Eczema is a common dermatological disease with a prevalence of 15%–30%among children and up to 10%among adults,causing great disease burden worldwide[1].Meteorological factors play important roles in the development of *** instance,a *** study in children indicated that the odds of poorly controlled eczema increased by 15%for every 5°F increase in temperature and that the odds of poorly controlled eczema increased by 10%for every 10%increase in relative humidity(RH)[2].

Calcium sulfates （anhydrite and hydrates） were synthesized by mixing CaCl2 and Na2SO4 solutions at room temperature followed by aging the resulting slurries at elevated temperatures. The variation of the morphology and structure of the calcium sulfates with aging temperature was investigated. Experimental results indicated that CaSO4.2H20 plates, CaSO4.0.5H2O whiskers and CaSO4 spindles were formed at 〈100℃, 130-160℃ and 〉170℃, respectively. The formation and conversion of the calcium sulfates were discussed on the basis of characterization of the products and chemical analysis of the solutions. Compared to NaCl solution, pure water favors one-dimensional hydrothermal growth of ***2O whiskers owing to lower supersaturation.

Chondroitin sulfate synthase 2(CHPF)is characterized as an oncogenic and poor prognosis-related gene in breast ***,this gene has alternative splicing products encoding proteins of different *** cancer is a group of heterogeneous tumors with distinct clinical and genomic *** this study,we explored the expression profile and prognostic value of the two transcripts of CHPF using data from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)-*** functional regulation of the two transcripts was also studied in MCF-7 and BT-474 *** the two transcripts of CHPF,ENST00000535926 expression was significantly upregulated in the tumor samples and was the dominant ***00000535926,but not ENST00000243776 upregulation,was associated with significantly worse progression-free survival(PFS)and disease-specific survival(DSS)in luminal A/B ***,no significant association was observed in PFS or DSS in other Prediction Analysis of Microarray 50(PAM50)*** isoform 2 protein(encoded by ENST00000535926)significantly elevated the expression of P3H1 and RCN3 at the mRNA and protein levels in MCF-7 and BT-474 *** effect of ENST00000535926 was significantly stronger than ENST00000243776 in promoting tumor cell colony *** expression of P3H1 and RCN3 was negatively correlated with CD8+T cell infiltration but was positively correlated with cancer-associated fibroblast infiltration in luminal A/B *** summary,this study revealed that ENST00000535926 is an unfavorable prognosis-related and tumor-promoting transcript of the CHPF gene in luminal A/B breast cancer.

In this study, a classical spectral-finite difference scheme （SFDS） for the three-dimensional （3D） parabolic equation is reduced by using proper orthogonal decomposition （POD） and singular value decomposition （SVD）. First, the 3D parabolic equation is discretized in spatial variables by using spectral collocation method and the discrete scheme is transformed into matrix formulation by tensor product. Second~ the classical SFDS is obtained by difference discretization in time-direction. The ensemble of data are comprised with the first few transient solutions of the classical SFDS for the 3D parabolic equation and the POD bases of ensemble of data are generated by using POD technique and SVD. The unknown quantities of the classical SFDS are replaced with the linear combination of POD bases and a reduced- order extrapolation SFDS with lower dimensions and sufficiently high accuracy for the 3D parabolic equation is established. Third, the error estimates between the classical SFDS solutions and the reduced-order extrapolation SFDS solutions and the implementation for solving the reduced-order extrapolation SFDS are provided. Finally, a numerical example shows that the errors of numerical computations are consistent with the theoretical results. Moreover, it is shown that the reduced-order extrapolation SFDS is effective and feasible to find the numerical solutions for the 3D parabolic equation.

Shape memory polymers (SMPs) and their composites (SMPCs) are smart materials that can be stably deformed and then return to their original shape under external stimulation, thus having a memory of their shape. Three-dimensional (3D) printing is an advanced technology for fabricating products using a digital software tool. Four-dimensional (4D) printing is a new generation of additive manufacturing technology that combines shape memory materials and 3D printing technology. Currently, 4D-printed SMPs and SMPCs are gaining considerable research attention and are finding use in various fields, including biomedical science. This review introduces SMPs, SMPCs, and 4D printing technologies, highlighting several special 4D-printed structures. It summarizes the recent research progress of 4D-printed SMPs and SMPCs in various fields, with particular emphasis on biomedical applications. Additionally, it presents an overview of the challenges and development prospects of 4D-printed SMPs and SMPCs and provides a preliminary discussion and useful reference for the research and application of 4D-printed SMPs and SMPCs.

The tradeoff between efficiency and model size of the convolutional neural network(CNN)is an essential issue for applications of CNN-based algorithms to diverse real-world *** deep learning-based methods have achieved significant improvements in image super-resolution(SR),current CNNbased techniques mainly contain massive parameters and a high computational complexity,limiting their practical *** this paper,we present a fast and lightweight framework,named weighted multi-scale residual network(WMRN),for a better tradeoff between SR performance and computational *** the modified residual structure,depthwise separable convolutions(DS Convs)are employed to improve convolutional operations’***,several weighted multi-scale residual blocks(WMRBs)are stacked to enhance the multi-scale representation *** the reconstruction subnetwork,a group of Conv layers are introduced to filter feature maps to reconstruct the final high-quality *** experiments were conducted to evaluate the proposed model,and the comparative results with several state-of-the-art algorithms demonstrate the effectiveness of WMRN.
