年轻乳腺癌患者妻子角色期望的质性研究

目的通过对自我和身份的反思,探索年轻乳腺癌患者为回归家庭需要履行的妻子角色期望,为医务工作者制订癌症家庭康复的相关干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用描述性现象学方法和目的取样法。于2023年3月-4月在江苏省徐州市某三级甲等医院的乳腺外科和肿瘤内科选取年轻乳腺癌患者及其配偶进行半结构化的面对面访谈。访谈内容被逐字转录,采用科莱兹现象学方法进行分析。结果16例乳腺癌患者和6名配偶参与了访谈,平均年龄分别为(35.95±3.36)岁和(37.67±5.28)岁。在治疗和康复期间,关于年轻乳腺癌患者妻子角色期望内容共提炼出3个主题,8个子主题:自尊自爱(保障自己的生命、坦然面对疾病、重拾女性角色的自信);夫妻关系的调适(和谐有效的夫妻沟通、为婚姻和爱情给予支持、共创美好的夫妻生活);协助家庭康复(减轻配偶的照护与经济负担、家庭日常的管理)。结论年轻乳腺癌患者及其配偶对妻子角色的期望主要包括自我、夫妻和家庭三个方面。自尊和自爱是最基本的期望,而调整夫妻关系和协助家庭康复则是更高的期望。

Lithium (Li) metal is a promising anode for the next generation high-energy–density batteries. However, the growth of Li dendrites, low coulombic efficiency and dramatic volume change limit its development. Here, we report a new synthetic poly-dioxolane (PDOL) approach to constructing an artificial 'elastic' SEI to stabilize the Li/electrolyte interface and the Li deposition/dissolution behavior in a variety of electrolytes. By coating PDOL with optimized molecular weights and synthetic routes on Li metal anode, the 'elastic' SEI layer could be maintained on top of the Li metal anode to accommodate the Li deposition/dissolution. No dendrite formation was observed during the cycling process, and the interfacial side reactions were reduced significantly. Consequently, we successfully achieved 330 cycles with a CE of 98.4% in ether electrolytes and 90 cycles with a CE of 94.3% in carbonate electrolytes. Simultaneously, the Li-metal batteries with LiFePO_(4) as cathodes also exhibited improved cycling performance. This strategy could promote the development of dendrite-free metal anodes toward high-performance Li-metal batteries.

Objective： American ginseng is a medicinal plant with large market demands,however,its producing areas are shrinking because of the continuous cropping obstacles in ***,it is urgent to establish a suitable model to determine the new producing *** we evaluated and predicted the suitable areas of American ginseng using the maximum entropy model（Max Ent）.Methods： Based on the 37 environmental variables over thirty years from 1970 to 20 0 0 and 226 global distribution points of American ginseng,Max Ent was used to determine the global ecological suitable areas for American *** Receiver Operating Curve（ROC）was used to evaluate the model prediction ***,an innovative ecological variable,the precipitation–temperature ratio,was established to indicate the climate characteristic in the American ginseng suitable areas based on the monthly precipitation and ***： The potential ecological suitable areas of American ginseng were primarily in Appalachian Mountain in America and Changbai Mountain in China,about in the range of 35 °N–50 °N,60 °W–120 °W and 35 °N–50 °N,110 °E–145 °E,respectively,including the United States,Canada,China,North Korea,South Korea,Russia and *** Korea and Japan were the potential producing *** precipitation–temperature ratios were stable at（0.22,0.56）of the vigorous growth period（April–October）in the best suitable areas of American ginseng,serving as characteristic parameters to optimize the prediction *** model showed that the common soil parameters were pH 4.5–7.2,Base Saturation（BS）above 80%,Cation Exchange Capacity（CEC）10–20 cmol/kg,organic carbon（OC）〈 1.4%,and the soil types were sandy loam or ***： An optimized Max Ent model was established to predict the producing area for American ginseng that needed to be validated by a field test.

Objective： To investigate the protective effects of icaritin （ICT）, one of the active ingredients in Epimedii Folium, on mouse model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion （I/R） in vivo. Methods： ICR mice were subjected to an I h transient middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCAO） and fol- lowed by 24 h of reperfusion. Neurological deficits, infarct volume, brain edema and survive rate were measured, respectively. The levels of brain IL-1β, TNF-a, ROS and DNA-binding activity of NF-KB p65 were measured by ELISA kits. The levels of malondialdehyde （MDA） and activities of superoxide dismu- tase （SOD） were detected by spectrophotometry, and the release of nitric oxide （NO） were detected by Griess kit. Results： ICT markedly reduced the neurological deficit scores, brain edema, infarct volume and increased the survival rate of the cerebral I/R mice. The expression of IL-Iβ, TNF-α, NO, MDA and DNA-binding activity of NF-KB p65 were significantly inhibited by ICT, while the activity of SOD were up-regulated at the same time. Conclusion： ICT possessed significant neuroprotective effects in cerebral I/R mice, which might be related to prevent neuroinflammatory and oxidative damage.

Influenza A viruses of subtype H1N1 have been reported widely in pigs in China,associated with clinical *** mainly include classical swine H1N1,avian-like H1N1,and human-like H1N1 *** this study,we reported a novel triple-reassortant H1N1 virus（A/swine/Guangdong/1/2010）containing genes from the classical swine（NP,NS）,human（PB1）and avian（HA,NA,M,PB2,PA）lineages,which was for the first time reported in ***,phylogenetic analysis further confirmed that five genes segments（NS,NP,PB2,PB1,PA）of the isolate were closely related to the novel reassortant H1N2 viruses isolated in 2006 in China,while the other three（HA,NA,M）were closely related to avian-like H1N1 viruses in *** isolation of triple-reassortant H1N1 influenza virus provides further evidence that pigs serve as emergence hosts or "mixing vessels",and swine influenza virus surveillance in China should be given a high priority.

Ineffectiveness of anticancer drugs is frequently observed in cancer *** resistance of tumor cells to various cytotoxic drugs is defined as multidrug resistance（MDR）.The purpose of our present study was to investigate the inhibit effects of L1EPO synthesized by our group on P-glycoprotein（P-gp）-mediated multidrug resistance（MDR）in K562/A02 *** the cytotoxicity of the compound and its ability to inhibit the K562/A02 cells were determined with SRB *** apoptosis was detected by Hochest33342 staining ***-PCR was used to detect mdr-1 gene transcription and the Western blot assay was used to assess P-gp ***,We found K562/A02 cell line was rendered resistant toward Adriamycin but not towards L1EPO when compared with the parental *** L1EPO could down regulated mdr-1 gene,and reduced the expression of P-gp and displayed a perfect dose ***,it had less cytotoxicity in human normal cell lines（fibroblast,VEC）,GI50＞10μmol/***,L1EPO has the potential to overcomes P-glycoprotein-mediated Multidrug Resistance in K562/A02 Cell Line.
