Effects of Temperature and Strain Rate on Flow Behavior and Microstructural Evolution of Super Duplex Stainless Steel under Hot Deformation

Hot compression tests were carried out in the temperature range of 1 223-1 473 Kand strain rate range of0.01-30s^-1 to investigate the flow behavior and microstructural evolution of super duplex stainless steel 2507（SDSS2507）.It is found that most of the flow curves exhibit a characteristic of dynamic recrystallization（DRX）and the flow stress increases with the decrease of temperature and the increase of strain *** apparent activation energy Qof SDSS2507 with varying true strain and strain rate is *** the strain increases,the value of Qdeclines in different ways with varying strain *** microstructural evolution characteristics and the strain partition between the two constituent phases are significantly affected by the Zener-Hollomon parameter（Z）.At a lower lnZ,dynamic recovery（DRV）and continuous dynamic recrystallization（CDRX）of the ferrite dominate the softening mechanism during the *** this time,steady state deformation takes place at the last stage of *** contrast,a higher lnZ will facilitate the plastic deformation of the austenite and then activate the discontinuous dynamic recrystallization（DDRX）of the austenite,which leads to a continuous decline of the flow stress even at the last deformation stage together with CDRX of the ferrite.

Corrugated cold roll bonding(CCRB) produces metal composite plate with improved mechanical properties compared with conventional methods,but the interfacial mechanism is not fully ***,Cu/Al composite plate with good plate shape was produced by CCRB,and the bonding mechanism and strength along the corrugated interface were studied by experiments and finite element *** results showed that the average bonding strength of Cu/Al composite plate produced by CCRB was nearly twice that of conventional composite plate at an average reduction of 40% during *** friction shear stresses occurred at the interface of the corrugated composite plate,which promoted the plastic deformation of the metals and accelerated the rupture of the brittle interfacial *** backscattered diffraction analysis showed that higher degrees of grain elongation and refinement occurred in the matrices at the front waist and trough due to the stronger normal and shear ***-dispersive spectroscopy line scans showed that the thickest atomic diffusion layer occurred at the front *** present combination of experimental and computational analyses provides insights into the underlying mechanism of mechanically improved metal composites prepared by CCRB.

Background:Vitamin D deficiency has been reported to be associated with diabetic microvascular complications,but previous studies have only focused on the relationship between vitamin D and specific ***,we aimed to explore the relationship between vitamin D level and diabetic microvascular complications in general,including diabetic retinopathy(DR),diabetic nephropathy(DN),and diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:This was a cross-sectional study of 815 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Clinical information and laboratory results were collected from the medical *** relationship between vitamin D and the three diabetic microvascular complications was ***:The serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25[OH]D)level of patients with DPN and/or DN was significantly lower than that of T2DM patients without any microvascular complications(P<0.01).Univariate analysis showed that the 25(OH)D level was related to DPN and DN,but not *** adjustment,the 25(OH)D level was confirmed to be an independent protective factor for DPN(odds ratio[OR]:0.968,P=0.004)and DN(OR:0.962,P=0.006).The prevalence of DPN and DN increased significantly as the serum 25(OH)D levels ***,patients with both DPN and DN had the lowest concentration of serum 25(OH)D(P<0.001),and the prevalence of macroalbuminuria increased more abruptly than that of microalbuminuria across the 25(OH)D *** the patients with vitamin D insufficiency,those with DPN presented more comorbid macroalbuminuria than those without DPN(15.32%vs.4.91%;P=0.001).Conclusions:Vitamin D deficiency is independently associated with higher risk of DPN and DN,but not DR,in T2DM ***,it may be a potential predictor for both the occurrence and severity of DPN and DN.

Background:Early recurrence results in poor prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after liver transplantation(LT).This study aimed to explore the value of computed tomography(CT)-based radiomics nomogram in predicting early recurrence of patients with HCC after ***:A cohort of 151 patients with HCC who underwent LT between December 2013 and July 2019 were retrospectively enrolled.A total of 1218 features were extracted from enhanced CT *** least absolute shrinkage and selection operator algorithm(LASSO)logistic regression was used for dimension reduction and radiomics signature *** clinical model was constructed after the analysis of clin-ical factors,and the nomogram was constructed by introducing the radiomics signature into the clinical *** predictive performance and clinical usefulness of the three models were evaluated using re-ceiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis and decision curve analysis(DCA),***-bration curves were plotted to assess the calibration of the ***:There were significant differences in radiomics signature among early recurrence patients and non-early recurrence patients in the training cohort(P<0.001)and validation cohort(P<0.001).The nomogram showed the best predictive performance,with the largest area under the ROC curve in the training(0.882)and validation(0.917)***-Lemeshow testing confirmed that the nomogram showed good calibration in the training(P=0.138)and validation(P=0.396)*** showed if the threshold probability is within 0.06-1,the nomogram had better clinical usefulness than the clinical ***:Our CT-based radiomics nomogram can preoperatively predict the risk of early recurrence in patients with HCC after LT.

Hard carbon(HC)is widely used in sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),but its performance has always been limited by lowinitial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)and cycling *** compensation agent is a favorable strategy to make up for the loss of active sodium ions consumed *** it lacks agent that effectively decomposes to increase the active sodium ions as well as regulate carbon defects for decreasing the irreversible sodium ions ***,we propose 1,2-dihydroxybenzene Na salt(NaDB)as a cathode compensation agent with high specific capacity(347.9 mAh g^(-1)),lower desodiation potential(2.4–2.8 V)and high utilization(99%).Meanwhile,its byproduct could functionalize HC with more C]O groups and promote its reversible ***,the presodiation hard carbon(pHC)anode exhibits highly reversible capacity of 204.7 mAh g^(-1) with 98%retention at 5 C rate over 1000 ***,with 5 wt%NaDB initially coated on the Na3V2(PO4)3(NVP)cathode,the capacity retention of NVP t NaDBjHC cell could increase from 22%to 89%after 1000 cycles at 1 C *** work provides a new avenue to improve reversible capacity and cycling performance of SIBs through designing functional cathode compensation agent.

This study aimed to investigate the moment redistribution in continuous glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)-concrete composite slabs caused by concrete cracking and steel bar yielding in the negative bending moment *** experimental bending moment redistribution test was conducted on continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs,and a calculation method based on the conjugate beam method was *** composite slabs were formed by combining GFRP profiles with a concrete layer and supported on steel beams to create two-span continuous composite slab *** methods,epoxy resin bonding,and stud connection,were used to connect the composite slabs with the steel *** experimental findings showed that the specimen connected with epoxy resin exhibited two moments redistribution phenomena during the loading process:concrete cracking and steel bar yielding at the internal *** contrast,the composite slab connected with steel beams by studs exhibited only one-moment redistribution phenomenon throughout the loading *** the concrete at the internal support cracked,the bending moment decreased in the internal support section and increased in the midspan *** the steel bars yielded,the bending moment further decreased in the internal support section and increased in the mid-span *** GFRP profiles do not experience cracking,there was no significant decrease in the bending moment of the mid-span *** test specimens experienced compressive failure of concrete at the mid-span *** results showed good agreement between the calculated and experimental values of bending moments in the mid-span section and internal support *** proposed model can effectively predict the moment redistribution behavior of continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs.
