As a powerful noninvasive imaging technology,positron emission tomography(PET)has been playing an important role in disease theranostics and drug *** successful application of PET relies on not only the biological properties of PET tracers but also the availability of facile and efficient radiochemical reactions to enable practical production and widespread use of PET *** recently,photochemistry is emerging as a novel,mild and efficient approach to generating PET *** this review,we focus on the recent advances in newly developed photocatalytic radiochemical reactions,innovation on automated photochemical radiosynthesis modules,as well as implementation in late-stage radiolabeling and radio-pharmaceutical synthesis for PET *** believe that this review will inspire the development of more promising radiolabeling protocols for the preparation of clinically useful PET agents.

Tunable Airy beams with controllable propagation trajectories have sparked interest in various fields,such as optical manipulation and laser *** research approaches encounter challenges related to insufficient compactness and integration feasibility,or they require enhanced tunability to enable real-time dynamic manipulation of the propagation *** this work,we present a novel method that utilizes a dual metasurface system to surpass these limitations,significantly enhancing the practical potential of the Airy *** approach involves encoding a cubic phase profile and two off-axis Fresnel lens phase profiles across the two *** validity of the proposed strategy has been confirmed through simulation and experimental *** proposed meta-device addresses the existing limitations and lays the foundation for broadening the applicability of Airy beams across diverse domains,encompassing light-sheet microscopy,laser fabrication,optical tweezers,etc.

Fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared window(NIR-II,900–1880 nm)with less scattering background in biological tissues has been combined with the confocal microscopic system for achieving deep in vivo imaging with high spatial ***,the traditional NIR-IIfluorescence confocal microscope with separate excitation focus and detection pinhole makes it possess low confocal e±ciency,as well as di±cultly to *** types of upgraded NIR-IIfluorescence confocal microscopes,sharing the same pinhole by excitation and emission focus,leading to higher confocal e±ciency,are built in this *** type is-ber-pinhole-based confocal microscope applicable to CW laser *** is constructed forfluorescence intensity imaging with large depth,high stabilization and low cost,which could replace multiphotonfluorescence microscopy in some applications(e.g.,cerebrovascular and hepatocellular imaging).The other type is air-pinhole-based confocal microscope applicable to femtosecond(fs)laser *** can be employed not only for NIR-IIfluorescence intensity imaging,but also for multi-channelfluorescence lifetime imaging to recognize different structures with similarfluorescence ***,it can be facilely combined with multiphotonfluorescence microscopy.A single fs pulsed laser is utilized to achieve up-conversion(visible multiphotonfluorescence)and down-conversion(NIR-II one-photonfluorescence)excitation simultaneously,extending imaging spectral channels,and thus facilitates multi-structure and multi-functional observation.

The exploration and development of tight sandstone gas reservoirs are controlled by high-quality river channel sand bodies on a large scale in Sichuan *** order to improve the accu-racy of sand body prediction and characterization,multi-component exploration technology research has been carried out in Northwest Sichuan ***,based on the array acoustic logging data,a for-ward modeling has been established to analyze the seismic response characteristics of the PS-wave data and P-wave *** result shows that the response characteristics of the P-wave and PS-wave to the sand bodies with different impedance are *** then through the analysis of logging data,the effectiveness of the forward modeling has been *** the sandstone velocity is close to the sur-rounding rocks,the P-wave performs as a weak reflection,which may lead to reduce the identification range of the sand ***,the PS-wave exhibits strong reflection,which can identify this type of sand ***,by comparing and explaining the PS-wave data and P-wave data,and integrat-ing their attributes,the prediction accuracy of sand bodies is *** with the interpreta-tion of a single P-wave,the results can significantly expand the distribution range of sand bodies,lay-ing a foundation for improving the production capacity of single wells and reserve submission.

In this paper,a feature interactive bi-temporal change detection network(FIBTNet)is designed to solve the problem of pseudo change in remote sensing image building change *** network improves the accuracy of change detection through bi-temporal feature *** designs a bi-temporal feature exchange architecture(EXA)and a bi-temporal difference extraction architecture(DFA).EXA improves the feature exchange ability of the model encoding process through multiple space,channel or hybrid feature exchange methods,while DFA uses the change residual(CR)module to improve the ability of the model decoding process to extract different features at multiple ***,at the junction of encoder and decoder,channel exchange is combined with the CR module to achieve an adaptive channel exchange,which further improves the decision-making performance of model feature *** results on the LEVIR-CD and S2Looking datasets demonstrate that iCDNet achieves superior F1 scores,Intersection over Union(IoU),and Recall compared to mainstream building change detectionmodels,confirming its effectiveness and superiority in the field of remote sensing image change detection.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become a leading cause of chronic liver disease *** initiates with simple steatosis(NAFL)and can progress to the more severe condition of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).NASH often advances to end-stage liver diseases such as liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Notably,the transition from NASH to end-stage liver diseases is irreversible,and the precise mechanisms driving this progression are not yet fully ***,there is a critical need for the development of effective therapies to arrest or reverse this *** review provides a comprehensive overview of the pathogenesis of NASH,examines the current therapeutic targets and pharmacological treatments,and offers insights for future drug discovery and development strategies for NASH therapy.

Physical Vapor Deposited(PVD)TiAlN coatings are extensively utilized as protective layers for cutting tools,renowned for their excellent comprehensive *** optimize quality control of TiAlN coatings for cutting tools,a multi-scale simulation approach is proposed that encompasses the microstructure evolution of coatings considering the entire preparation and service lifecycle of PVD TiAlN *** scheme employs phase-field simulation to capture the essential microstructure of the PVD-prepared TiAlN ***,cutting simulation is used to determine the service temperature experienced during cutting processes at varying ***-Hilliard modeling is finally utilized to consume the microstructure and service condition data to acquaint the microstructure evolution of TiAlN coatings throughout the cutting *** methodology effectively establishes a correlation between service temperature and its impact on the microstructure evolution of TiAlN *** is expected that the present multi-scale numerical simulation approach will provide innovative strategies for assisting property design and lifespan prediction of TiAlN coatings.

To accurately determine the chronological framework of climatic variations recorded by various martian terrains, the absolute ages of martian events and cratering rate need to be constrained by either in situ dating or returned samples. In situ K-Ar dating is currently a more plausible dating technique as compared with sample return. Jarosite(KFe_(3)[SO_(4)]_(2)[OH]_(6)) is the only confirmed K sulfate mineral that is widely present on mars, as indicated by in situ detection, orbital remote sensing, and meteorite studies. Jarosite can be used for precise K-Ar and (40)Ar/(39)Ar dating. The preservation of jarosite on mars provides information about the nature and duration of aqueous processes on the martian surface. Different ages of martian jarosite represent the key to constraining the transition from martian surface water activity to arid climatic conditions. This paper summarizes recent advances in our knowledge of the spatial distribution of martian jarosite, its mineralogical properties and stability on mars, the Ar diffusion kinetics of jarosite, and the current status of in situ K-Ar dating. moreover, we examine the key scientific issues to be addressed for in situ K-Ar dating of jarosite and martian sample return missions, and discuss future research directions.
