Transport in water is the most common method for transporting live fish in China,however,transport is a strong *** stress could lead to a reduced immune and antioxidant system function of tiger grouper,resulting in sickness and ***,tiger grouper were continuously stressed during transport,which resulted in quality *** is necessary that find a way to relieve the stress of transportation of tiger *** acid is not only a good anti-stress agent,but it is also an effective immunostimulant.β-1,3-glucan is a feed additive that can enhance the immune response of ***,this study evaluated the effects ofβ-1,3-glucan and ascorbic acid on the nutritional-immune response and antioxidant signaling pathways of live tiger grouper during simulated *** indicated that addingβ-1,3-glucan and ascorbic acid in transport-water muted the increase of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)*** addition,β-1,3-glucan and ascorbic acid activated Nrf2 and mediated TOR expression and then up-regulate related mRNA expression of antioxidant and immune *** concluded that the application ofβ-1,3-glucan and ascorbic acid inhibit the increase of metabolism enzymes and inflammatory factors and activate immune and antioxidant signaling pathways to relieve oxidant stress,immune response,and *** the loss of amino acids provided nutrients to relieve oxidative stress and immune response,which demonstrated immune-nutritional response in live tiger grouper during simulated *** results may provide a new solution for alleviating the decline of immune and antioxidant function of tiger grouper caused by transportation stress.

Factor Structure and Longitudinal Invariance of the CES-D across Diverse Residential Backgrounds in Chinese Adolescents

Background:Valid and reliable measures of depressive symptoms are crucial for understanding risk factors,outcomes,and interventions across rural and urban *** this need,the longitudinal invariance of these measures over time remains *** research explores the structural components of the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D)and examines its consistency across various living environments and temporal stability in a cohort of Chinese ***:In the initial phase,1,042 adolescents furnished demographic details and undertook the CES-D *** a three-month interval,967 of these participants repeated the CES-D *** study employed Confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)to scrutinize the scale’s structural *** investigated factorial invariance by conducting a twopronged CFA:one comparing urban *** backgrounds,and another contrasting the results from the initial assessment with those from the ***:The CES-D demonstrated adequate reliability in both rural and urban high school student *** preliminary four-factor model applied to the CES-D demonstrated a good fit with the collected *** tests,including multigroup analyses comparing rural and urban samples and longitudinal assessments,confirmed the scale’s ***:The results suggest that the CES-D serves as a reliable instrument for evaluating depressive symptoms among Chinese *** applicability is consistent across different living environments and remains stable over time.

Mechanism Exploration of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud. for Liver Cancer Based on Aspartic Acid Identification in Metabolomics

Objective:To investigate the anti-liver cancer effects and aspartic acid(Asp)-related action mechanism of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud.(LD).Methods:The mice model of liver cancer was established by injection of H22 *** 5 days,mice were randomly divided into model group,sorafenib group(20 mg/kg),LD high-dose(LDH,1.36 g/kg) group,LD medium-dose(LDM,0.68 g/kg) group,and LD low-dose(LDL,0.34 g/kg)group,10 mice each *** were intragastrically administered to the mice once daily for 10 days,*** weight,tumor size and tumor weight were *** index was *** changes of liver cancer tissues were evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin staining and TUNEL *** chromatography-mass spectrometer was used to analyze different metabolites between the model and LDH ***:After LD treatment,tumor weight,tumor size and hepatic index were reduced compared with the model *** and karyorrhexis of tumor cells were ***,61 differential metabolites(18 up-regulated,43 down-regulated) were affirmed and 20 pathways of KEGG(P<0.05) were *** addition,Bel-7402,HepG2 and H22 cell viabilities were significantly increased after adding Asp into the *** then,the cell proliferation effect induced by Asp was ameliorated by ***:The anti-liver cancer efficacy of LD extract was validated in H22 mice model,and inhibition of Asp level might be the underlying mechanism.

Experimental investigation on pyrolysis products and pore structure characteristics of organic-rich shale heated by supercritical carbon dioxide

The efficient pyrolysis and conversion of organic matter in organic-rich shale,as well as the effective recovery of pyrolysis shale oil and gas,play a vital role in alleviating energy *** state of carbon dioxide（CO2） in the pyrolysis environment of shale reservoirs is the supercritical *** unique supercritical fluid properties not only effectively heat organic matter,displace pyrolysis products and change shale pore structure,but also achieve carbon storage to a certain *** samples were made into powder and three sizes of cores,and nitrogen（N2） and supercritical carbon dioxide（ScCO2）pyrolysis experiments were performed at different final pyrolysis *** properties and mineral characteristics of the pyrolysis products were studied based on gas chromatography analysis,Xray diffraction tests,and mass spectrometry ***,the pore structure characteristics at different regions of cores before and after pyrolysis were analyzed using N2adsorption tests to clarify the impact of fracturing degree on the pyrolysis *** results indicate that the optimal pyrolysis temperature of Longkou shale is about 430℃.Compared with N2,the oil yield of ScCO2pyrolysis is *** pyrolysis oil obtained by ScCO2extraction has more intermediate fractions and higher relative molecular *** ScCO2can effectively improve the pore diameter of shale and its effect is better than that of *** micropores are produced in shale after pyrolysis,and the macropores only are generated in ScCO2pyrolysis environments with temperatures greater than 430℃.The pore structure has different development characteristics at different pyrolysis temperatures,which are mainly affected by the pressure holding of volatile matter and products *** to the surface of the core,the pore development effect inside the core is *** the decrease in core size,the pore diameter,specific surface area,and pore volume of cores all increase after pyrolysis.

Distribution and Formation Causes of PM_(2.5) and O_(3) Double High Pollution Events in China during 2013–20

Fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))and ozone(O_(3))double high pollution(DHP)events have occurred frequently over China in recent years,but their causes are not completely *** this study,the spatiotemporal distribution of DHP events in China during 2013–20 is *** synoptic types affecting DHP events are identified with the Lamb–Jenkinson circulation classification *** meteorological and chemical causes of DHP events controlled by the main synoptic types are further *** show that DHP events(1655 in total for China during 2013–20)mainly occur over the North China Plain,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Sichuan Basin,and Central *** occurrence frequency increases by 5.1%during 2013–15,and then decreases by 56.1%during 2015–*** main circulation types of DHP events are“cyclone”and“anticyclone”,accounting for over 40%of all DHP events over five main polluted regions in China,followed by southerly or easterly flat airflow types,like“southeast”,“southwest”,and“east”.Compared with non-DHP events,DHP events are characterized by static or weak wind,high temperature(20.9℃ versus 23.1℃)and low humidity(70.0%versus 64.9%).The diurnal cycles of meteorological conditions cause PM_(2.5)(0300–1200 LST,Local Standard Time=UTC+8 hours)and O_(3)(1500–2100 LST)to exceed the national standards at different periods of the DHP *** pollutant conversion indices further indicate the rapid secondary conversions during DHP events,and thus the concentrations of NO_(2),SO_(2) and volatile organic compounds decrease by 13.1%,4.7%and 4.4%,*** results of this study can be informative for future decisions on the management of DHP events.
