The development of highly active,stable and inexpensive electrocatalysts for hydrogen production by defects and morphology engineering remains a great ***,S vacancies-rich Ni_(3)S_(2)@Cu_(2)S nan-otube heterojunction arrays were in-situ grown on copper foam(V_(s)-Ni_(3)S_(2)@V_(s)-Cu_(2)S NHAs/CF)for efficient electrocatalytic overall water *** the merits of nanotube arrays and efficient electronic mod-ulation drived by the OD vacancy defect and 2D heterojunction defect,the resultant V_(s)-Ni_(3)S_(2)@V_(s)-Cu_(2)S NHAs/CF electrocatalyst exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity with a low overpotential of 47 mV for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)at 10 mA cm^(-2) current density,and 263 mV for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)at 50 mA cm^(-2) current density,as well as a cell voltage of 1.48 V at 10 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,the nanotube heterojunction arrays endows V_(s)-Ni_(3)S_(2)@V_(s)-Cu_(2)S NHAs/CF with outstanding stability in long-term catalytic processes,as confirmed by the continuous chronopotentiom-etry tests at current densities of 10 mA cm^(-2) for 100 h.

目的:建立了顶空气相色谱法同时测定马来酸阿法替尼中乙醇、乙酸丁酯、四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷、甲基环己烷、甲基叔丁基醚6种残留溶剂的残留量,并使用该方法测定本品7批样品中的残留溶剂。方法:用6%氰丙基苯基-94%二甲基聚硅氧烷为固定液... 详细信息

目的:建立了顶空气相色谱法同时测定马来酸阿法替尼中乙醇、乙酸丁酯、四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷、甲基环己烷、甲基叔丁基醚6种残留溶剂的残留量,并使用该方法测定本品7批样品中的残留溶剂。方法:用6%氰丙基苯基-94%二甲基聚硅氧烷为固定液的毛细管柱为色谱柱;起始柱温设置为40℃,保持8分钟,以10℃/min的速率升至180℃,保持8分钟;检测器为FID,检测器温度设置为220℃;柱流量设置为3.0 mL/min(恒流模式);分流比设置为5∶1;顶空瓶平衡温度为80℃,定量环温度为110℃,传输线温度为130℃,平衡时间为30 min。结果:6种残留溶剂均能有效分离,乙醇、乙酸丁酯、四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷、甲基环己烷、甲基叔丁基醚在各自限度浓度的20%~150%范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9980);回收率均在91.3%~107.4%之间;定量限在0.154~3.43μg/mL之间。本品多批次样品中均未检出乙酸丁酯、四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷、甲基环己烷、甲基叔丁基醚,乙醇的检出量在0.02%~0.06%之间,均小于限度的30%。结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、专属性强、重复性好、准确度高,可以用来对马来酸阿法替尼中乙醇、乙酸丁酯、四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷、甲基环己烷、甲基叔丁基醚6种残留溶剂的残留量进行检查。

围术期整体护理与规范化疼痛干预在全膝关节置换术患者中应用研究

目的:探讨围术期整体护理及规范化疼痛干预在全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年3月—2022年1月驻马店市中医院行TKA的88例患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组。对照组(44例)实施常规护理,观察组(44例)实施围术期整体护理及规范化疼痛干预,两组患者均随访3个月。对比两组患者膝关节功能、活动度、疼痛、并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组与对照组相比,膝关节功能评分较高,活动度较大,差异有统计学意义(t=3.526、2.567,P<0.05);护理后,观察组与对照组相比,疼痛评分较低,差异有统计学意义(t=19.777,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05);护理后,观察组与对照组相比,生活质量各维度评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.136、3.727、3.494、3.618,P<0.05)。结论:对行TKA的患者实施围术期整体护理及规范化疼痛干预,能够改善其膝关节功能及活动度,减轻疼痛程度,减少并发症的发生,提高生活质量。

为实现高等学校实验室安全现场检查工作的常态化、规范化、精细化和有效化,全面规划任务,合理分配时间,提高现场检查工作的质量和效率,该文依据相关规范要求设计准则,通过程序优化与流程设计,将现场检查工作划分为入校准备、现场检查和反馈整改三个相互联系的阶段,进一步将现场检查划分为预备会议、见面会议、查阅资料、查看现场、师生访谈、重点交流和会议反馈的七个步骤,构建了高校实验室安全现场检查的三段七步工作流程。经实践应用,三段七步流程保证了现场检查工作推进的合理有序,检查内容涵盖了实验室安全检查的全部要素和指标点,对现场检查工作具有指引导向功用。

RNA interfering therapy has emerged as a promising therapeutic modality to treat *** specific and efficient delivery of RNA into a tumor is crucial for achieving effective cancer gene therapy but remains a huge ***,we report a novel furin-responsive small interfering RNA(siRNA)delivery vehicle with multiple functions for colorectal tumor treatment.A peptide-based siRNA delivery vehicle RVRR-P18-Gd,consisting of furin enzyme-specific peptide substrate Arg-Val-Arg-Arg(RVRR)with positive charge for siRNA binding,a Gd(III)chelated 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-N,N′,N″,N‴-tetraacetic acid(DOTA)(DOTA-Gd)for magnetic resonance imaging,and purpurin 18 as photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy(PDT),was rationally designed and *** advantage of the cationic amphiphilic feature,RVRR-P18-Gd molecules spontaneously self-assembled with negatively charged Hif-1αsiRNA into stable nanoparticles via attractive electrostatic interaction,which effectively prevented siRNA degradation by nucleases,prolonged the circulation half-life,and enhanced tumor ***,the specific release of Hif-1αsiRNA mediated by endogenous furin significantly downregulated Hif-1αexpression in colorectal cancer cells,resulting in enhanced therapeutic susceptibility,and with the PDT effect,effectively suppressed HCT116 tumor growth in living *** work highlights a powerful and universal approach to precisely deliver siRNA to targeted tumors for efficient synergistic therapy.

Number of Solitons Emerged in the Initial Profile of Shallow Water Using Convolutional Neural Networks

The soliton resolution conjecture proposes that the initial value problem can evolve into a dispersion part and a soliton ***,the problem of determining the number of solitons that form in a given initial profile remains unsolved,except for a few specific *** this paper,the authors use the deep learning method to predict the number of solitons in a given initial value of the Korteweg-de Vries(KdV)*** leveraging the analytical relationship between Asech^(2)(x)initial values and the number of solitons,the authors train a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)that can accurately identify the soliton count from spatio-temporal *** trained neural network is capable of predicting the number of solitons with other given initial values without any additional *** extensive calculations,the authors demonstrate the effectiveness and high performance of the proposed method.

Multi-Sensor Fusion Adaptive Estimation for Nonlinear Under-observed System with Multiplicative Noise

The adaptive fusion estimation problem was studied for the multi-sensor nonlinear under-observed systems with multiplicative noise. A one-step predictor with state update equations was designed for the virtual state with virtual noise first of all. An extended incremental Kalman filter(EIKF) was then proposed for the nonlinear under-observed systems. Furthermore, an adaptive filtering method was given for optimization. The fusion adaptive incremental Kalman filter weighted by scalar was finally proposed. The comparison analysis was made to verify the optimization of the state estimation using adaptive filtering method in the filtering process.

“Buckets effect”in the kinetics of electrocatalytic reactions

In this study,we systematically investigated the effect of proton concentration on the kinetics of the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)on Pt(111)in acidic *** results demonstrate a rectangular hyperbolic relationship,i.e.,the ORR current excluding the effect of other variables increases with proton concentration and then tends to a constant *** consider that this is caused by the limitation of ORR kinetics by the trace oxygen concentration in the solution,which determines the upper limit of ORR kinetics.A model of effective concentration is further proposed for rectangular hyperbolic relationships:when the reactant concentration is high enough to reach a critical saturation concentration,the effective reactant concentration will become a constant *** could be due to the limited concentration of a certain reactant for reactions involving more than one reactant or the limited number of active sites available on the *** study provides new insights into the kinetics of electrocatalytic reactions,and it is important for the proper evaluation of catalyst activity and the study of structureperformance relationships.

Nano-effect enhanced cooperative luminescence of Yb^(3+) clusters in bulk materials

In order to improve the multi-ion cooperative transition, we proposed and exploited a novel nanoscale effect, namely the nanoshell effect in bulk materials. Based on the effect, an optimal material structure was designed by coating the surfaces of Ca F_(2):Yb^(3+)micron size particles with ZrO_(2). An about 2 times higher intensity of cooperative luminescence is observed upon laser excitation at 980 nm. Dynamical analysis exhibits that the novel effect plays a key role in improving the performance of cooperative transitions. Our results also suggest that the nanoshell effect in bulk materials is likely to be significant in some special cases, which have not been reported yet in the literature.

Influence of ammonium sulfate on the corrosion behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy in chloride environment

Electrochemical corrosion of AZ31 magnesium alloy in the NH_(4)^(+)-SO_(4)2−-Cl−environment is *** of NH_(4)^(+)overshadows that of Cl−as the(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) concentration is 0.005 M or higher,yielding an evolution from localized corrosion to uniform *** effect of NH_(4)^(+)can be attributed to that(i)NH_(4)^(+)dissolves the inner MgO and hinders the precipitation of Mg(OH)_(2) and(ii)the buffering ability of NH_(4)^(+)provides H+,enhances the hydrogen evolution,and expedites the corrosion *** latter is demonstrated as the dominant factor with the results in unbuffered and buffered *** severe corrosion and hydrogen process in NH_(4)^(+)-containing solution results in a high Hads coverage and yields an inductive loop within the low ***,SO_(4)^(2−)is helpful in generating cracked but partially protective corrosion products,while Cl−could broaden the corrosion area beneath the corrosion product.
