In this paper we study the mean square of the error term in the Weyl's law of an irrational (2l + 1)-dimensional Heisenberg manifold. An asymptotic formula is established.

Soil nutrient content can directly influence the agricultural production and environmental safety. As the result of the influence of natural factors and human factors,the distribution of soil nutrient has spatial *** is the research *** object of this study is revealing the space distribution of soil nutrient and overall level in linyi,using investigation,chemical analyses,traditional statistics,geostatistics and *** study measured the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and organic matter in *** results indicate that the four soil nutrient have semi-variance ***,their spatial structure features are *** content of total nitrogen was mainly affected by natural factors,but the contents of total phosphorus,total potassium and organic matters were mainly affected by random factors. And their space distributions were *** addition,the ranges of soil nutrient were smaller than the distances between sample ***,the accuracy of this study is not high *** the future study, the distance between two sample points had better to be smaller than the range.

Energy is now becoming the bottleneck of urban and regional development. The paper takes Shandong Province, one of the most energy consuming provinces in China, as an example, uses quantity methods such as SPSS (Stastics Package for Social Science) cluster sampling and regression analysis, and applies quantity analysis, to analyze the situation of energy issues in Shandong province. The conflicts between the quick industrialization and increasing extensive economic development, between urban population and energy consuming per head, between the infinite energy consuming desire and the low level of managing system, and between the unstable world energy supply and the limited energy storage in China are the main factors of energy crisis in Shandong, which not only results in energy shortage, but also becomes the barrier of economic and social development. In order to ensure sufficient energy supply for Shandong province in the 21st century, we should take countermeasures, such as changing the economic development model, pursuing a multiple and high quality energy strategy, improving the intensive urbanization strategy, and building a scientific energy system.

This is the first report of using the microwave heating technique to synthesize calcium sulphide activated by europium whose structure is determined as the face-centered cubic by conventional X-ray powder diffraction method. The phosphor has maximum excitation peaks located at 280 urn and 560 urn and the maximum emission of the phosphor is 630 nm. When the concentration of Eu^(2+) in CaS increases from I .0 × 10^(-5) to l.0 × 10^(-2) mole per mole host, the body colour of the calcium sulphide activated with europium changes from white, through light-red to pink to deep-red. The phosphor obtains the longest afterglow at the concentration of 0.1% Eu^(2+)doped and is a kind of good material excited by sunlight.

Based on the mean grain size of sediment,content of chemical element Strontium（Sr） and Zirconium（Zr）,magnetic susceptibility,organic carbon stable isotope(δC) and C-constrained chronologies,the climate change during 4.10-3030 *** BP in upper and middle Yishu River was *** climate was warm and humid between 4.10 *** BP and 4.70 *** *** 4.70 cal. yr BP to 3900 *** BP,the climate changed dramatically,the temperature and precipitation descend obviously,meaning an abrupt change has taken place in this *** 3900 *** BP - 3520 *** BP, the climate is cold and instability,then the temperature went up gradually during 3520 *** B.P.- 3030 cal. yr BP.

The formation of optical planar waveguides in LiNbO3 and stoichiometric LiNbO3 crystals by proton exchange was reported. The prism-coupling method was used to characterize the dark-line spectroscopy at the wavelength of 633 and 1539 nm, re-spectively. The mode optical near-field outputs from proton-exchanged LiNbO3 and SLN waveguides at 633 nm were presented. The mode field from stoichiometric LiNbO3 (SLN) waveguide is lighter and more uniform than that from LiNbO3 waveguide, which means the quality of the waveguide in SLN crystal is better than that of the LiNbO3 waveguide. For proton-exchanged LiNbO3 waveguides, the evo-lution of the refractive index profile with annealing was presented. The disorder profiles of Nb atoms in proton-exchanged LiNbO3 waveguides were obtained by Rutherford backscattering/channeling technique. It is shown that the longer the exchange time, the larger the displacement of Nb atoms.
