Objective:Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection(YQFM),a Chinese medicine injection,has been widely used for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,especially heart failure(HF).However,bioactive compounds and underlying mechanisms of YQFM in treating HF remain poorly *** and Methods:Network pharmacology was employed to investigate the bioactive compounds and mechanisms of YQFM.A compound-target network was constructed to screen bioactive compounds based on contribution index ***,an adriamycin-induced HF rat model was established to evaluate the cardio-protective effects of YQFM by hematoxylin and eosin staining and enzyme-linked immunosorbent ***:Network pharmacology indicated that YQFM may alleviate HF through 36 compounds and 109 ***,ginsenosides Rb1,Rg1,Re,Rf,Rb2,Rh1,schisandrin,and ginsenoside Rc were indicated as the top contributors of YQFM in treating *** was predicted to act on multiple targets such as vascular endothelial growth factor A,interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-6,and IL-1β,as well as to regulate signaling pathways such as hypoxia-inducible factor 1,tumor necrosis factor,VEGF,and *** pharmacological study suggested that YQFM could attenuate cardiac injury and up-regulate plasma concentrations of VEGFR-1 and NO in HF *** Rb1,as the major contributor from network pharmacology analysis,also showed a cardioprotective effect and up-regulation of VEGFR-1 in ***:Ginsenosides and schisandrin were predicted as the most important contributors to the cardioprotective effect of *** Rb1 was proved to alleviate HF and increase the plasma concentration of VEGFR-1.

Cobalt-based phosphides show excellent hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)performance,however,improving the intrinsic activity and stability of it in alkaline electrolyte still remains a ***,CoruOH/Co_(2)P/CF with heterojunction structure was developed by means of molten salt and rapid hydrolysis(30 s).The OH-from rapid surface hydrolysis of Co_(2)P as a hydrogen adsorption site can facilitate the formation of thin CoruOH layer as a water dissociation site,which may bring out better synergistic effect for alkaline ***,the covering of CoruOH can improve the stability of Co_(2)P for *** drives at 100 mA/cm^(2),it only requires overpotential of 81 mV in 1.0 mol/L KOH(25℃).Even at higher current density(1000 mA/cm^(2)),CoruOH/Co_(2)P/CF can also operate stability for at least 100 *** coupling with NiFe-LDH/IF in a two-electrode system,the voltage of NiFe-LDH/IF(+)||CoruOH/Co_(2)P/CF(-)at 1000 mA/cm^(2)is merely 1.77 V with 100 h,demonstrating great potential for water *** implementation of this work provides a new strategy and reference for the further improvement of transition metal phosphides as HER electrocatalysts.

Lipid droplets(LDs)participating in various cellular activities and are increasingly being *** imaging provides powerful tool for dynamic tracking of LDs,however,most current LDs probes remain inconsistent performance such as low Photoluminescence Quantum Yield(PLQY),poor photostability and tedious washing ***,a novel yellow-emissive carbon dot(OT-cD)has been synthesized conveniently with high PLQY up to 90%.Besides,OT-CD exhibits remarkable amphiphilicity and solvatochromic property with lipid-water partition coefficient higher than 2,which is much higher than most LDs *** characters enable OT-CD high brightness,stable and wash-free LDs probing,and feasible for in vivo ***,detailed observation of LDs morphological and polarity variation dynamically in different cellular states were recorded,including ferroptosis and other diseases ***,fast whole imaging of zebrafish and identifed LD enrichment in injured liver indicate its further feasibility for in vivo *** contrast to the reported studies to date,this approach provides a versatile conventional synthesis system for high-performance LDs targeting probes,combing the advantages of easy and high-yield production,as well as robust brightness and stability for long-term imaging,facilitating investigations into organelle interactions and LD-associated diseases.

Nitro-oleic acid ameliorates erectile dysfunction in a streptozotocin-induced rat model of diabetes by inhibiting oxidative stress and apoptosis and activating the NO/cGMP pathway

The major vascular complications associated with diabetes make the management of diabetic mellitus erectile dysfunction(DMED)a challenging *** factors contributing to DMED include oxidative stress,nitric oxide(NO)/cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)pathway activation,and apoptosis,while nitro-oleic acid(NO,-OA)has been shown to be beneficial in treating these aspects of this ***,herein,investigated the effects and possible mechanisms of NO,-OA on erectile function as assessed in a streptozotocin-induced rat model of *** results revealed that the erectile function of DMED rats was significantly impaired compared with that of the control ***,in response to 4 weeks of NO,-OA treatment,there was an improvement in erectile *** expression of oxidative stress-related indicators was significantly increased and the NO/cGMP pathway was impaired in the DMED *** expression of proapoptotic factors was increased,while that of antiapoptotic factors was decreased in the DMED ***,the cell morphology in the cavernous tissue of the DMED group also changed ***,-OA treatment significantly reversed all these changes observed in the DMED *** conclusion,NO,-OA treatment partially improved erectile function in DMED rats through mechanisms that included inhibition of oxidative stress,activation of the NO/cGMP pathway,and a reduction in apoptosis.

Transition metal clusters with precise numbers of atoms anchored on graphdiyne as multifunctional electrocatalysts for OER/ORR/HER:a computational study

Subnanometer metal clusters play an increasingly important role in heterogeneous catalysis due to their high catalytic activity and *** this work,by means of the density functional theory(DFT) calculations,the catalytic activities of transition metal clusters with precise numbers of atoms supported on graphdiyne(TM_(1-4)@GDY,TM=V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,ru,Rh,Pd,Ir,Pt) were investigated for oxygen evolution reactions(OER),oxygen reduction reactions(ORR) and hydrogen evolution reactions(HER).The computed results reveal that the Pd_(2),Pd_(4) and Pt_(1) anchored graphdiyne can serve as trifunctional catalysts for OER/ORR/HER with the overpotentials of 0.49/0.37/0.06,0.45/0.33/0.12 and 0.37/0.43/0.01 V,respectively,while Pd_(1) and Pt_(2)@graphdiyne can exhibit excellent catalytic performance for water splitting(OER/HER) with the overpotentials of 0.55/0.17 and 0.43/0.03 *** addition,Ni_(1) and Pd_(3) anchored GDY can perform as bifunctional catalysts for metal-air cells(OER/ORR) and fuels cells(ORR/HER) with the overpotentials of 0.34/0.32 and 0.42/0.04 V,***,by precisely controlling the numbers of atoms in clusters,the TM_(1-4) anchored graphdiyne can serve as promising multifunctional electrocatalysts for OER/ORR/HER,which may provide an instructive strategy to design catalysts for the energy conversation and storage devices.

Toward to agricultural green development by multi-objective zoning and nitrogen nutrient management:a case study in the Baiyangdian Basin,China

Detachable string magnetically controlled capsule endoscopy for the noninvasive diagnosis of esophageal diseases:A prospective,blind clinical study

Hepatic ischemia–reperfusion(IR)injury is a serious clinical problem that complicates liver resection and *** recent advances in understanding of the pathophysiology of hepatic IR injury,effective interventions and therapeutics are still ***,we examined the role of transient receptor potential melastatin 2(TRPM2),a Ca^(2+)-permeable,non-selective cation channel,in mediating hepatic IR *** data showed that TRPM2 deficiency attenuated IR-induced liver dysfunction,inflammation,and cell death in ***,RNA sequencing analysis indicated that TRPM2-induced IR injury occurs via ferroptosis-related ***,as a ferroptosis inducer,(1S,3R)-RSL3 treatment induced mitochondrial dysfunction in hepatocytes and a TRPM2 inhibitor suppressed ***,TRPM2-mediated calcium influx caused mitochondrial calcium accumulation via the mitochondrial Ca^(2+)-selective uniporter and increased the expression level of arachidonate 12-lipoxygenase(ALOX12),which results in mitochondrial lipid peroxidation during hepatic IR ***,hepatic IR injury-induced ferroptosis was obviously relieved by a TRPM2 inhibitor or calcium depletion,both in vitro and in ***,these findings demonstrate a crucial role for TRPM2-mediated ferroptosis in hepatic IR injury via increased Ca^(2+)-induced ALOX12 expression,indicating that pharmacological inhibition of TRPM2 may provide an effective therapeutic strategy for hepatic IR injury-related diseases,such as during liver resection and transplantation.
