Effects of the extrusion parameters on microstructure,texture and room temperature mechanical properties of extruded Mg-2.49Nd-1.82Gd-0.2Zn-0.2Zr alloy

Microstructure,texture,and mechanical properties of the extruded Mg-2.49Nd-1.82Gd-0.2Zn-0.2Zr alloy were investigated at different extrusion temperatures(260 and 320℃),extrusion ratios(10:1,15:1,and 30:1),and extrusion speeds(3 and 6 mm/s).The experimental results exhibited that the grain sizes after extrusion were much finer than that of the homogenized alloy,and the second phase showed streamline distribution along the extrusion direction(ED).With extrusion temperature increased from 260 to 320℃,the microstructure,texture,and mechanical properties of alloys changed *** dynamic recrystallization(DRX)degree and grain sizes enhanced as the extrusion ratio increased from 10:1 to 30:1,and the strength gradually decreased but elongation(EL)*** the extrusion speed increased from 3 to 6 mm/s,the grain sizes and DRX degree increased significantly,and the samples presented the typical-rare-earth(RE)*** alloy extruded at 260℃ with extrusion ratio of 10:1 and extrusion speed of 3 mm/s showed the tensile yield strength(TYS)of 213 MPa and EL of 30.6%.After quantitatively analyzing the contribution of strengthening mechanisms,it was found that the grain boundary strengthening and dislocation strengthening played major roles among strengthening *** results provide some guidelines for enlarging the industrial application of extruded Mg-RE alloy.

Biomass-derived heteroatom self-doped cathode catalysts has attracted considerable interest for electrochemical advanced oxidation processes(EAOPs)due to its high performance and sustainable ***,we illustrated the morphological fates of waste leaf-derived graphitic carbon(WLGC)produced from waste ginkgo leaves via pyrolysis temperature regulation and used as bifunctional cathode catalyst for simultaneous H_(2)O_(2) electrochemical generation and organic pollutant degradation,discovering S/N-self-doping shown to facilitate a synergistic effect on reactive oxygen species(ROS)*** the optimum temperature of 800℃,the WLGC exhibited a H_(2)O_(2) selectivity of 94.2%and tetracycline removal of 99.3%within 60 *** functional theory calculations and in-situ Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy verified that graphitic N was the critical site for H_(2)O_(2) *** pyridinic N and thiophene S were the main active sites responsible for_OH generation,N vacancies were the active sites to produce ^(1)O_(2) from *** performance of the novel cathode for tetracycline degradation remains well under a wide pH range(3–11),maintaining excellent stability in 10 *** is also industrially applicable,achieving satisfactory performance treating in real water *** system facilitates both radical and non-radical degradation,offering valuable advances in the preparation of cost-effective and sustainable electrocatalysts and hold strong potentials in metal-free EAOPs for organic pollutant degradation.

Biomass conversion offers an efficient approach to alleviate the energy and environmental *** oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF) has attracted tremendous attention in the latest few years for the mild synthesis conditions and high conversion efficiency to obtain 2,5-furan dicarboxylic acid(FDCA), but there still remain problems such as limited yield, short cycle life,and ambiguous reaction mechanism. Despite many reviews highlighting a variety of electrocatalysts for electrochemical oxidation of HMF, a detailed discussion of the structural modulation of catalyst and the underlying catalytic mechanism is still lacking. We herein provide a comprehensive summary of the recent development of electrochemical oxidation of HMF to FDCA, particularly focusing on the mechanism studies as well as the advanced strategies developed to regulate the structure and optimize the performance of the electrocatalysts, including heterointerface construction, defect engineering,single-atom engineering, and in situ reconstruction. Experimental characterization techniques and theoretical calculation methods for mechanism and active site studies are elaborated, and challenges and future directions of electrochemical oxidation of HMF are also prospected. This review will provide guidance for designing advanced catalysts and deepening the understanding of the reaction mechanism beneath electrochemical oxidation of HMF to FDCA.

为了提出断层弯曲破碎带概念,并探讨其对岩溶储集层发育的控制作用,调研了前人对断层破碎带的研究成果,以塔中北斜坡的三维地震数据体为基础,对断层弯曲破碎带进行识别,并利用均方根振幅属性等多种储集层预测技术对岩溶储集层进行预测。结果表明,断层弯曲破碎带是断层破碎带的一种重要类型,走滑断层破碎带可划分为端部、连接、弯曲、围岩4种破碎带类型。塔中ZG8-ZG11井区发育走滑断层弯曲破碎带,破碎带区域内奥陶系深部岩溶储集层发育。分析认为,弯曲破碎带内发育与主干走滑断层大角度相交的伴生断层,形成连通的网状断层系统,深部热液通过主干走滑断层进入网状断层系统,在埋藏溶蚀作用下围绕断层交叉区域形成优质岩溶储集层。综上所述,走滑断层弯曲破碎带对塔中深部岩溶储集层发育有控制作用。

The effect of particle shape on the impact of dry granular flow remains an open area for further investigation. Five distinct particle shapes were examined in this study using discrete element simulations after calibrating the numerical model using a published work. The findings indicated that the particle shape had a significant influence on granular mobility. With negligible variations in normalized kinetic energy between particles of different shapes， the effect of particle shape on the increasing rate of kinetic energy became more obvious. All irregular particle scenarios had longer accumulated particle lengths down the channel than spherical particles. Variations in particle shape led to adjustments in the distribution of impact forces on the barrier. These findings substantially enhance our understanding of the distinctive effects of particle shapes on the impact mechanism of dry granular flow.

The E3 ubiquitin ligase,carboxyl terminus of heat shock protein 70(Hsp70)interacting protein(CHIP),also functions as a co-chaperone and plays a crucial role in the protein quality control *** this study,we aimed to investigate the neuroprotective effect of overexpressed CHIP on Alzheimer’s *** used an adeno-associated virus vector that can cross the blood-brain barrier to mediate CHIP overexpression in APP/PS1 mouse *** overexpression significantly ameliorated the performance of APP/PS1 mice in the Morris water maze and nest building tests,reduced amyloid-βplaques,and decreased the expression of both amyloid-βand phosphorylated *** also alleviated the concentration of microglia and astrocytes around *** APP/PS1 mice of a younger age,CHIP overexpression promoted an increase in ADAM10 expression and inhibitedβ-site APP cleaving enzyme 1,insulin degrading enzyme,and neprilysin *** of HSP70 and HSP40,which have functional relevance to CHIP,were also *** nuclei transcriptome sequencing in the hippocampus of CHIP overexpressed mice showed that the lysosomal pathway and oligodendrocyte-related biological processes were up-regulated,which may also reflect a potential mechanism for the neuroprotective effect of *** research shows that CHIP effectively reduces the behavior and pathological manifestations of APP/PS1 ***,overexpression of CHIP could be a beneficial approach for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.

Objectives:To examine Chinese nurses'practice of reading and understanding scientific literature and elucidate the motivating and deterring ***:This is a cross-sectional study conducted between March and June 2015.A random sample of 853 full-time registered nurses from three tertiary and two secondary hospitals in China filled out a set of self-administered questionnaires,including literature habit questionnaire(41 items),the situational motivation scale and the socio-demographic and professional characteristics questionnaire(15 items).Results:Significant majority(89.2%)of the respondents reported perception of barriers to keeping up to date with *** language barrier was the most prominent,followed by poor presentation and readability of *** simpler language when writing articles,improving ones'foreign language proficiency and getting education or training on nursing research were raised as the top ***,reading and understanding literature was significantly associated with the nurses'educational background,motivation,genders and work ***:The survey of the current status of literature education among Chinese nurses suggests that providing protected time,training for critical thinking,and incentive mechanisms will help improve nurses'engagement in literature and create a culture of academic inquiry.

目的检索并分析当前心理弹性研究的现状与热点。方法系统检索Pub Med 2010-01-01至2015-09-15收录的国际上发表的主题或关键词中涉及心理弹性的文献。检索到的结果运用书目信息共现分析系统(BICOMS)进行文献计量分析,包括发表年份、来源期刊、主题词等。根据主题词累计频次的变化曲线设定截取的高频主题词得到词篇矩阵,并将其用g CLUTO 1.0软件进行双向聚类分析得到主题词聚类曲线图、主题词聚类矩阵及主题词聚类树状图,最终结合具体文献进行分析,得出研究现状及研究热点。结果心理弹性相关文献共3 241篇,出现频次≥40次的主题词36个,通过分析获得心理弹性研究的4个研究热点:心理弹性对改善创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的作用、老年人心理弹性与其心理健康的关系、疾病照顾者心理弹性状况、心理弹性在压力应对方面的生物化学机制。结论近年来心理弹性研究不断被国内外学者重视,研究重点主要集中在心理弹性对PTSD的作用、老年人心理弹性与其心理健康的关系等方面,今后的研究可以考虑从以上几个方面入手,尝试并探寻有效的心理弹性干预方案。
