Initially defined high entropy alloys(HEAs)usually exhibit a single-phase solid-solution ***,two and/or more types of phases in HE As possibly induce the desired microstructure features,which contribute to improving the wear properties of HE ***,we prepare a series of(AlCoCrFeNi)_(100-x)Hf_(x)(x=0,2,4and 6;at%) HEAs and concern their phase compositions,micro structures and wear *** leads to the formation of(Ni,Co)_(2)Hf-type Laves phase and tailors the microstructure from a body-centered cubic(BCC) singlephase structure to a hypoeutectic *** increased hardness from~HV 512.3 to~HV 734.1 is due to solid-solution strengthening,grain refinement strengthening and precipitated phase *** a few oxides(Al_(2)O_(3)+Cr_(2)O_(3)) caused by the wear heating contribute to an 85.5% decrease in wear rate of the HEA system from6.71×10^(-5) to 0.97×10^(-5) m^(3)·N^(-1)·m^(-1).In addition,Hf addition changes the wear mechanism from abrasive wear,mild oxidative wear and adhesive wear to oxidative wear and adhesive wear.

采用真空电弧熔炼方法制备Co_(30)Cr_(30)(FeNi)_(40-x)W_(x)(x=0~8%(摩尔分数),分别简化为HWO~HW8)高熵合金。研究铸态和退火态合金的显微组织和拉伸性能。结果表明,HW2和HW4具有单一的FCC相。随着W含量和退火温度的增加,细小粒状μ相的面积分数增加且分散在FCC基体中。软FCC基体和硬μ相构成应变不相容的异质结构。随着W含量从0增加到8%(摩尔分数),屈服强度和抗拉强度分别从278和629 MPa提高到530和839 MPa,应变维持在33%。退火后的HW8表现出优异的屈服强度(810 MPa)和抗拉强度(1087 MPa)。屈服强度的提高归因于固溶、沉淀和背应力强化。异质结构中产生的背应力强化作用诱导高硬化行为,在提高抗拉强度和塑性方面发挥着主导作用。

A high-temperature reduction roasting method was used to achieve metallic iron and zinc recovery from blast furnace gas ash(BFA).The reduction processes for Zn-containing and Fe-containing oxides were analyzed in detail by using ther-modynamic equilibrium calculation and the principle of minimum free *** results showed that the main reaction in the system is the reduction of ZnFe_(2)_(4)and iron *** the full temperature range,iron oxides were more easily reduced than zinc *** of the amount of CO contained in the system,the reduction of ZnO to Zn was difficult to proceed below the boiling point(906℃)of *** the reduction temperature is below 906℃,the reduction process of zinc ferrate was ZnFe_(2)_(4)→ZnO;when the reduction temperature is above 906℃,its reduction process becomed ZnFe_(2)_(4)→ZnO→Zn(g).The metallization and dezincification rates of the BFA gradually increased with increasing reaction *** the C/O ratio increased,the metallization and dezincification rates first increased and then *** effect of reduction time on BFA reduction was similar to that of reaction temperature.

The 42 kg industrial H13 castings were prepared by different super-gravity fields with multi-rotation speeds,and the distribution of oxide inclusions in the castings was *** addition,the inward movement Reynolds number and inward movement time of oxide inclusions as well as the solidification time of molten steel at different positions in the castings were calculated to clarify the removal mechanism of oxide inclusions in super-gravity *** results show that the large size(i.e.,greater than 10μm)oxide inclusions are mainly concentrated in the inner and outer parts of the super-gravity castings with constant rotation speed(500 r min^(-1))and five-stage rotation speeds(500,600,750,850,and 950 r min^(-1)),respectively,while there are no large oxide inclusions in the super-gravity castings with three-stage rotation speeds(500,600,and 750 r min^(-1)).Although an increase in the particle size of inclusion and the rotation speed in super-gravity field is conducive to the increase in the inward movement Reynolds number of oxide inclusions and reduction in the inward movement time of oxide inclusions,it will reduce the local solidification time of molten *** the range of the rotation speed studied,the super-gravity field with three-stage rotation speeds has the best effect on the removal of inclusions in H13 molten steel.

Ti43Al6Nb-xZr alloys with different additions of zirconium were prepared by vacuum arc melting *** microstructure and compressive properties at room temperature(RT) were *** microstructure shows dendrites with addition of 0 at%-2.5at% Zr,and the dendrites are refined with the primary dendrite arms spacing decreasing from 222.64 μm(0 at%Zr) to 92.57 μm(2.0 at% Zr).With Zr addition more than2.5 at%,the microstructure shows equiaxed grains surrounded by y *** is a y stabilizer and promotes the β/y transition,resulting in the change of microstructure *** reaches the maximum solid solubility(about 6.5 at%) in y phase with addition of 2.5 at% Zr;moreover,γ phase increases in quantity,bringing about severe *** addition of Zr,the remained β phase turns into ω phase with B82 ***43Al6Nb-xZr alloys show brittle *** maximum compressive strength is 2161.69 MPa with addition of 2.5at% Zr and the maximum compressive strain is 30.62%with addition of 0.5 at% Zr,improving by 9.24% and7.33%,*** improvement of compressive strength results from fine-grain strengthening and solution *** micro-segregation is bad for compressive strength,and large solubility of Zr is detrimental to ductility.

The hydrogenation behavior of Ti44A16Nb1Cr2V(at%)alloy at temperature range of 1373-1693 K and its effect on microstructure and room-temperature mechanical properties were studied systematically in this *** results show that hydrogen content increases with the increase in temperature,and the maximum hydrogen content is 0.126 wt%at 1693 *** heat of solution of hydrogen is calculated as 82.9 kJ·mol^(-1)by curve fitting,indicating that hydrogen absorptionin TiAl alloys is *** promotes the lamellar colony size because hydrogen promotes the diffusion of *** stabilizes B2phase during hydrogenation resulting in more residual B2phase in the hydrogenated *** nanohardness and elastic modulus decrease after hydrogenation due to that hydrogen weakens the *** Ti44A16Nb1Cr2V alloy exhibits higher plasticity and lower flow stress hydrogenation with 0.039 wt%H,and the ultimate compressive strength decreases from 1220 to 1130 MPa,while the fracture strain is enhanced by 26%.
