行政行为的事实、理由和依据是行政行为的必要组成部分,也是审查和评价行政行为是否合法的基本要素。政府信息答复与答复的事实、理由和依据,具有不可分性,申请人认为知情权未获满足的,应当通过对政府信息答复申请行政复议或者提起行政诉讼的途径解决。申请人不加限制地提出信息公开申请和诉讼,不符合行政行为合法性审查的制度安排,悖离了政府信息公开服务不特定多数人利益的制度目的,不具有权利保护必要性,人民法院依法裁定不予立案或者驳回起诉。

Rabies virus(RABV)is an infectious and neurotropic pathogen that causes rabies and infects humans and almost all warm-blooded animals,posing a great threat to people and public *** is well known that innate immunity is the critical first line of host defense against viral *** monitors the invading pathogens by recognizing the pathogen-associated molecular patterns and danger-associated molecular patterns through pattern-recognition receptors,leading to the production of type I interferons(IFNα/β),inflammatory cytokines,and chemokines,or the activation of autophagy or apoptosis to inhibit virus *** the case of RABV,the innate immune response is usually triggered when the skin or muscle is bitten or ***,RABV has evolved many ways to escape or even hijack innate immune response to complete its own replication and eventually invades the central nervous system(CNS).Once RABV reaches the CNS,it cannot be wiped out by the immune system or any ***,a better understanding of the interplay between RABV and innate immu-nity is necessary to develop effective strategies to combat its ***,we review the innate immune responses induced by RABV and illustrate the antagonism mechanisms of RABV to provide new insights for the control of rabies.

Many studies suggest that severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)can infect various animals and transmit among animals,and even to humans,posing a threat to humans and *** is an urgent need to develop inexpensive and efficient animal vaccines to prevent and control coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in *** virus(RABV)is another important zoonotic pathogen that infects almost all warmblooded animals and poses a great public health *** present study constructed two recombinant chimeric viruses expressing the S1 and RBD proteins of the SARS-CoV-2 Wuhan01 strain based on a reverse genetic system of the RABV SRV9 strain and evaluated their immunogenicity in mice,cats and *** results showed that both inactivated recombinant viruses induced durable neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 and RABV and a strong cellular immune response in ***,inactivated SRV-nCoV-RBD induced earlier antibody production than SRV-nCoV-S1,which was maintained at high levels for longer *** SRV-nCoV-RBD induced neutralizing antibodies against both SARS-CoV-2 and RABV in cats and dogs,with a relatively broadspectrum cross-neutralization capability against the SARS-CoV-2 pseudoviruses including Alpha,Beta,Gamma,Delta,and Omicron,showing potential to be used as a safe bivalent vaccine candidate against COVID-19 and rabies in animals.

In the present paper,extremely unsteady shock wave buffet induced by strong shock wave/boundary-layer interactions (SWBLI) on the upper surface of an OAT15A supercritical airfoil at Mach number of 0.73 and angle of attack of 3.5 degrees is first numerically simulated by IDDES,one of the most advanced RANS/LES hybrid *** results imply that conventional URANS methods are unable to effectively predict the buffet phenomenon on the wing surface;IDDES,which involves more flow physics,predicted buffet *** complex flow phenomena are predicted and demonstrated,such as periodical oscillations of shock wave in the streamwise direction,strong shear layer detached from the shock wave due to SWBLI and plenty of small scale structures broken down by the shear layer instability and in the *** root mean square (RMS) of fluctuating pressure coefficients and streamwise range of shock wave oscillation reasonably agree with experimental ***,two vortex generators (VG) both with an inclination angle of 30 degrees to the main flow directions are mounted in front of the shock wave region on the upper surface to suppress shock wave *** results show that shock wave buffet can be significantly suppressed by VGs,the RMS level of pressure in the buffet region is effectively reduced,and averaged shock wave position is obviously pushed downstream,resulting in increased total lift.

The discovery of semiconductor has witnessed remarkable strides toward high performance of photodetectors attributed to its excellent carrier ***,semimetal,owning to the high carrier concentration and low carrier mobility compared to those of semiconductor,is generally considered unsuitable for ***,we demonstrate an outstanding photodetection in a layered semimetal titanium diselenide(TiSe_(2))in Bose-Einstein condensation(BEC)*** sensitivity of semimetal photodetector is realized in the range of visible,infrared and terahertz *** noise equivalent power(NEP)has threefold improvement at the visible and infrared wavebands,and significant decrease by one order of magnitude in the terahertz frequencies via BEC phenomenon,attributed to the electrical parameter variation after *** best NEP value in the terahertz frequency is comparable to that of commercial Si *** results show another recipe to fabricate high performance of photodetection via semimetal except for semiconductor and pave the way to exploit macroscopic quantum phenomena for optoelectronics.

Vascular etiology is the second most prevalent cause of cognitive impairment ***-1,which is produced and secreted by endothelial cells and astrocytes,is implicated in the pathogenesis of ***,the way in which changes in astrocytic endothelin-1 lead to poststroke cognitive deficits following transient middle cerebral artery occlusion is not well ***,using mice in which astrocytic endothelin-1 was overexpressed,we found that the selective overexpression of endothelin-1 by astrocytic cells led to ischemic stroke-related dementia(1 hour of ischemia;7 days,28 days,or 3 months of reperfusion).We also revealed that astrocytic endothelin-1 overexpression contributed to the role of neural stem cell proliferation but impaired neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus after middle cerebral artery *** proteome profiles and western blot analysis confirmed that levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein and peroxiredoxin 6,which were differentially expressed in the brain,were significantly increased in mice with astrocytic endothelin-1 overexpression in comparison with wild-type mice 28 days after ischemic ***,the levels of the enriched differentially expressed proteins were closely related to lipid metabolism,as indicated by Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway *** chromatography-mass spectrometry nontargeted metabolite profiling of brain tissues showed that astrocytic endothelin-1 overexpression altered lipid metabolism products such as glycerol phosphatidylcholine,sphingomyelin,and phosphatidic ***,this study demonstrates that astrocytic endothelin-1 overexpression can impair hippocampal neurogenesis and that it is correlated with lipid metabolism in poststroke cognitive dysfunction.
