This study investigates the negative influence of an eccentric permanent-magnet(PM)design on high-frequency electromagnetic vibration in fractional-slot concentrated-winding(FSCW)PM ***,an analytical expression for the sideband current harmonics was derived using the double Fourier series expansion ***,the characteristics of the flux-density harmonics are studied from the perspective of the space-time distribution and initial phase *** influence of the eccentric PM design on high-frequency electromagnetic and concentrated forces was studied based on the electromagnetic force modulation ***,an eccentric PM design is not conducive to reducing the 2pth-order high-frequency electromagnetic ***,two FSCW PM machines with conventional and eccentric PM designs are manufactured and tested to verify the theoretical *** results show that the eccentric PM design worsens high-frequency vibrations.

Using the seismic method to detect active faults directly below cities is an irreplaceable prospecting technique. The seismic method can precisely determine the fault position. Seismic method itself can hardly determine the geological age of fault. However, by considering in connection with the borehole data and the standard geological cross-section of the surveyed area, the geological age of reflected wave group can be qualitatively (or semi-quantitatively) determined from the seismic depth profile. To determine the upper terminal point of active faults directly below city, it is necessary to use the high-resolution seismic reflection technique. To effectively determine the geometric feature of deep faults, especially to determine the relation between deep and shallow fracture structures, the seismic reflection method is better than the seismic refraction method.

应用模板数据库的方法,进行工程CAD管网拓扑建模.通过将工程对象抽象为很多具有各自特征的拓扑结构模板,建立拓扑模板数据库.在模板数据库基础上设计了一种松耦合的3层体系结构的工程CAD管网建模系统.此体系结构包括:用户层、库管理层、数据层.库管理层能够对拓扑模板进行方便快捷的管理、扩展,从而可以高效地建立和维护管网模型的拓扑结构;数据层提供统一的数据接口,使得不同领域之间可以共享拓扑模板数据.系统的层次结构分明,系统模块之间的依赖关系低,并且易于实现.采用本系统能够大大提高管网模型的建模效率和兼容性.

Lipid-rich myelin is a special structure formed by oligodendrocytes wrapping neuronal *** myelin sheath is associated with many neurological ***-expressed antigen 6(Mea6)/cutaneous T cell lymphoma-associated antigen 5C(cTAGE5C)plays an important role in vesicle trafficking from the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)to Golgi,and conditional knockout(cKO)of Mea6 in the brain significantly affects neural development and brain ***,whether the impaired brain function involves the development of oligodendrocytes and white matter beyond neurons remains *** this study,by using different models of diffusion magnetic resonance imaging,we showed that cKO of Mea6 in oligodendrocytes leads to significant impairment of the gross and microstructure of the white matter,as well as a significant decrease of cholesterol and triglycerides in *** lipidomic analysis of purified myelin sheath for the first time showed that Mea6 elimination in oligodendrocytes significantly altered the lipid composition in myelin lipidome,especially the proportion of very long chain fatty acids(VLCFAs).In particular,the levels of most VLCFA-containing phosphatidylcholines were substantially lower in the myelin sheath of the cKO *** reduction of VLCFAs is likely due to the downregulated expression of elongation of very long chain fatty acids(ELOVLs).Our study of an animal model with white matter malformation and the comprehensive lipid profiling would provide clues for future studies of the formation of myelin sheath,myelin lipids,and the pathogenesis of white matter diseases.

Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of docetaxel(DOC),oxaliplatin(OXA) and their combination on proliferation of cervical cancer line ***:Cell morphological changes were observed by inverted phase contrast microscope,cell inhibition rates in different groups were examined by MTT,and cell cycle and apoptosis rates were determined by flow cytometry(FCM).Results:DOC and OXA inhibited the proliferation of cervical cancer cell line HeLa in a dose-dependent,and combination of the two drugs had an enhanced inhibitory effect;the apoptosis rate was also significantly increased when the two drugs were used in ***:DOC and OXA can synergistically inhibit the proliferation of cervical cancer cell line HeLa,which indicates that combination of the two drugs might has a promising future for clinical treatment of cervical cancer.

Building energy conservation is the basis for carbon emission reduction, through elaborating the relationship between low carbon and energy efficient building. It points out that the construction of energy-saving emission reduction is an effective means to solve the problems of high energy consumption of the building, and it is also an important measure for China＇s carbon emission reduction. According to the climate characteristics in hot summer and cold winter area, low carbon technology suitable for the construction of energy-efficient hot summer and cold winter area is proposed which is based on the analysis of the current main building energy-saving technical measures.

侯建新教授的近作《资本主义起源新论》,是其30多年研究成果的整理和深化,建立了他对欧洲资本主义起源问题的认识和阐述框架。他按三个层面来展开论述,视野开阔。在第一个层面上探讨欧洲资本主义生产的起源,认为个体农民和农业是欧洲资本主义起源的关键。第二个层面探讨欧洲资本主义生产诞生和发展的条件,提出了三大机制说,即社会财产和财富的积累机制、产品和要素市场的流通机制、生产性活动的法律保障机制。第三个层面探讨资本主义关系得到全面培育的社会环境,即构成欧洲文明来源的三元素:日耳曼因素、罗马法和基督教。三个层面联结为一个有机体,一条红线贯穿其中,那就是个体以及个体权利是欧洲资本主义起源和发展的原动力。
