ConvNeXt-UperNet-Based Deep Learning Model for Road Extraction from High-Resolution Remote Sensing Images

When existing deep learning models are used for road extraction tasks from high-resolution images,they are easily affected by noise factors such as tree and building occlusion and complex backgrounds,resulting in incomplete road extraction and low *** propose the introduction of spatial and channel attention modules to the convolutional neural network ***,ConvNeXt is used as the backbone network,which cooperates with the perceptual analysis network UPerNet,retains the detection head of the semantic segmentation,and builds a new model ConvNeXt-UPerNet to suppress noise *** on the open-source DeepGlobe and CHN6-CUG datasets and introducing the DiceLoss on the basis of CrossEntropyLoss solves the problem of positive and negative sample *** results show that the new network model can achieve the following performance on the DeepGlobe dataset:79.40%for precision(Pre),97.93% for accuracy(Acc),69.28% for intersection over union(IoU),and 83.56% for mean intersection over union(MIoU).On the CHN6-CUG dataset,the model achieves the respective values of 78.17%for Pre,97.63%for Acc,65.4% for IoU,and 81.46% for *** with other network models,the fused ConvNeXt-UPerNet model can extract road information better when faced with the influence of noise contained in high-resolution remote sensing *** also achieves multiscale image feature information with unified perception,ultimately improving the generalization ability of deep learning technology in extracting complex roads from high-resolution remote sensing images.

Adaptive Graph Convolutional Adjacency Matrix Network for Video Summarization

Video summarization aims to select key frames or key shots to create summaries for fast retrieval,compression,and efficient browsing of *** neural networks efficiently capture information about graph nodes and their neighbors,but ignore the dynamic dependencies between *** address this challenge,we propose an innovative Adaptive Graph Convolutional Adjacency Matrix Network(TAMGCN),leveraging the attention mechanism to dynamically adjust dependencies between graph ***,we first segment shots and extract features of each frame,then compute the representative features of each ***,we utilize the attention mechanism to dynamically adjust the adjacency matrix of the graph convolutional network to better capture the dynamic dependencies between graph ***,we fuse temporal features extracted by Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory network with structural features extracted by the graph convolutional network to generate high-quality *** experiments are conducted on two benchmark datasets,TVSum and SumMe,yielding F1-scores of 60.8%and 53.2%,*** results demonstrate that our method outperforms most state-of-the-art video summarization techniques.

Entanglement dynamics in κ-deformed spacetime

We treat two identical and mutually independent two-level atoms that are coupled to a quantum field as an open quantum *** master equation that governs their evolution is derived by tracing over the degree of freedom of the *** this,we compare the entanglement dynamics of the two atoms moving with different trajectories inκ-deformed and Minkowski ***,when the environment-induced interatomic interaction does not exist,the entanglement dynamics of two static atoms inκ-deformed spacetime are reduced to that in Minkowski spacetime in the case that the spacetime deformation parameterκis sufficiently large as theoretically ***,if the atoms undergo relativistic motion,regardless of whether inertial or non-inertial,their entanglement dynamics inκ-deformed spacetime behave differently from that in Minkowski spacetime even whenκis *** investigate various types of entanglement behavior,such as decay and generation,and discuss how different relativistic motions,such as uniform motion in a straight line and circular motion,amplify the differences in the entanglement dynamics between theκ-deformed and Minkowski spacetime *** addition,when the environment-induced interatomic interaction is considered,we find that it may also enhance the differences in the entanglement dynamics between these two ***,in principle,one can tell whether she/he is inκ-deformed or Minkowski spacetime by checking the entanglement behavior between two atoms in certain circumstances.

A Robust Framework for Multimodal Sentiment Analysis with Noisy Labels Generated from Distributed Data Annotation

MiR-142-3p Regulates ILC1s by Targeting HMGB1 via the NF-κB Pathway in a Mouse Model of Early Pregnancy Loss

Objective Innate lymphoid cells(ILCs)are a class of newly discovered *** 1 ILCs(ILC1s)are identified in the decidua of humans and *** mobility group box 1(HMGB1)is predicted to be one of the target genes of miR-142-3p,which is closely related to pregnancy-related ***,miR-142-3p and HMGB1 are involved in regulating the NF-κB signaling *** study aimed to examine the regulatory effect of miR-142-3p on ILC1s and the underlying mechanism involving HMGB1 and the NF-κB signaling *** Mouse models of normal pregnancy and abortion were constructed,and the alterations of ILC1s,miR-142-3p,ILC1 transcription factor(T-bet),and pro-inflammatory cytokines of ILC1s(TNF-α,IFN-γand IL-2)were detected in mice from different *** targeting regulation of HMGB1 by miR-142-3p in ILC1s,and the expression of HMGB1 in normal pregnant mice and abortive mice were *** addition,the regulatory effects of miR-142-3p and HMGB1 on ILC1s were detected in vitro by CCK-8,Annexin-V/PI,ELISA,and RT-PCR,***,changes of the NF-κB signaling pathway in ILC1s were examined in the different *** the in vivo studies,miR-142-3p-Agomir was injected in the uterus of abortive mice to evaluate the abortion rate and alterations of ILC1s at the maternal-fetal interface,and further detect the expression of HMGB1,pro-inflammatory cytokines,and the NF-κB signaling *** The number of ILC1s was significantly increased,the level of HMGB1 was significantly upregulated,and that of miR-142-3p was considerably downregulated in the abortive mice as compared with the normal pregnant mice(all P142-3p was found to drastically inhibit the activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway(P1s and the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines were significantly downregulated and the activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway was inhibited in the miR-142-3p Agomir group(all P<0.05).Conclusion

Thermochromic polymers with tunable thermochromism,high stretchability and mechanical strength are of interests for optical information storage and *** this work,we demonstrate a new design of thermo-fluorochromic carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber(XNBR)elastomer cross-linked by Eu^(3+)-COOH dynamic coordination with deprotonated imidazole(DPIm)as the ancillary *** presence of DPIm not only improves the mechanical strength and stretchability,but also dramatically intensifies the fluorescence emission and lifetime of the Eu-containing *** elastomer behaves reversible thermo-fluorochromism with easily tunable transition temperature and emission intensity by the simple change of the deprotonation degree of *** facile tunable thermo-fluorochromism,exceptional mechanical strength,and high stretchability(up to about 5000%)enable the Eu-containing XNBR elastomer with potential applications in soft electronics where optical information storage and encryption are required.

Cracking on a nickel-based superalloy fabricated by direct energy deposition

Cracks have consistently been a significant challenge limiting the development of additive manufactured nickel-based *** is essential to investigate the location of cracks and their forming *** study extensively examines the impact of solidification process,microstructural evolution,and stress concentration on crack initiation during direct energy deposition(DED).The results emphasize that the crack formation is significantly related to large-angle grain boundaries,rapid cooling *** caused by large-angle grain boundaries and a fast-cooling rate predominantly appear near the edge of the deposited *** cracks are more likely to form near the top of the deposited sample,due to the presence ofγ/γ'*** secondary dendritic arm and the carbides in the interdendritic regions can obstruct liquid flow during the final stage of solidification,which results in the formation of solidification cracks and *** work paves the way to avoid cracks in nickel-based superalloys fabricated by DED,thereby enhancing the performance of superalloys.
