Pyrotinib and chrysin synergistically potentiate autophagy in HER2-positive breast cancer

Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive breast cancer(BC)has been the most challenging subtype of BC,consisting of 20%of BC with an apparent correlation with poor *** that pyrotinib,a new HER2 inhibitor,has led to dramatic improvements in prognosis,the efficacy of pyrotinib monotherapy remains largely restricted due to its acquired ***,identifying a new potential antitumor drug in combination with pyrotinib to amplify therapeutic efficacy is a pressing ***,we reported a novel combination of pyrotinib with chrysin and explored its antitumor efficacy and the underlying mechanism in HER2-positive *** determined that pyrotinib combined with chrysin yielded a potent synergistic effect to induce more evident cell cycle arrest,inhibit the proliferation of BT-474 and SK-BR-3 BC cells,and repress in vivo tumor growth in xenograft mice *** may be attributed to enhanced autophagy induced by endoplasmic reticulum ***,the combined treatment of pyrotinib and chrysin induced ubiquitination and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD)degradation by upregulating zinc finger and BTB/POZ domain-containing family protein 16(ZBTB16)in tumorigenesis of ***,we identified that miR-16-5p was a potential upstream regulator of ZBTB16,and it showed a significant inverse correlation with *** of miR-16-5p overexpression by restoring ZBTB16 significantly potentiated the overall antitumor efficacy of pyrotinib combined with chrysin against HER2-positive ***,these findings demonstrate that the combined treatment of pyrotinib and chrysin enhances autophagy in HER2-positive BC through an unrecognized miR-16-5p/ZBTB16/G6PD axis.

The evolution of ablative Rayleigh–Taylor instability(ARTI)induced by single-mode stationary and time-varying perturbations in heat flux is studied numerically in two *** with the stationary case,time-varying heat-flux perturbation mitigates ARTI growth because of the enhanced thermal smoothing induced by the wave-like traveling heat flux.A resonance is found to form when the phase velocity of the heat-flux perturbation matches the average sound speed in the ablation *** the resonant regime,the coherent density and temperature fluctuations enhance the electron thermal conduction in the ablation region and lead to larger ablation pressure and effective acceleration,which consequently yield higher linear growth rate and saturated bubble *** enhanced effective acceleration offers increased implosion velocity but can also compromise the integrity of inertial confinement fusion shells by causing faster ARTI growth.

Nanoelectrodes have been shown to be powerful tools for nanoscopic research on single entities,deepening the understanding of heterogeneity and stochastics for single molecules,nanoparticles and cells[1–3].However,despite their importance,current nanoelectrode preparations are highly restrained to flame/electrochemical etching,metal sputtering,electrochemical deposition,etc.[3],resulting in a limited range of materials(mainly gold,platinum and carbon)for potential-resolved detection of redox-active species(Table S1 online).The enrichment of preparation methods to introduce novel materials and mechanisms should prove significant for the development of nanoelectrodes.

Multichannel microneedle dry electrode patches for minimally invasive transdermal recording of electrophysiological signals

The collection of multiple-channel electrophysiological signals enables a comprehensive understanding of the spatial distribution and temporal features of electrophysiological *** approach can help to distinguish the traits and patterns of different ailments to enhance diagnostic *** array electrodes,which can penetrate skin without pain,can lessen the impedance between the electrodes and skin;however,current microneedle methods are limited to single channels and cannot achieve multichannel collection in small ***,a multichannel(32 channels)microneedle dry electrode patch device was developed via a dimensionality reduction fabrication and integration approach and supported by a self-developed circuit system to record weak electrophysiological signals,including electroencephalography(EEG),electrocardiogram(ECG),and electromyography(EMG)*** microneedles reduced the electrode–skin contact impedance by penetrating the nonconducting stratum corneum in a painless *** multichannel microneedle array(MMA)enabled painless transdermal recording of multichannel electrophysiological signals from the subcutaneous space,with high temporal and spatial resolution,reaching the level of a single microneedle in terms of signal *** MMA demonstrated the detection of the spatial distribution of ECG,EMG and EEG signals in live rabbit models,and the microneedle electrode(MNE)achieved better signal quality in the transcutaneous detection of EEG signals than did the conventional flat dry electrode *** work offers a promising opportunity to develop advanced tools for neural interface technology and electrophysiological recording.

本研究聚焦日语中的“から被动句”何时使用、为何使用的问题。具体来说,利用构式搭配分析法,通过谓语动词与构式的互动关系,并兼与常规的“に被动句”对比,提取出了“から被动句”的整体语义特征:从接收者的视角描述一个“发送→接收”事件。研究发现,这个构式语义特征导致“から被动句”一般具备两个使用条件:(1)接收者关注位移物的来源;(2)发送者对接收者施加作用力的方式较为间接。

In-situ thermal Raman mapping and stress analysis of CNT/CF/epoxy interfaces

Introduction:Plague is a zoonotic disease that occurs naturally in specific geographic *** change can influence the populations of the plague host or vector,leading to variations in the occurrence and epidemiology of plague in ***:In this study,we collected meteorological and plague epidemiological data from the Marmota himalayana plague focus in the Altun Mountains of the Qinghai-xizang *** data spanned from 2000 to *** describe the climatic factors and plague epidemic conditions and we describe their analysis by Pearson’s ***:During the period from 2000 to 2022,the isolation rates of Yersinia pestis(***)from marmots and fleas were 9.27%(451/4,864)and 7.17%(118/1,646),***,we observed a positive rate of F1 antibody of 11.25%(443/3,937)in marmots and 18.16%(142/782)in *** regards to climate,there was little variation,and a decreasing trend in blowing-sand days was *** temperature in the previous year showed a negative correlation with the *** isolation rate in marmots(r=−0.555,P=0.011)and the positive rate of F1 antibody in marmots(r=−0.552,P=0.012)in the current *** average annual precipitation in the previous two years showed a positive correlation with marmot density(r=0.514,P=0.024),while blowingsand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.701,P=0.001).Furthermore,the average annual precipitation in the previous three years showed a positive correlation with the isolation rate of *** from marmots(r=0.666,P=0.003),and blowing-sand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.597,P=0.009).Conclusions:The findings of this study indicate that there is a hysteresis effect of climate change on the prevalence of ***,monitoring climate conditions can offer significant insights for implementing timely preventive and control measures to combat plague epidemics.

Effect of lens surgery on health-related quality of life in preschool children with congenital ectopia lentis

AIM:To evaluate the effect of lens surgery on health-related quality of life(HRQoL)of preschool children with congenital ectopia lentis(CEL).METHODS:A prospective self-controlled study was conducted in Zhongshan Ophthalmic *** aged from 5 to 7y whom were diagnosed with CEL and underwent phacoemulsification with scleral-fixated posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and their parents were enrolled in this *** of them completed the child and proxy(parental)PedsQL™4.0 before and after the *** preoperative scores were compared to their postoperative *** analyses were performed based on gender and preoperative bilateral presenting visual acuity of the ***:Thirty-two children with CEL successfully underwent surgery without any complications,among whom 8 had monocular surgery and 24 had binocular *** and postoperative questionnaires were completed by 32 child-parent *** intervention could significantly improve the vision of affected children(P<0.001).The medians of physical,psychosocial and total health scores self-reported by the children were 68.75(62.50,81.25),65.00(60.00,80.00)and 67.39(60.87,78.26)preoperatively and were 93.75(87.50,100.00),90.00(83.33,96.67)and 89.13(85.32,95.65)*** preoperative scores of the affected children were significantly lower in all scales than age-matched healthy children(P<0.001).All the postoperative scores were significantly higher than the preoperative scores in affected children and their parents(P<0.001).In the physical functioning evaluation,the preoperative score reported by parents of girls was higher than parents of boys(P=0.041),and the postoperative score of girls was higher than that of boys(P=0.036).CONCLUSION:CEL is associated with significantly worse quality of life in preschool *** intervention can significantly improve the HRQoL in affected children from both personal and family perspective.
