Carboxymethyl-chitosan and carboxymethyl-chitin were prepared with the methods developed in our laboratory. The DS （degree of substitution） and DD （degree of deacetylation） of the carboxymethyl-chitosan were 103.14% and 97.18% respectively, while the DS of the carboxymethyl-chitin was 96.37%. Their effects on human fibroblasts, intradermal irritation test, in vitro and vivo degradability, and biocompatibility were evaluated. The results indicate that the polysaccharides at low concentrations can facilitate the growth of human fibroblasts and the carboxymethyl-chitosan at 100 μg mL^-1 is the most effective. The polysaccharides at higher concentrations, however, inhibit the growth of fibroblasts. The PII （Primary Irritation Index） values of CM-chitosan and CM-chitin are both 0.0, which shows that they have no irritation reaction. Both of the polysaccharides show good degradability and biocompatibility. Carboxymethyl-chitin degrades faster in vitro than carboxymethyl-chitosan. The latter, however, has no inflammatory reaction after being implanted in vivo for 7 d and shows better biocompatibility. This study may provide a scientific basis for the use of earboxymethyl-ehitosan and carboxymethyl-chitin as biomaterials.

Effects of carboxymethyl-chitosan with different molecular weights on wound healing were investigated in vivo and in vitro.A second degree burn model was performed in rats and the accelerative effects of carboxymethyl-chitosan on wound repair were *** of transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1,interleukin(IL)-6 and matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-1 in wounds were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).In vitro study evaluated the influence of carboxy-methyl-chitosan on cytokines secretion of fibroblasts and *** vivo results showed that carboxymethyl-chitosan effec-tively accelerated the wound healing process in burned rats(Phanced phagocytosis ability of macrophages,and in-creased its tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α *** conclusion,carboxymethyl-chitosan promoted wound healing by activating macrophages,accelerating fibroblasts growth and exerting considerable effects on the secretion of a series of cytokines.

【目的】对海洋Agarivorans albusQM38菌株所产琼胶酶的纯化工艺和酶学性质进行了研究。【方法】发酵液通过离心、(NH4)2SO4盐析、DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow阴离子交换层析、Sephacryl S-100凝胶过滤等纯化步骤得到SDS-PAGE电泳级纯酶,并用质谱对酶的降解产物进行分析。【结果】得到琼胶酶A,纯化倍数为17.6倍,收率为15.21%,SDS-PAGE测定其分子量为127.8 kDa。对琼胶酶A进行了进一步的性质分析,其最适反应温度为35℃,最适反应pH为7.6,最适底物浓度为0.9%,多数金属离子为其活性抑制剂。琼胶酶A的降解产物经质谱分析主要为四糖和六糖。【结论】从菌株QM38的发酵液中纯化得到的琼胶酶A具有降解凝胶态琼胶的能力,其分子量与以往报道过的琼胶酶不同。

BACKGROUND Whether regional lymphadenectomy(RL)should be routinely performed in patients with T1b gallbladder cancer(GBC)remains a subject of *** To investigate whether RL can improve the prognosis of patients with T1b *** We studied a multicenter cohort of patients with T1b GBC who underwent surgery between 2008 and 2016 at 24 hospitals in 13 provinces in *** logrank test and Cox proportional hazards model were used to compare the overall survival(OS)of patients who underwent cholecystectomy(Ch)+RL and those who underwent Ch *** investigate whether combined hepatectomy(Hep)improved OS in T1b patients,we studied patients who underwent Ch+RL to compare the OS of patients who underwent combined Hep and patients who did *** Of the 121 patients(aged 61.9±10.1 years),77(63.6%)underwent Ch+RL,and 44(36.4%)underwent Ch ***(9.1%)patients in the Ch+RL group had lymph node *** 5-year OS rate was significantly higher in the Ch+RL group than in the Ch group(76.3%vs 56.8%,P=0.036).Multivariate analysis showed that Ch+RL was significantly associated with improved OS(hazard ratio:0.51;95%confidence interval:0.26-0.99).Among the 77 patients who underwent Ch+RL,no survival improvement was found in patients who underwent combined Hep(5-year OS rate:79.5%for combined Hep and 76.1%for no Hep;P=0.50).CONCLUSION T1b GBC patients who underwent Ch+RL had a better prognosis than those who underwent ***+Ch showed no improvement in prognosis in T1b GBC *** recommended by both the National Comprehensive Cancer Network and Chinese Medical Association guidelines,RL was only performed in 63.6%of T1b GBC *** Ch+RL should be advised in T1b GBC.

The high-spin states of the odd-odd nucleus 170Ta have been studied by the 150Gd(19F,4n)170Ta reaction at the beam energy of 97 *** α=1 sequence of the semi-decoupled band has been pushed to higher-spin states and the signature inversion point was observed at 19.5ħ.The results are compared with those of the neighboring odd-odd nuclei.

电化学阻抗谱(EIS)是研究氧化膜渗透性能的有效技术,据此,对磷酸介质中制备的氧化膜在H2O/H2O,0.1mol/LNaCl/H2O,0.1mol/LNaCl/0.1mol/LNaCl体系及0.1mol/LNaCl/H2O体系中不同渗透时间的电化学阻抗谱进行了初步探讨。结果表明:所设计的铝阳极氧化膜渗透的实际体系可以用(RC)R(QR)R(RC)等效电路来表示;交流阻抗技术可以对磷酸介质中多孔氧化膜的渗透性进行定性分析;在NaCl/H2O体系中,多孔氧化膜的Nyquist谱是典型的Warburg阻抗谱,有明显的扩散特征,这种特征与氧化膜的渗透性紧密相关;在Bode谱高频区,随着渗透时间的增加,氧化膜的阻抗值呈减小趋势,但下降幅度有限,扩散渗透量很小。

Widespread soil acidification due to atmospheric acid deposition and agricultural fertilization may greatly accelerate soil carbonate dissolution and ***,to date,few studies have addressed these ***,we use meta-analysis and nationwide-survey datasets to investigate changes in soil inorganic carbon(SIC) stocks in *** observe an overall decrease in SIC stocks in topsoil(0-30 cm)(11.33 g C m-2yr-1) from the 1980 s to the 2010 *** SIC stocks have decreased by～8.99±2.24%(1.37±0.37 Pg C).The average SIC losses across China(0.046 Pg C yr-1) and in cropland(0.016 Pg C yr-1) account for～17.6%-24.0% of the terrestrial C sink and 57.1% of the soil organic carbon sink in cropland,*** deposition and climate change have profound influences on SIC *** estimate that～19.12%-19.47% of SIC stocks will be further lost by *** consumption of SIC may offset a large portion of global efforts aimed at ecosystem carbon sequestration,which emphasizes the importance of achieving a better understanding of the indirect coupling mechanisms of nitrogen and carbon cycling and of effective countermeasures to minimize SIC loss.

不同施肥条件下生物腐植酸对磷的转化效果分析

在实验室利用4个土槽分别施入复合化肥(CF)、普通有机肥(OF)、生物有机肥(BF)和不施肥(CK)来改变土壤中磷的基础含量,另取4个土槽在相应处理中配施相同的生物腐植酸,以15°角放入自制的降雨淋溶装置下进行试验,观测径流液中的全磷含量,以分析研究生物腐植酸对土壤和不同施肥条件下磷的转化效果。结果显示,施用复混肥、普通有机肥和生物有机肥降雨3h后,径流液中磷(P)流出量分别为不施肥处理(CK)的2.90、1.32和9.73倍,而相同处理配施生物腐植酸后,复混肥、普通有机肥、生物有机肥处理的径流液中P含量有增有减,分别为CK的7.09、2.32和5.00倍。表明在施用复混肥、普通有机肥的土样中加入生物腐植酸能够有效释放肥料中的磷素,使之转化为更利于植物吸收的可溶性磷,其转化率分别为0.76%和0.37%;而在施用生物有机肥的土样加入生物腐植酸反而抑制磷的转化,其转化率为-0.85%。不仅如此,加施生物腐植酸还能改变磷的转化进程,使CK和OF处理的磷含量峰值由出现在第3小时变为出现在第2小时,使CF处理的磷含量峰值由出现在第2小时变为出现在第1小时,加速了磷释放。由此可得,生物腐植酸能有效释放肥料中的磷素、使之转化为更利于植物吸收的可溶性磷并加速其转化进程。研究结果可作为推广生物腐植酸的依据和有关作物磷吸收研究的基础。
