Multilevel resistance random access memories(RRAMs) are intensively studied due to their potential applications in high density information storage. However, the low ternary device yields and high threshold voltages based on current materials cannot meet the requirement for applications. Improvement via material innovation remains desirable and challenging. herein,five one-dimensional conjugated coordination polymers were synthesized via the reaction between metal ions(Zn^(2+), Cu^(2+), Ni^(2+),Pt^(2+) and Pd^(2+)) and 2,5-diaminobenzene-1,4-dithiol(DABDT) and fabricated into RRAM devices. The as-fabricated ternary memories have relatively low threshold voltages(V_(th1):-1 to-1.4 V, V_(th2):-1.8 to-2.2 V). Their ternary device yields were improved from 24% to 56%. The first and the second resistance switches are interpreted by the space charge limited current(SCLC) and grain boundary depletion limited current(GBLC) modes, respectively. The Pd-DABDT, which is of planar structure,smaller band gap and better crystallinity than others, shows the best performance among these five polymers. Our work paves a simple and efficient way to optimize the performance of ternary RRAM devices employing one-dimensional hybrid materials.

Our prior investigations have established that Inonotus obliquus(Chaga)possesses hypoglycemic *** hyperglycemia is known to precipitate renal function *** functionality of the kidneys is intricately linked to the levels of cyclic guanosine-3',5'-monophosphate(cGMP),which are influenced by the activities of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and phosphodiesterase(PDE).Enhanced cGMP levels can be achieved either through the upregulation of NOS activity or the downregulation of PDE *** objective of the current study is to elucidate the effects of Chaga on disorders of glucolipid metabolism and renal abnormalities in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),while concurrently examining the NOS-cGMP-PDE5 signaling pathway.A model of T2DM was developed in rats using a high-fat diet(HFD)combined with streptozotocin(STZ)administration,followed by treatment with Chaga extracts at doses of 50 and 100 mg·kg^(−1)for eight *** findings revealed that Chaga not only mitigated metabolic dysfunctions,evidenced by improvements in fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides,and insulin resistance,but also ameliorated renal function markers,including serum creatinine,urine creatinine(UCr),blood urea nitrogen,24-h urinary protein,and estimated creatinine ***,enhancements in glomerular volume,GBM thickness,podocyte foot process width(FPW),and the mRNA and protein expressions of podocyte markers,such as nephrin and wilms tumor-1,were *** was found to elevate cGMP levels in both serum and kidney tissues by increasing mRNA and protein expressions of renal endothelial NOS and neural NOS,while simultaneously reducing the expressions of renal inducible NOS and *** summary,Chaga counteracts HFD/STZ-induced glucolipid metabolism and renal function disturbances by modulating the NOS-cGMP-PDE5 signaling *** research supports the potential application of Chaga in the clinical prevention and treatment of T2DM and

Background:Urbanization in China is rapidly proceeding,but rural-to-urban migration and its association with overweight and obesity is not well *** study aimed to explore the age at arrival,duration of migration,and the corresponding association with overweight/obesity in Yi migrants in ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted in rural and urban areas in 2015 in Sichuan province,*** characteristics,lifestyle factors,and anthropometry were *** linear regression models were used to assess the effect of duration of migration(1-10,11-20,21-30,and>30 years)on body mass index(BMI).Multi-variable logistic regression was used to examine the association between duration of migration and overweight/obesity(BMI≥25 kg/m^(2)).Results:A total of 3056 Yi people(1894 Yi farmers and 1162 Yi migrants)aged 20 to 80 years were *** adjusting for age,sex,and other potential confounders,Yi migrants had 1.71 kg/m^(2)(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.36-2.06)higher BMI and a 2.13-fold(95%CI:1.71-2.65)higher risk of overweight/obesity than Yi *** Yi migrants,stratified by age at arrival,no significant association between duration of migration and overweight/obesity was observed in those who were 0 to 20 years old at *** comparison,in migrants>20 years old at arrival,compared with the reference group(1-10 years),long-term migration(>30 years)was found to be associated with overweight/obesity after adjustment(odds ratio:1.85,95%CI:1.04-3.29).Conclusions:Yi migrants were observed to have greater risk of overweight/obesity than Yi *** Yi migrants,the risk of overweight/obesity increased according to the duration of migration,especially in those who were older upon their arrival.
