Chiral metamaterials(CMs)composed by artificial chiral resonators have attracted great attentions in the recent decades due to their strong chiroptical resonance and identifiable interaction with chiral materials,facilitating practical applications in chiral biosensing,chiral emission,and display ***,the complex geometry of CMs improves the fabrication difficulty and hinders their scalable fabrication for practical applications,especially in the visible and ultraviolet *** potential strategy is the colloidal lithography that enables parallel fabrication for scalable and various planar ***,we demonstrate a stepwise colloidal lithography technique that uses sequential deposition from multiple CMs and expand their variety and *** geometry and optical chirality of building blocks from single deposition are systematically investigated,and their combination enables a significant extension of the range of chiral patterns by multiple-step *** approach resulted in a myriad of complex designs with different characteristic sizes,compositions,and shapes,which are particularly beneficial for the development of nanophotonic *** addition,we designed a flexible chiral device based on PDMS,which exhibits a good CD value and excellent stability even after multiple inward and outward *** excellent compatibility to various substrates makes the planar CMs more flexible in practical applications in microfluidic biosensing.

作者通过石蜡切片技术与苏木精伊红染色的组织学方法及超薄切片技术和透射电镜观察 ,较系统地研究了椭圆背角无齿蚌卵细胞的发生、发育与成熟过程的细胞学特征 :原始生殖细胞在滤泡壁上分裂增殖 ,成为卵原细胞、卵原细胞发育、膨大成为卵母细胞而排入滤泡腔 .在滤泡腔中卵母细胞不断地进行卵黄的合成与积累 ,体积继续增大 .最后成熟的卵母细胞 ,在未完成减数分裂的情况下直接排入外鳃叶腔 ,与随水流入的精子相遇而受精 .在观察的基础上 ,作者比较分析了双壳纲淡水贝类生殖过程中所具有的一般特征 ,着重讨论了卵子发生过程中的双核仁现象与卵黄发生 ,成熟卵母细胞减数分裂的阻断与重新起始 .

BACKGROUND The systemic inflammatory response index(SIRI)has been demonstrated to make a significant difference in assessing the prognosis of patients with different solid ***,research is needed to ascertain the accuracy and reliability of applying the SIRI to patients who undergo robotic radical gastric cancer *** To validate the applicability of the SIRI in assessing the survival of gastric cancer patients and evaluate the clinical contribution of preoperative SIRI levels to predicting long-term tumor outcomes in patients,who received robotic radical gastric cancer *** Initially,an exhaustive retrieval was performed in the PubMed,the Cochrane Library,EMBASE,Web of Science,and Scopus databases to identify relevant ***,a meta-analysis was executed on 6 cohort studies iden-tifying the value of the SIRI in assessing the survival of gastric cancer ***,the clinical data of 161 patients undergoing robotic radical gastric cancer surgery were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate their clinicopathological characteristics and relevant laboratory *** association between preoperative SIRI levels and 5-year overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS)was *** The findings demonstrated an extensive connection between SIRI values and the outcome of patients with gastric *** SIRI levels were identified as an independent hazard feature for both OS and DFS among those who received robotic surgery for gastric *** levels in gastric cancer patients were observed to be associated with the presence of comorbidities,T-stage,carcinoembryonic antigen levels,the development of early serious postoperative complications,and the rate of lymph node *** SIRI values are correlated with adverse in the gastric cancer population and have the potential to be utilized in predicting long-term oncological survival in patients who undergo robotic radical gastric canc

Multichromophoric architectures with wellorganized chromophoric arrangements are of vital importance to gain insights into interchromophoric ***,we report a novel heteroleptic self-assembly strategy and construct three achiral and one chiral sandwich-like heterochromophore complexes(Zn_(4)L^(G)L^(A-C)_(2)and Zn_(4)L_(G)L^(D)_(2)).Possible dynamic products,including homoleptic oligomers and isomers,are eliminated,producing achiral complexes with exceptional *** are observed in chiral complexes due to the flexible geometry of *** aligned chromophore arrangements with precise spacing and orientations are evidenced by single-crystal X-ray *** distinct segments in the ligands lead to different interchromophoric ***,energy transfer and tunable emission,including white-light emission,are achieved for Zn_(4)L^(G)L^(A)_(2)and Zn_(4)L^(G)L^(B)_(2).In addition,chirality transfer is observed for Zn_(4)L_(G)L^(D)_(2),due to conformational restriction from chiral LD,leading to chiral rotational conformations of tetraphenylethylene moiety in LG.

RNA interfering therapy has emerged as a promising therapeutic modality to treat *** specific and efficient delivery of RNA into a tumor is crucial for achieving effective cancer gene therapy but remains a huge ***,we report a novel furin-responsive small interfering RNA(siRNA)delivery vehicle with multiple functions for colorectal tumor treatment.A peptide-based siRNA delivery vehicle RVRR-P18-Gd,consisting of furin enzyme-specific peptide substrate Arg-Val-Arg-Arg(RVRR)with positive charge for siRNA binding,a Gd(III)chelated 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-N,N′,N″,N‴-tetraacetic acid(DOTA)(DOTA-Gd)for magnetic resonance imaging,and purpurin 18 as photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy(PDT),was rationally designed and *** advantage of the cationic amphiphilic feature,RVRR-P18-Gd molecules spontaneously self-assembled with negatively charged Hif-1αsiRNA into stable nanoparticles via attractive electrostatic interaction,which effectively prevented siRNA degradation by nucleases,prolonged the circulation half-life,and enhanced tumor ***,the specific release of Hif-1αsiRNA mediated by endogenous furin significantly downregulated Hif-1αexpression in colorectal cancer cells,resulting in enhanced therapeutic susceptibility,and with the PDT effect,effectively suppressed HCT116 tumor growth in living *** work highlights a powerful and universal approach to precisely deliver siRNA to targeted tumors for efficient synergistic therapy.

BACKGROUND The prevention of coronary artery disease(CAD)faces dual challenges:the aspirin-induced gastrointestinal injury,and the residual cardiovascular risk after statin *** acetate(Gefarnate)is an anti-ulcer *** was reported that geraniol might participate in lipid metabolism through a variety of *** aim of this study was to assess the lipid-lowering effects of gefarnate in statin-treated CAD patients with residual *** In this prospective,open-label,randomized,controlled trial,69 statin-treated CAD patients with residual hypertriglyceridemia were randomly assigned to gefarnate group and control group,received gefarnate(100 mg/3 times a day)combined with statin and statin alone,*** baseline and after one-month treatment,the levels of plasma triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol were *** After one-month gefarnate treatment,triglyceride level was significantly lowered from 2.64 mmol/L to 2.12 mmol/L(P=0.0018),LDL-C level lowered from 2.7 mmol/L to 2.37 mmol/L(P=0.0004),HDL-C level increased from 0.97 mmol/L to 1.17mmol/L(P=0.0228).Based on statin therapy,gefarnate could significantly reduce the plasma triglyceride level(P=0.0148)and increase the plasma HDL-C level(P=0.0307).Although the LDL-C and total cholesterol levels tended to decrease,there was no statistically significant *** The addition of gefarnate to statin reduced triglyceride level and increased HDL-C level to a significant extent compared to statin alone in CAD patients with residual *** suggested that gefarnate might provide the dual benefits of preventing gastrointestinal injury and lipid lowering in CAD patients.
