在国家深化研究生教育改革的新形势下,传统非全日制专业学位硕士实践教学模式存在一定的局限性。为了适应学生培养方式及学校特色的发展,需要在剖析现有问题的基础上,探索面向校企深度融合建设校外实践基地培养非全日制工程硕士的新模式。通过对现有非全日制硕士实践基地建设中存在的问题进行深入剖析,以校外实践基地构建为目标,从校企深度融合的长效机制、基地合作模式、考核方式等方面思考和探索培养方法,并以此为契机,考虑通过校企深度融合,实现企业与学校的优势互补,以项目为驱动,以实践带动,优化资源配置。推进以协同育人为宗旨,以社会需求为引领,以学科专业为核心,以提高应用型人才实践能力与综合素质为导向的非全日制专业硕士研究生培养。

准确评估植被阻力对预测植被影响下的河流流速分布具有重要意义。采用已有研究数据,验证了6种挺水植被阻力系数公式在刚性沉水植被流计算中的适用性,并在已有研究基础上考虑淹没度影响,针对低淹没度情形,提出了改进的阻力系数公式。结果表明,各公式平均计算精度接近,计算流速与实测流速相对误差均在10.20%~15.19%之间;改进阻力系数公式计算精度良好,公式计算流速与实测流速相对误差为3.40%,可用于植被层流速估算,适用范围为淹没度1

The composition dependence of the crystal structure and magnetism of the 6 M martensite for the Cu-doped Ni_(43.75)Mn_(37.5)In_(12.5)Co_(6.25) alloy at different site occupations(Cu substitution for Ni, Mn, In, and Co, respectively) is investigated in detail with the first-principles calculations. Results show that the austenite(A) phase exhibits a ferromagnetic(FM) state in all occupation manners, the 6 M martensite possesses an FM state except for the case of Cu substitution at the normal Mn(Mn1) site, and the non-modulated(NM) martensite displays a ferrimagnetic(FIM) state apart from the Cu substitution at the Ni, Mn1, or In sites. The Cu atom destabilizes the A, 6 M, and NM phases regardless of the occupation manner. The one-step martensitic transformation from the A to NM phase occurs in the case of Cu substituting for Mn1, excess Mn(Mn2), or Co;for Cu substituting Ni, a martensitic transformation including 6 M martensite happens, i.e., A → 6 M → NM;however, the martensitic transformation disappears when Cu replaces In site. From the equilibrium lattice constants, it can be speculated that the substitution of Cu for Ni can effectively reduce the thermal hysteresis( ΔT_(Hys)). The magnetic properties are found to be greatly reduced by the substitution of the non-magnetic element Cu for the ferromagnetic Mn atom, whereas the effect is fewer in the remaining cases. It is predicted that the alloy has more favorable properties when Cu replaces Ni. The present results can lay a theoretical foundation for further development of multielement magnetic shape memory alloys.

Chiral thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF) molecules showing circularly polarized luminescence(CPL) have great potential in 3D displays. However, the relationships among CPL property, device performance and molecule structure are still not clear. In this article, we develop a strategy to promote dissymmetry factors without sacrifice in device performance and study the impact of molecule structures towards CPL property. Three novel TADF enantiomers are synthesized and studied.(R/S)-SCN with diminutive cyano group as an acceptor shows dissymmetry factor |gPL| ≈ 1.4×10^(-3) and noticeable organic light-emitting diode(OLED) performances with a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQEmax) of 23.0%. For(R/S)-SPHCN, the prolonged electron withdrawing group benzonitrile enhances |gPL| up to 3.6×10^(-3) with decreased device EQEmaxof 15.4%. By further replacing benzonitrile with(trifluoromethyl)pyridine, the enantiomers of(R/S)-SCFPY show similar |gPL| factors of 3.5×10^(-3) and device EQE_(max)up to 23.3%, which represents the highest efficiency among sprio-type TADF materials based OLEDs. Furthermore, the OLEDs also show obvious circularly polarized electroluminescence with gELfactors of-1.4/1.8×10^(-3),-3.6/3.6×10^(-3) and-3.7/3.6×10^(-3), respectively. These results indecate by delicate functional group engineering, high g factor can be achieved while maintaining decent device performances. Besides,(R/S)-SCFPY represents an impressive TADF emitter, which shows promoted g factor and recorded high device EQE_(max)among similar molecules.

Effect of quaternary basicity on softening-melting behavior of primary slag based on magnesium flux pellet

It is generally accepted that the softening-melting properties of ferrous burden play a vital role in optimizing the shape and position of cohesive *** effect of quaternary basicity and atmosphere on softening,melting and permeation temperatures of primary slag based on magnesium flux pellet was investigated by visualization *** mechanisms were analyzed utilizing thermodynamic calculation,X-ray diffraction analysis and electron probe *** results indicated that the softening and melting temperatures of oxide samples increased by approximately 120℃with increasing quaternary basicity from 0.3 to 1.2 owing to the formation of slag phases with high melting point and solid ***,the difference between softening and melting temperatures decreased from 21 to 11℃.The permeation temperature was not affected by the quaternary basicity and fluctuated around a level of 1250 C,given that the permeation temperature depends on the wettability between slag and coke *** the other hand,as the ratios of CO/CO_(2) varied from 3/7 to 7/3,there were no significant differences in either the softening or melting temperatures,whereas the permeation temperature was increased from 1239 to 1271℃ since the reduction of FeO-bearing phases to solid Fe could decrease the wettability between slag and coke bed.

Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is the most common complication of diabetes mellitus(DM).Qianjin Wenwu decoction(QWD),a well-known traditional Korean medicine,has been used for the treatment of DKD,with satisfactory therapeutic *** study was designed to investigate the active components and mechanisms of action of QWD in the treatment of *** results demonstrated that a total of 13 active components in five types were found in QwD,including flavonoids,flavonoid glycosides,phenylpropionic acids,saponins,coumarins,and *** key proteins,TGF-β1 and TIMP-1,were identified as the target proteins through molecular ***,QWD significantly suppressed Scr and BUN levels which increased after unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO).Hematoxylin&eosin(H&E)and Masson staining results demonstrated that QWD significantly alleviated renal interstitial fibrosis in UUO *** also found that QWD promoted ECM degradation by regulating MMP-9/TIMP-1 homeostasis to improve renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis and interfere with the expression and activity of TGF-βl in DKD *** findings explain the underlying mechanism of QWD for the treatment of DKD,and also provide methodological reference for investigating the mechanism of traditional medicine in the treatment of DKD.
