two SNPs in GAD1 and HLA-DQA1 was significant between SDNS/FRNS and healthy controls.Interestingly,rs1047989 in HLA-DQA1 was a candidate locus for SDNS/FRNS but not for SSNSWR.No significant SNPs were observed between SSNSWR and SDNS/FRNS.Meanwhile,chromosome 2:171713702 in GAD1 was associated with a greater steroid dose(>0.75 mg/kg/d)upon relapse to first remission in patients with SDNS/FRNS(odds ratio=3.14;95%confidence interval,0.97-9.87;P=0.034).rs117014418 in APOL4 was significantly associated with a decrease in eGFR of greater than 20%compared with the baseline in SDNS/FRNS patients(P=0.0001).Protein-protein intersection network construction suggested that HLA-DQA1 and HLA-DQB1 function together through GSDMA.Thus,SSNSWR belongs to non-HLA region-dependent nephropathy,and the HLA-DQA/DQB region is likely strongly associated with dis-ease relapse,especially in SDNS/FRNS.The study provides a novel approach for the GWAS strategy of SsNS and contributes to our understanding of the pathological mechanisms of SSNSWRandSDNS/FRNS.

Recycling strategies for vitrimers

Vitrimer is a new type of material that combine the advantages of thermoplastic and thermoset materials.The rapid dynamic exchange reactions at high temperature allow the topology of cross-linked networks to change and rearrange while keeping material structures and properties intact.The concept of vitrimer has emerged to provide a viable strategy for the recycling of highperformance polymer materials,and lots of research works have been carried out for the development of various types of vitrimers.In addition,the recycling strategies for vitrimers are particularly important to determine the performance and potential applications of the recovered materials.Therefore,it is an innovative and valu-able perspective to discuss vitrimer materials according to their different recycling strategies.In this review,we start with a brief overview of vitrimers,and then,focus on recycling strategies for vitrimers.Specifically,we highlight the advantages and disadvan-tages of the two different recycling strategies:physical and chemi-cal recycling methods,and then explore the feasibility of upcycling vitrimers using 3D printing technology.Finally,the impact of recy-cling strategies on vitrimer materials and the prospects for max-imizing the use of vitrimer materials are discussed.

Photoresponsive materials have been widely used in sensing,bioimaging,molecular switches,information storage,and encryption nowadays.Although a large amount of photoresponsive materials have been reported,the construction of these smart materials into precisely prescribed complex 3D geometries is rarely studied.Here we designed a novel photoresponsive material methyl methacrylate containing triphenylethylene(TrPEF_(2)-MA)that can be directly used for digital light processing(DLP)3D printing.Based on TrPEF_(2)-MA,a series of photoresponsive 3D structures with reversible color switching under ultraviolet/visible light irradiations were fabricated.These complex photoresponsive 3D structures show high resolutions(50μm),excellent repeatability(25 cycles without fatigue),and tunable saturate color degrees.Multicomponent DLP 3D printing processes were also carried out to demonstrate their great properties in information hiding and information-carrying properties.This design strategy for constructing photoresponsive 3D structures is attractive in the area of adaptive camouflage,information hiding,information storage,and flexible electronics.

Two fluorescent“off-on”probes YYH1 and YYH2 were used for the detection of mitochondrial polarity and viscosity.Both probes have two emission bands:The peak of shorter wavelength was sensitive to the polarity,while that in longer wavelength region was sensitive to the viscosity,which enables us to detect medium polarity and viscosity simultaneously.The lg(Ishort/Ilong)of YYH1 exhibited linear relationship to the solvent polarity,while that of YYH2 was closely related to the solvent viscosity.Furthermore,both probes showed potential in bioimaging mitochondrial polarity or viscosity in living cells.

科技和金融的融合协调发展对于区域创新和经济发展具有重要推动力。基于中国284个地级市的面板数据,使用熵值法与耦合协调度模型测算中国城市科技和金融耦合协调度,并使用Dagum基尼系数与空间收敛分析其空间差异与收敛性。研究发现,在样本期间内各城市科技和金融耦合协调度逐年上升,但总体水平依旧偏低;东部与西部地区间耦合协调度存在显著差异,从而造成总体空间差异扩大;耦合协调度的正向空间集聚特征逐年强化且增长稳定;总体与分地区的耦合协调度存在着显著的绝对β收敛特征,在控制影响因素后的条件β收敛分析中依旧成立,其中中部地区的收敛速度最快,其次是东部地区与西部地区。

目的探讨治疗前^(18)F-FDG PET/CT影像组学特征对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者无进展生存期(PFS)及总生存期(OS)的预后评估。资料与方法回顾性收集2016年1月—2018年12月解放军总医院第一医学中心经病理证实为DLBCL且治疗前行^(18)F-FDG PET/CT的135例患者,以8∶2随机分为训练集和测试集,再以8∶2将训练集分为训练集和验证集进行模型构建。半自动勾画患者淋巴瘤病灶作为感兴趣区并提取特征,利用单因素COX及最小绝对收缩选择算子回归进行特征筛选,获得系数非零的影像组学特征并用其权重系数计算每例患者的影像组学得分(Radscore),分析Radscore对PFS和OS的预测价值。使用传统预后指标(代谢参数和临床因素)、Radscore及两者联合分别建立3种模型。通过C-index、时间依赖的受试者工作特征曲线、决策曲线评估各模型预测效能。最后基于最佳模型绘制列线图,利用校准曲线验证列线图效能。结果联合模型对3、5年PFS及OS预测效能优于传统预后指标模型和Radscore模型(Z=0.9621~2.2539,P均<0.05)。决策曲线显示,联合模型获得最大临床净增益。校准曲线显示,列线图的预测值与实际观察值一致性均良好。结论Radscore是预测DLBCL患者生存的独立预后因素。联合模型对指导临床个体化治疗方案制订有较大的应用价值。

本文从研发费用加计扣除这一税收激励政策出发，利用2011—2020年民营A股上市公司数据，实证研究了该政策对民营企业数字化转型的影响。研究发现：研发费用加计扣除政策能促进民营企业数字化转型。同时，机制检验揭示，研发费用加计扣除政策通过提升企业创新能力促进了民营企业的数字化转型，人力资本水平对研发费用加计扣除政策的促进效果具有正向调节作用。异质性分析结果显示，该政策对非高能耗企业和中小型企业的数字化转型促进效果更为显著。这一研究不仅丰富了研发费用加计扣除政策对企业数字化转型影响的理论和实证基础，也为优化相关政策、推动民营企业数字化转型提供了有力的理论支持和政策建议。
