Although the biochemical dissection of parasitoid-host interactions is becoming well characterized, the molecular knowledge concerning them is minimal. In order to understand the molecular bases of the host immune response to parasitoid attack, we explored the response of Papilio xuthus parasitized by the endoparasitic wasp Pteromalus puparum using proteomic approach. By examining the differential expression of plasma proteins in the parasitized and unparasitized host pupae by two-dimensional (2D) electrophoresis, 16 proteins were found to vary in relation to parasitization compared with unparasitized control samples. All of them were submitted to identification by mass spectrometry coupled with a database search. The modulated proteins were found to fall into the following functional groups: humoral or cellular immunity, detoxification, energy metabolism, and others. This study contributes insights into the molecular mechanism of the relationships between parasitoids and their host insects.

The integration of the Internet and the traditional manufacturing industry makes the industrial Internet of things(IIoT) as a popular research topic. However, traditional industrial networks continue to face challenges of resource management and limited raw data storage and computation capacity. A novel software defined industrial network(SDIN) architecture was proposed to address the existing drawbacks in IIoT such as resource utilization, data processing and storage, and system compatibility. The architecture is developed based on the software defined network(SDN) architecture, combining hierarchical cloud and fog computing and content-aware caching technologies. Based on the SDIN architecture, two types of edge computing strategies in industrial applications are discussed. Different scenarios and service requirements are considered. The simulation results confirm that the SDIN architecture is feasible and effective in the application of edge computing offloading.

Metformin is a first-line drug in the fight against type 2 *** recent years,studies have shown that metformin has some preventive and therapeutic effects on liver cancer,but the effects of metformin on the gene expression of liver cancer cells are not fully *** study focused on the differences in the gene expression profiles in liver cancer cells treated with or without metformin.A total of 153 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)(FC>2 and q-values<0.001)were found,including 77 upregulated genes and 76 downregulated *** DEGs are involved in mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB),cell adhesion molecules(CAMs),and leukocyte transendothelial migration signaling *** findings reveal the effects of metformin treatment on gene expression profiles in liver cancer cells and provide new clues for unveiling the mechanism of the antitumor effects of metformin.

采用中心裂纹圆盘-霍普金森压杆(CCCD-SHPB)试验系统对大理岩中心裂纹圆盘试件进行不同加载速率下的纯Ⅰ型加载试验,研究岩石材料动态断裂韧性的加载速率相关性。考虑到试验中所使用的圆盘试件是带有中心切口的非理想裂纹,结合试件的实际加工情况,提出采用切口尖端形状为小圆弧形的预制裂纹,介绍了试件的制作方法,并利用有限元计算论证了采用这种形状非理想裂纹试件的试验可行性。结果表明,采用圆弧形裂尖、裂纹宽度为1 mm的中心切口非理想裂纹圆盘试件来代替理想裂纹圆盘试件是可行的,误差不超过2.13%。分析试验数据得出:非理想裂纹圆盘试件在纯Ⅰ型加载条件下,其断裂韧度表现出明显的速率相关性,且随着加载速率的增大而增大。

目的研究油酸体外诱导WRL68人正常肝细胞脂肪变性的最适浓度,探究肝细胞脂肪变性的可能信号传导通路及评价体外细胞实验的应用前景。方法采用WRL68人正常肝细胞系作为实验材料,根据完全DMEM培养基中油酸浓度的不同共分为7个组,即DMEM对照组、0.4%DMSO组、0.1 mmol/L油酸组、0.3 mmol/L油酸组、0.5 mmol/L油酸组、0.7 mmol/L油酸组和0.9 mmol/L油酸组,各组细胞均体外培养24 h。采用油红Ο染色实验观察细胞脂滴聚集情况;采用CCK-8法检测肝细胞活力;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)及核因子κB(NF-κB)含量,确定最适诱导浓度,建立肝细胞脂肪变性的离体细胞模型。确定模型构建条件后,采用RT-PCR检测模型肝细胞中Toll样受体4(TLR4)、NF-κB、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)基因的相对表达量。结果0.7 mmol/L油酸组、0.9 mmol/L油酸组的肝细胞活力低于DMEM对照组(P<0.05)。0.5 mmol/L油酸组的TG含量高于DMEM对照组(P<0.05)。0.3 mmol/L油酸组、0.5 mmol/L油酸组的AST含量高于DMEM对照组(P<0.05);0.5 mmol/L油酸组的NF-κB含量高于DMEM对照组(P<0.05)。0.5 mmol/L油酸组的TLR4、NF-κB、TNF-α及IL-6基因的相对表达量高于DMEM对照组(P<0.05)。结论在WRL68人正常肝细胞中添加诱导浓度为0.5 mmol/L的油酸可建立离体肝细胞脂肪变性模型,其作用机制是通过调节TLR4/NF-κB信号通路增加肝细胞脂肪变性,这可以为从细胞水平研究非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的发病机制及药物治疗提供实际应用价值。

Harmonic manipulations are important for applications such as wireless communications,radar detection and biological monitoring.A general approach to tailor the harmonics involves the use of additional amplifiers and phase shifters for the precise control of harmonic amplitudes and phases after the mixing process;however,this approach leads to issues of high cost and system *** composed of a periodic array of subwavelength resonators provide additional degrees of freedom to realize customized responses to incident light and highlight the possibility for nonlinear control by taking advantage of time-domain ***,we designed and experimentally characterized a reflective time-domain digital coding metasurface,with independent control of the harmonic amplitude and *** the reflection coefficient is dynamically modulated in a predefined way,a large conversion rate is observed from the carrier signal to the harmonic components,with magnitudes and phases that can be accurately and separately *** addition,by encoding the reflection phases of the meta-atoms,beam scanning for multiple harmonics can be implemented via different digital coding sequences,thus removing the need for intricate phase-shift *** work paves the way for efficient harmonic control for applications in communications,radar,and related areas.

The Vehicular Ad-hoc Network(VANET)is the fundamental of smart transportation system in the future,but the security of the communication between vehicles and vehicles,between vehicles and roadside infrastructures have become increasingly *** aggregate signature protocol is used to address this security issue,but the existing schemes still have many drawbacks in terms of security and efficiency:First,many schemes are not secure,and signatures can be forged by the attacker;Second,even if some scheme are secure,many schemes use a large number of bilinear pairing operation,and the computation overhead is *** the same time,the length of the aggregated signature also increases linearly with the increase of user numbers,resulting in a large communication *** order to overcome the above challenges,we propose a new certificateless aggregate signature scheme for VANET,and prove the security of the scheme under the random oracle *** new scheme uses pseudonym to realize the conditional privacy protection of the vehicle’s *** new scheme does not use bilinear pairing operation,and the calculation efficiency is *** the same time,the length of the aggregate signature of the new scheme is constant,thereby greatly reducing the communication and storage *** analysis results demonstrate that the new scheme is not only safer,but also superior in performance to the recent related schemes in computation overhead and communication cost.

Introduction:This study investigates the patterns of scarlet fever among Chinese children aged 0–9 years from 2010 to *** objective is to provide insights that may inform potential adjustments to China’s current prevention and control tactics for this ***:The present study utilized data on the occurrence of scarlet fever in children from 2010 to 2019,sourced from the National Notifiable Disease Reporting System database,managed by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and *** research implemented SAS9.4 software to construct trajectory models representing the temporal incidence of scarlet fever,accounting for key variables such as sex,geographic region,urban versus rural dwellings,and various age ***:From 2010 to 2019,a total of 554,695 scarlet fever cases were reported among children aged 0–9 years in the 31 mainland Chinese provincial-level administrative divisions,signifying a rate of 35.36 per 100,000 *** inconsistent yet generally rising trend was observed,evidenced by a 3.17-fold increase in reported cases and a 3.02-fold escalation in incidence rate over this *** of these trends revealed three distinctive developmental patterns for both males and females,with the lowest prevalence in the first trajectory and the highest in the *** incidence was consistently higher among males than females in all *** urban and northern regions displayed equal or greater trajectory rates than their rural and southern counterparts,*** terms of age groups,the lowest incidence was observed in the 0–1-year age group,while the highest was recorded in the 4–5 and 6–7-year age ***:Between 2010 and 2019,there was a marked increase in the incidence of scarlet fever among children in *** disease predominantly impacts urban-dwelling children,ranging from 4 to 7 years old,in the northern regions of the *** incidence is reported to be higher among boys compared to

Sm2Fe17-xNbx （x = 0-4） powder was synthesized by HDDR treatment and nitrogenation. The effects of partial Nb substitution for Fe on the structural and magnetic properties of Sm2Fe17-xNbx alloys and their nitlides were investigated. It was seen that Sm2（Fe,Nb）17 phase exists in both annealed and HDDR-treated Sm2Fe17-xNbx alloys. However, its content is decreased with the increase in Nb substitution. In annealed alloys, Sm2（Fe,Nb）17 phase becomes unstable and will dissociate into SmFe2 and Fe-rich phases when x 〉 1.5. With HDDR-treatment, the Nb concentration in recombined Sm2（Fe,Nb）17 phase is decreased, and the content of Fe-rich phases is increased. Sm2Fe17-xNbx powder exhibits dendritic cracks and fine particles with a size of less than 300 nm. In nitrogenated alloys, N atoms mainly enter 2：17-type phase to form Sm2（Fe,Nb）17Ny. Partial Nb atoms in Sm2（Fe,Nb）17Ny phase will be released or excluded by nitrogen atoms. Fe-rich phases increase, and are followed by the amorphous Sm2（Fe,Nb）17Ny phase. Nb substitution for Fe with x = 0.5 and 1.0 in Sm2Fe17-xNbxNy powders increases the coercivity and remanence. But when x is greater than 2.0, Nb substitution will deteriorate the magnetic properties.
