Transport of electron pairs in a superconducting junction device in the underdamped case is investigated. It is shown that the capacitance of the junctions can slow the movement of the electron pairs and reduce the net voltage. It is also shown that, for the underdamped case and the overdamped case, the movement of the electron pairs in this superconducting junctions device has some similar features. By controlling the correlation between the additive and multiplicative noise, the flux can be reversed. In addition, if the additive noise strength （or the temperature T） is large enough, a reversal can also be induced.

BACKGROUND Chronic renal failure(CRF) patients are predisposed to arrhythmias, while the detailed mechanisms are unclear. We hypothesized the chronic inflammatory state of CRF patients may lead to cardiac sympathetic remodeling, increasing the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia(VA) and sudden cardiac death. And explored the role of atorvastatin and etanercept in this *** A total of 48 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(Sham group), CRF group, CRF + atorvastatin group(CRF + statin group), and CRF + etanercept group(CRF + rhTNFR-Fcgroup). Sympathetic nerve remodeling was assessed by immunofluorescence of growth-associated protein 43(GAP-43) and tyrosine hydroxylase positive area fraction. Electrophysiological testing was performed to assess the incidence of VA by assessing the ventricular effective refractory period and ventricular fibrillation threshold. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and interleukin-1beta were determined by Western blotting and enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** Echocardiogram showed that compared with the Sham group, left ventricular end-systolic diameter and ventricular weight/body weight ratio were significantly higher in the CRF group. Hematoxylin-eosin and Masson staining indicated that myocardial fibers were broken, disordered, and fibrotic in the CRF group. Western blotting, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immunofluorescence and electrophysiological examination suggested that compared with the Sham group, GAP-43 and TNF-α proteins were significantly upregulated, GAP-43 and tyrosine hydroxylase positive nerve fiber area was increased, and ventricular fibrillation threshold was significantly decreased in the CRF group. In this paper we study the mean first passage time （MFPT） over a fluctuation potential barrier driven by a coupled noise. It is shown that the MFPT over the fluctuation potential barrier displays resonant activations as the function of the flipping rate of the fluctuation potential barrier, and as the function of the dichotomous noise transition rate.

Xanthomonas bacteria secrete transcription activator-like effector(TALE)proteins into host cells to activate plant disease susceptibility genes to cause disease,and the process is dependent on interaction between bacteria TFB domain of TALEs and host plant basal transcription factor IIA gamma subunit(TFIIAγ).The key domain or residues of plant TFIIAγand core residues of bacteria TFB domain that are indispensable for TFIIAγ-TALEs interaction in the process of TALE-carrying Xanthomonas invasion plants are ***,we showed that the thirdα-helix domain of OsTFIIAγ5/Xa5,especially the 38th,39th,40th and 42th residues were key sites for capturing by TALEs of Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoo),the causal agent of rice bacterial blight *** latter segment of Xoo TFB domain harboring seventy-two amino acid residues was vital for TALE specific binding with host plant OsTFIIAγ5/*** of some residues in this core region of TFB domain completely compromised capacity of TALEs capturing rice OsTFIIAγ5/*** rich and conserved arginine residues in this core region of TFB domain were responsible for TALE-dependent plant susceptibility gene activation and virulence of *** results provide a potential strategy for improving resistance to TALE-carrying pathogens in plants by site-specific modification of key residues of host plant TFIIAγ.

A constant-potential system driven by multiplicative dichotomous noise and subject to an input oscillatory signal is investigated. Two phenomena of stochastic resonance are observed. One is the response as a function of the noise＇s parameters; the other is that as a function of the input signal frequency. A phenomenon of multi-resonance （there are three or four peaks） is found for the response as a function of a parameter of the noise. A phenomenon of reverse-resonance is found, for which the response of the system to the signal can be weakened by the presence of the noise （there is an optimal minimum）. These results help in studies of the systems with multiplicative dichotomous noise, such as the semiconductor, the proteins motor, the chemical reaction, and so on.

随着城市化进程的推进,快速精准地提取城市群建成区,并深入剖析其时空特征,对未来城市的可持续发展至关重要。夜间灯光数据能够很好的对城市区域进行识别,现已广泛的用于城市建成区的提取,但是单一的灯光数据无法完全准确的对建成区进行提取,会导致建成区的提取误差。为了准确揭示山东半岛城市群时空演化特征和主导因素,本文运用了EVI(增强植被指数)、道路密度网和夜间灯光数据等多源数据融合的REANI指数对建成区进行提取,分析山东半岛城市群建成区的时空演变。通过REANI指数提取城市群建成区,结果表明,山东半岛城市群近从20年扩张速度和扩张强度稳步提升,形成以西部为主,东部为辅的单一扩张模式,并且城市群扩张受到经济因素最显著,社会、自然因素次之。
