Manipulating the Macroscopic and Microscopic Morphology of Large-Area Gravure-Printed ZnO Films for High-Performance Flexible Organic Solar Cells

Gravure printing is a promising large-scale fabrication method for flexible organic solar cells（FOSCs） because it is compatible with two-dimension patternable roll-to-roll fabrication. However, the unsuitable rheological property of Zn O nanoinks resulted in unevenness and looseness of the gravure-printed Zn O interfacial layer. Here we propose a strategy to manipulate the macroscopic and microscopic of the gravure-printed Zn O films through using mixed solvent and poly（vinylpyrrolidone）(PVP) *** regulation of drying speed effectively manipulates the droplets fusion and leveling process and eliminates the printing ribbing structure in the macroscopic morphology. The additive of PVP effectively regulates the rheological property and improves the microscopic compactness of the *** this method, large-area Zn O:PVP films（28 × 9 cm2） with excellent uniformity, compactness, conductivity, and bending durability were fabricated. The power conversion efficiencies of FOSCs with gravure-printed Ag NWs and Zn O:PVP films reached 14.34% and 17.07% for the 1 cm2PM6:Y6 and PM6:L8-BO flexible devices. The efficiency of 17.07% is the highest value to date for the 1 cm2FOSCs. The use of mixed solvent and PVP addition also significantly enlarged the printing window of Zn O ink, ensuring high-quality printed thin films with thicknesses varying from 30 to 100 nm.

目的探讨地塞米松在小儿支原体感染致大叶性肺炎中的治疗效果。方法选取2020年9月至2023年9月米脂县中医院收治的98例支原体感染致大叶性肺炎患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组各49例。对照组予以阿奇霉素,研究组予以阿奇霉素联合地塞米松。比较两组的治疗效果、肺功能及炎症指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组咳嗽、肺部啰音、发热消失时间以及肺部阴影吸收时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肺功能指标、炎症指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地塞米松在小儿支原体感染致大叶性肺炎中的治疗效果显著,能够缓解症状,改善肺功能,减轻炎症反应,值得推广。

China now faces double challenges of water resources shortage and severe water pollution. To resolve Chinese water pollution problems and reduce its impacts on human health, economic growth and social develop- ment, the situation of wastewater treatment was investi- gated. Excess sludge and greenhouse gases （GHGs） emitted during wastewater treatment were also surveyed. It is concluded that Chinese water pollution problems should be systematically resolved with inclusion of wastewater and the solid waste and GHGs generated during wastewater treatment. Strategies proposed for the wastewater treatment in China herein were also adequate for other countries, especially for the developing countries with similar economic conditions to China.

Design and validation of real-time dynamic spectrum management in OFDM-based HNPLC systems

Layer-by-layer (LbL) strategy has been developed to form bulk heterojunction (BHJ) structure for processing efficient organic solar cells (OSCs). Herein, LbL slot-die coating with twin boiling point solvents (TBPS) strategy was developed to fabricate highly efficient OSCs, which matches with large-scale, high throughput roll-to-roll (R2R) industrialized mass process. The TBPS strategy could produce high-quality thin film without any additive, leading to the optimized vertical phase separation with interpenetrating nanostructures, as well as the enhanced charge transport and extraction. Thus, the power conversion efficiency up to 14.42% was achieved for [(2,6-(4,8-bis(5-(2-ethylhexyl-3-fluoro)thiophen-2-yl)-benzo [1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene))-alt-(5,5-(1′,3′-di-2-thienyl-5′,7′-bis(2-ethylhexyl)benzo[1′,2′-c:4′,5′-c′]dithiophene-4,8-dione)]:2,2′-((2Z,2′Z)-((12,13-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-3,9-diundecyl-12,13-dihydro-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4-e]thieno[2″,3″:4″,5″]thieno[2′,3′:4,5]pyrrolo[3,2-g]thieno[2′,3′:4,5]thieno[3,2-b]indole-2,10-diyl)bis(methanylylidene)) bis(5,6-difluoro-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-2,1-diylidene))dimalononitrile (PM6:Y6) OSCs fabricated via sequentially LbL slot-die coating using the TBPS strategy under ambient condition. The research provides a potential route for industrialized production of high-efficiency and large-area OSC devices.

Stable interface adhesion and bending durability of flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs)is a basic requirement for its real application in wearable ***,the device performance always degraded during continuous ***,we revealed the weak interface adhesion force between MoO_(3) hole transporting layer(HTL)and the organic photoactive layer was the main reason of poor bending *** insertion of an interface bonding layer with a thermoplastic elastomer,polystyrene-blockpoly(ethylene-ran-butylene)-block-polystyrene(SEBS)effectively improved the interface adhesion force of MoO_(3) HTL and the active layer and decreased the modulus,which ensured higher than 90%of the initial efficiency remaining after 10000 ***,the FOSCs gave an efficiency of 14.18%and 16.15%for the PM6:Y6 and PM6:L8-BO devices,which was among the highest performance of *** results demonstrated the potential of improving the mechanical durability of FOSCs through thermoplastic elastomer interface modification.

动态频谱分配应用于实际电力线通信系统面临分配策略、实时算法等诸多挑战,到目前为止还未见有公开报道。定义并设计了一个实际的基于正交频分复用(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing,OFDM)的高速窄带电力线通信系统构架,并提出一种适用于该系统的动态频谱分配策略和对应的实时实现算法。该算法在任一种调制方式下将子载波进行分组,并对各个子载波组的功率进行排序,选择可用的子载波组,根据速率最大化准则确定最优的调制方式并分配功率。该算法与Hughes-Hartogs算法相比,具有较低的运算复杂度和较少的信令开销,与传统的等功率分配方式相比,误码性能更好。仿真结果和实验结果证明了该算法的有效性和优越性。

In situ performance and stability tests of large-area flexible polymer solar cells in the 35-km stratospheric environment

Flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs) are one of the most promising power sources for aerospace aircraft due to their atractive advantages with high power-per-weight ratio and excellent mechanical *** the performance and stability of high-performance FOSCs is essential for the further development of FOSCs for aerospace applications. In this paper, after systematic investigations on the performance of the state-of-the-art high-performance solar cells under thermal cycle and intensive UV irradiation conditions, in situ performance and stability tests of the solar cells in the 35 km stratospheric environment were carried out through a high-altitude balloon uploading. The encapsulated FOSCs with an area of 0.64 cm2gave the highest power density of 15.26 mW/cm2and an efficiency over 11%,corresponding to a power-per-weight ratio of over 3.32 k W/kg. More importantly, the cells showed stable power output during the 3-h continuous flight at 35 km and only 10% performance decay after return to the lab, suggesting promising stability of the FOSCs in the stratospheric environment.

Electromagnetic and Microwave Absorption Properties of Carbonyl-Iron/Fe91Si9 Composites in Gigahertz Range

Carbonyl-iron/Fe91Si9 composites for thin microwave absorbers were firstly prepared by a simple blending technique. The patterns of carbonyl-iron and Fe91Si9 were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The complex permittivity, permeability and microwave absorption properties of the composites were studied in the frequency range of 2 - 7GHz by a HP8720B vector network analyzer. Complex permittivity and permeability decrease gradually with increasing weight percentage of Fe91Si9 in the composites, the variation of permittivity was very large but the variation of permeability was very small. The composites exhibited excellent microwave absorption properties with increasing Fe91Si9 content. The reflection loss (RL) values less than –20 dB were obtained in the 3.7 - 6.7 GHz frequency range for the paraffin matrix composites with 80 wt% carbonyl-iron/Fe91Si9 powders (weight ratio of carbonyl-iron to Fe91Si9 was 1:1), with thickness of 4.0 - 2.4 mm, respectively. The optimal RL of –45 dB was observed at 5.2 GHz with a matching thickness (dm) of 3.0 mm. The excellent microwave absorption properties were attributed to a better electromagnetic impedance match and a higher electric resistivity.

为使高速窄带电力线通信(HNPLC)满足智能电网的双向互动需求,结合HNPLC的底层技术,设计实现了具有低信令、低时序开销的跨层交互组网机制和具有双向互动功能且综合代价最小化的分布式按需路由机制。在实际的HNPLC网络中对面向双向互动的组网和路由机制进行性能验证。计算机仿真结果表明,所提出的路由机制比传统方法具有更快的传输速率、更好的负荷均衡性和更高的通信成功率;与树状拓扑或人工蛛网拓扑相比,采用Mesh拓扑能使双向互动HNPLC网络更具优越性。
