The causal mechanisms and treatment for the negative symptoms and cognitive dysfunction in schizophrenia are the main issues attracting the attention of psychiatrists over the last *** first part of this review summarizes the pathogenesis of schizophrenia,especially the negative symptoms and cognitive dysfunction from the perspectives of genetics and *** second part describes the novel medications and several advanced physical therapies(e.g.,transcranial magnetic stimulation and transcranial direct current stimulation)for the negative symptoms and cognitive dysfunction that will optimize the therapeutic strategy for patients with schizophrenia in future.

MicroRNAs play critical roles in multiple developmental processes in *** previous study showed that CRISPR/Cas9-mediated knock down of the microRNA let-7 in silkworms increased the size of larvae and silk glands,thereby improving the silk production *** this study,we elucidate the molecular mechanism underlying of let-7 regulates *** of differentially expressed genes in response to let-7 knock down revealed enrichment of pathways associated with cell proliferation and DNA ***-7 dysregulation affected the cell cycle and proliferation of the Bombyx mori cell line ***-luciferase and target site mutation assays showed that BmCDK1 is a direct target gene of let-7,with only 1 binding site on its 3′-untranslated *** interference of BmCDK1 inhibited cell proliferation,but this effect was counteracted by co-transfection with let-7 ***,let-7 knock down induced BmCDK1 expression and promoted cell proliferation in multiple tissues,and further induced endomitosis in the silk gland in *** down of BmCDK1 resulted in abnormal formation of a new epidermis,and larval development was arrested at the 2nd or 3rd molt *** together,our results demonstrated that BmCDK1 is a novel target of let-7 in cell fate determination,possessing potential for improving silk yield in silkworm.

A comprehensive chemical study of the endophytic fungus Arthrinium sp. ZS03, associated with Acorus tatarinowii Schott, yielded eleven pimarane diterpenoids (compounds 1–11), including seven novel compounds designated arthrinoids A–G (1–7). The determination of their structures and absolute configurations was achieved through extensive spectroscopic techniques, quantum chemical calculations of electronic circular dichroism (ECD), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Furthermore, 7 demonstrated inhibitory activity against Klebsiella pneumoniae, comparable to the reference antibiotic amikacin, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 8 μg·mL^(−1).

Nowadays,lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)play a crucial role in modern society in the aspect of portable electronic devices and large-scale smart ***,the current performance of lithium-ion batteries has been unable to meet the growing expectations of society and scientific ***,we have synthetically investigated availability of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer as anode based on DFT for LIBs *** findings have demonstrated that 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer is a semiconductor with a small band gap of 0.2 eV,which suggest that the electronic property of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer would take place an evident shift from semiconductor property to metallic property after Li ***,we checked the stability of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer and investigated the viability of exfoliation from bulk multilayer Ni-TABQ to form 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer in the light of exfoliation energy and binding *** continuously studied electrochemical properties of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer with respect of theoretical specific capacity,Li-ion diffusion barriers and open-circuit *** the charging process,2D Ni-TABQ monolayer can achieve a high specific capacity of 722 m Ah/g with an open-circuit voltage range from 1.12 V to 0.22 *** aforementioned results make the 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer a promising anode for LIBs.

The Strategic Analysis of Demand Forecast-Sharing in a Hybrid-Format Online Platform Supply Chain

This paper examines the optimal forecast-sharing strategy in a hybrid-format online platform supply chain where a supplier sells a product through agency format and reselling format provided by a platform retailer who possesses demand forecasts from two *** asymmetry and co-opetitive relationship arise between the platform retailer and the supplier,which affect their operational decisions and the supply chain’s *** improve supply chain efficiency,we compare different forecast-sharing strategies(i.e.,no forecast sharing,sharing a single forecast,and sharing two forecasts),and analyze the effects of co-opetitive parameters on the optimal forecast-sharing *** analysis shows that forecast sharing is always beneficial to the supplier,and sharing two forecasts is more beneficial than sharing a single *** for the platform retailer and the whole supply chain,forecast sharing is beneficial only under certain conditions,depending on the co-opetitive *** optimal forecast-sharing strategy is the result of a combination of the negative effect of double marginalization in reselling channel and the positive effect of responding pricing to demand uncertainty in agency *** illustrate the parameter regions of the platform retailer’s voluntary sharing,contract sharing,and no sharing,and also find that higher channel competition intensity,higher market share of agency channel,and higher commission rate can promote the platform retailer’s voluntary *** study extends the research scope of demand forecast-sharing and sheds light on the decision-making processes for managing a hybrid-format online platform supply chain.

For a nilpotent group G without π-torsion,and x,y ∈ G,if x^(n)=y^(n) for a T-number n,then x=y;if x^(m)y^(n)=y^(n)x^(m) for n-numbers m,n,then xy=*** is a wellknown result in group *** this paper,we prove two analogous theorems on matrices,which have independence ***,let m be a given positive integer and A a complex square matrix satisfying that(i)all eigenvalues of A are nonnegative,and(i)rank A^(2)=rank A;then A has a unique m-th root X with rank X^(2)=rank X,all eigenvalues of X are nonnegative,and moreover there is a polynomial f(λ)with X=f(A).In addition,let A and B be complex n×n matrices with all eigenvalues nonnegative,and rank A^(2)=rank A,rank B^(2)=rank B;then(i)A=B when A^(r)=B^(r) for some positive integer r,and(i)AB=BA when A^(s)B^(t)=B^(t)A^(s) for two positive integers s and t.
