The Gibberellic Acid-stimulated Arabidopsis(GASA)gene family is involved in the regulation of gene expression and plant growth,development,and stress responses.To investigate the function of loquat GASA genes in the growth and developmental regulation of plants,a loquat EjGASA6 gene homologous to Arabidopsis AtGASA6 was cloned.EjGASA6 expression was induced by gibberellin,and ectopic transgenic plants containing this gene exhibited earlier bloom and longer primary roots since these phenotypic characteristics are related to higher gibberellin content.Transcriptome analysis and qRT-PCR results showed that the expression levels of GA3ox1 and GA20ox1,which encode key enzymes in gibberellin biosynthesis,were significantly increased.Furthermore,we confirmed that EjGASA6 could promote the expression of GA20ox1 via the luciferase reporter system.Overall,our results suggest that EjGASA6 promotes blooming and main-root elongation by positively regulating gibberellin biosynthesis.These findings broaden our understanding of the role of GASAs in plant development and growth,and lay the groundwork for future research into the functions of EjGASA6 in regulating loquat growth and development.

The respiratory system's complex cellular heterogeneity presents unique challenges to researchers in this field.Although bulk RNA sequencing and single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)have provided insights into cell types and heterogeneity in the respiratory system,the relevant specific spatial localization and cellular interactions have not been clearly elucidated.Spatial transcriptomics(ST)has filled this gap and has been widely used in respiratory studies.This review focuses on the latest iterative technology of ST in recent years,summarizing how ST can be applied to the physiological and pathological processes of the respiratory system,with emphasis on the lungs.Finally,the current challenges and potential development directions are proposed,including high-throughput full-length transcriptome,integration of multi-omics,temporal and spatial omics,bioinformatics analysis,etc.These viewpoints are expected to advance the study of systematic mechanisms,including respiratory studies.

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is an effective treatment method for tumors.But the specifically accumulated of photosensitizer was very difficult in the tumor site,which greatly limited the efficacy of PDT.Here,mitochondria-targeted Janus mesoporous nanoplatform(JPMO-Pt-CTPP-ZnPc)for PDT was prepared,the nanoplatform has uniform size(275 nm)and good dispersion and biocompatibility.The confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM)revealed the signal of ZnPc of JPMO-Pt-CTPP-ZnPc were higher than JPMO-Pt-ZnPc in tumor cells,and flow cytometry results showed the cell uptake efficiency of JPMO-Pt-CTPP-ZnPc was 2.5-fold higher than that of JPMO-Pt-ZnPc.This revealed the modification of CTPP significantly improves the targeting ability of the nanoplatform.In vitro anti-tumor experiment showed the JPMO-Pt-CTPP-ZnPc significantly inhibited the growth of tumor cells upon the irradiation of low-power laser,and the survival rate of cells incubated with 60μg/mL JPMO-Pt-CTPP-ZnPc was only 3%.Simultaneously,compared with JPMO-Pt-ZnPc(not modified with mitochondria targeting molecules CTPP),the PDT efficacy of JPMO-Pt-CTPP-ZnPc was significantly better,as it has targeted mitochondria in cells.

小麦是我国的主要粮食作物之一,对国民经济发展具有显著的影响。然而,高温与紫外线胁迫导致其产量大幅下降。胁迫发生时,细胞壁内多糖物质会发生不同程度的转变。作为此类多糖重要组成成分的果胶,在决定细胞间孔隙度、识别病菌、维持结构完整等方面扮演着重要角色。当前,常见的果胶检测方法有重量法、滴定法、酸提取法等,这些方法多为有损检测,测定步骤繁琐,样本损耗量大。近年来,光谱检测因其检测速度快、分辨率高、实时性强等优点,在植物生理信息检测领域得到了广泛应用。因此,研究采用光谱检测果胶含量。以济麦22为研究对象,采取水培方式,通过调控人工气候培养箱温度及紫外线灯辐照强度对小麦生长过程中遇到的高温及紫外线胁迫环境进行模拟;在小麦分蘖期,分别采集叶片高光谱数据与叶绿素荧光光谱数据,测定叶片果胶含量,通过小波分析方法对两种原始光谱数据进行平滑与降噪处理,采用相关系数分析法得到两种光谱数据与果胶含量相关系数最高的重合波段(620,651),取该波段内两光谱数据平均值,重塑双光谱曲线;按照3∶1比例划分训练集和验证集,采用PLS最小二乘法分别建立高光谱反演果胶模型、荧光光谱反演果胶模型及双光谱反演果胶模型。结果表明:双光谱模型反演的小麦叶片果胶含量效果较好,对应模型的训练集与验证集相关系数分别为0.9449及0.9445。该研究有助于探究逆境胁迫下小麦细胞壁内多糖物质响应情况,并为大田作物所处胁迫环境和程度的预测及种植环境的精准管控提供参考和帮助。

In this paper,uranium targets are prepared by electro-deposition.Hydrated uranium dioxide films are electrodeposited into stainless steel plates using uranyl nitrate in ammonium oxalate solution.The results show that the deposition efficiency of the uranium depends on many parameters,such as pH value,supporting electrolyte, current density,and cell design.The uranium films were characterized by infrared spectrum,scanning electron microscope,and X-ray spectrum.The uranium films,with a yield of 98%,are in the thickness of about 6 mg·cm^(-2).

目的分析以痫性发作为首发症状的自身免疫性脑炎临床特点,提高诊断率。方法回顾分析我院收治的以痫性发作为首发症状的自身免疫性脑炎患者的临床表现、实验室检验结果、影像学检查结果和治疗效果。结果共收集12例患者,男性8例,女性4例,发病年龄17~65岁,中位数43岁。抗γ-氨基丁酸B型受体(GABABR)脑炎5例(其中GABABR和SOX-1抗体双阳性1例),抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)脑炎4例,抗富亮氨酸胶质瘤失活基因-1(LGI-1)脑炎2例,抗接触蛋白相关蛋白2(CASPR2)脑炎1例。患者均以痫性发作为首发症状,合并认知功能障碍5例,合并精神症状者3例,头部MRI发现病灶者3例,合并胸部CT显示肿瘤者2例,合并甲状腺相关抗体明显升高者4例。12例患者均进行免疫治疗,痫性发作明显改善,2例合并肺癌患者1年内死亡。结论AE的临床表现异质性大,首次痫性发作的患者需警惕AE,完善检查尽快明确诊断,尽早启动免疫治疗。

BACKGROUND Although chronic erosive gastritis(CEG)is common,its clinical characteristics have not been fully elucidated.The lack of consensus regarding its treatment has resulted in varied treatment regimens.AIM To explore the clinical characteristics,treatment patterns,and short-term outcomes in CEG patients in China.METHODS We recruited patients with chronic non-atrophic or mild-to-moderate atrophic gastritis with erosion based on endoscopy and pathology.Patients and treating physicians completed a questionnaire regarding history,endoscopic findings,and treatment plans as well as a follow-up questionnaire to investigate changes in symptoms after 4 wk of treatment.RESULTS Three thousand five hundred sixty-three patients from 42 centers across 24 cities in China were included.Epigastric pain(68.0%),abdominal distension(62.6%),and postprandial fullness(47.5%)were the most common presenting symptoms.Gastritis was classified as chronic non-atrophic in 69.9%of patients.Among those with erosive lesions,72.1%of patients had lesions in the antrum,51.0%had multiple lesions,and 67.3%had superficial flat lesions.In patients with epigastric pain,the combination of a mucosal protective agent(MPA)and proton pump inhibitor was more effective.For those with postprandial fullness,acid regurgitation,early satiety,or nausea,a MPA appeared more promising.CONCLUSION CEG is a multifactorial disease which is common in Asian patients and has non-specific symptoms.Gastroscopy may play a major role in its detection and diagnosis.Treatment should be individualized based on symptom profile.
