V2I Physical Layer Security Beamforming with Antenna Hardware Impairments under RIS Assistance

the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) will carry a large amount of security and privacy-related data, which makes the secure communication between the IoV terminals increasingly critical. this paper studies the joint beamforming for physical-layer security t.ansmission in the coexistence of Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) and Vehicle-to- Vehicle (V2V) communication with Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) assistance, taking into account hardware impairments. A communication model for physical-layer security t.ansmission is established when the eavesdropping user is present.and the base station antenna has hardware impairments assisted by RIS. Based on this model, we propose tomaximize the V2I physical-layer security t.ansmission rate. to solve the coupled non-convex optimization problem, an alternating optimization algorithm based on second-order cone programming and semidefinite relaxation is proposed to obtain the optimal V2I base station t.ansmit precoding and RIS reflect phase shift matrix. Finally, simulation results are presented to verify the convergence and superiority of our proposed algorithm while analyzing the impact of system parameters on the V2I physical-layer security t.ansmission rate. the simulation results further demonstrate that the proposed robust beamforming algorithmconsideringhardware impairments will achieve an average performance improvement of 0.7 dB over a non-robustly designed algorithm. Furthermore, increasing the number of RIS reflective units from 10 to 50 results in an almost 2 dB enhancement in secure t.ansmission rate. © 2024 the Authors Published by tech Science Press.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a common malignant tumor,and liver metastasis is one of the main recurrence and metastasis modes that seriously affect patients’survival rate and quality of *** such as albumin bilirubin(ALBI)score,liver function index,and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)have shown some potential in the prediction of liver metastasis but have not been fully *** to evaluate its predictive value for liver metastasis of CRC by conducting the combined analysis of ALBI,liver function index,and CEA,and to provide a more accurate liver metastasis risk assessment tool for clinical treatment *** this study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients with CRC who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2023 and were followed up for 24 *** to the follow-up results,the enrolled patients were divided into a liver metastasis group and a nonliver metastasis group and randomly divided into a modeling group and a verification group at a ratio of 2:*** risk factors for liver metastasis in patients with CRC were analyzed,a prediction model was constructed by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)logistic regression,internal validation was performed by the bootstrap method,the reliability of the prediction model was evaluated by subject-work characteristic curves,calibration curves,and clinical decision curves,and a column graph was drawn to show the prediction *** Of 130 patients were enrolled in the modeling group and 65 patients were enrolled in the verification group out of the 195 patients with CRC who fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion *** LASSO regression variable screening and logistic regression *** ALBI score,alanine aminot.ansferase(ALt),and CEA were found to be independent predictors of liver metastases in CRC patients[odds ratio(OR)=8.062,95%confidence interval(CI):2.545-25.540],(OR=1.037,95%CI:1.004-1.071)and(OR=1.0

Problem-solving model guided by stimulus-organism-response theory:State of mind and coping styles of depressed mothers after cesarean delivery

BACKGROUND the use of a problem-solving model guided by stimulus-organism-response(SOR)theory for women with postpartum depression after cesarean delivery may inform nursing interventions for women with postpartum *** to explore the state of mind and coping style of women with depression after cesarean delivery guided by SOR *** Eighty postpartum depressed women with cesarean delivery admitted to the hospital between January 2022 and October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups of 40 cases each,according to the random number table *** the control group,the observation group adopted the problem-solving nursing model under SOR *** two groups were consecutively intervened for 12 weeks,and the state of mind,coping styles,and degree of post-partum depression were analyzed at the end of the *** the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale-24-item scores of the observation group were lower t.an in the control group after care,and the level of improvement in the state of mind was higher t.an that of the control group(Pthe level of coping with illness in the observation group after care(26.48±3.35)was higher t.an that in the control group(21.73±3.20),and the level of avoidance(12.04±2.68)and submission(8.14±1.15)was lower t.an that in the control group(15.75±2.69 and 9.95±1.20),with significant differences(Pting the problem-solving nursing model using SOR theory for postpartum depressed mothers after cesarean delivery reduced maternal depression,improved their state of mind,and coping level with illness.

BACKGROUND the intricate relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus(t2DM)and diabetic nephropathy(DN)presents a challenge in understanding the significance of various biomarkers in *** to elucidate the roles and diagnostic values ofα2-macroglobulin(α2-MG),podocalyxin(PCX),α-L-fucosidase(AFU),retinol-binding protein-4(RBP-4),and cystatin C(CysC)in *** From December 2018 to December 2020,203 t2DM patients were enrolled in the *** these,115 were diagnosed with DN(115 patients),while the remaining 88 patients were classified as *** urinary levels ofα2-MG,PCX,and AFU and the serum concentrations RBP-4 and CysC were measured in conjunction with other relevant clinical indicators to evaluate their potential correlations and diagnostic *** After adjustments for age and gender,significant positive correlations were observed between the biomarkers CysC,RBP-4,α2-MG/urinary creatinine(UCr),PCX/UCr,and AFU/UCr,and clinical indicators such as urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio(UACR),serum creatinine,urea,24-h total urine protein,and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR).Conversely,these biomarkers exhibited negative correlations with the estimated glomerular filtration rate(Pting characteristic(ROC)curve analysis further demonstrated the diagnostic performance of these biomarkers,with UACR showcasing the highest area under the ROC curve(AUC^(ROC))at *** this study underscores the diagnostic significance ofα2-MG,PCX,and AFU in the development of *** biomarkers RBP-4,CysC,PCX,AFU,andα2-MG provide promising diagnostic insights,while UACR is the most potent diagnostic biomarker in assessing DN.

In the field of food safety testing,variety,brand,origin,and adulteration are four important *** this study,a novel food safety testing method based on infrared spectroscopy is proposed to investigate these *** t.ansform infrared spectroscopy data are analyzed using negentropy-sorted kernel independent component.analysis(NS-kICA)as the feature optimization *** rank the components,negentropy is performed to measure the non-Gaussian independent *** our experiment,the proposed method was run on four datasets to comprehensively investigate the variety,brand,origin,and adulteration of agricultural *** experimental results show that NS-kICA outperforms conventional feature selection *** support vector machine model outperforms the backpropagation artificial neural network and partial least squares *** combination of NS-kICA and support vector machine(SVM)is the best method for achieving high,stable,and efficient recognition *** findings are of great importance for food safety testing.

A novel minority sample fault diagnosis method based on multisource data enhancement

Effective fault diagnosis has a crucial impact on the safety and cost of complex manufacturing ***,the complex structure of the collected multisource data and scarcity of fault samples make it difficult to accurately identify multiple fault *** address this challenge,this paper proposes a novel deep-learning model for multisource data augmentation and small sample fault *** raw multisource data are first converted into two-dimensional images using the Gramian Angular Field,and a generator is built to t.ansform random noise into images through t.ansposed convolution ***,two discriminators are constructed to evaluate the authenticity of input images and the fault diagnosis *** Vision t.ansformer network is built to diagnose faults and obtain the classification error for the ***,a global optimization strategy is designed to upgrade parameters in the *** discriminators and generator compete with each other until Nash equilibrium is achieved.A real-world multistep forging machine is adopted to compare and validate the performance of different *** experimental results indicate that the proposed method has multisource data augmentation and minority sample fault diagnosis *** with other state-of-the-art models,the proposed approach has better fault diagnosis accuracy in various scenarios.
