The heterointerface engineering involving different components or phases represents a desirable strategy for enhancing the sluggish kinetics of hydrogen evolution reaction （HER）.However,constructing desired heterointerfaces and elucidating the reaction mechanisms on the interface remains a considerable *** this work,we propose a straightforward electrochemical synthesis strategy to prepare the nickel sulfide-based heterointerfaces for *** mechanism of electrochemical synthesis is revealed,wherein metal-thiourea species can be formed at the cathode potential and subsequently oxidized to nickel sulfides at the anode *** this mechanism,a range of nickel sulfides,including NiS,Ni3S2/NiS,Ni/Ni3S2and Ni3S2,have been successfully synthesized by tuning the potential range of cyclic *** these,the obtained Ni3S2/NiS@CC（CC:carbon cloth） exhibits the smallest overpotential of84 mV at 10 mA·cm-2and high *** calculations further reveal that the combination of NiS and Ni3S2induces electron redistribution at the interface,and thus the Volmer process is effectively promoted with faster water dissociation and OH desorption ***,the simplicity method coupled with a clear synthesis mechanism and outstanding HER performance highlights its promising potential for practical applications.

BACKGROUND Portal shunt and immune status related to the spleen are related to the occurrence of hepatic encephalopathy(HE).It is unknown whether spleen volume before transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)is related to postoperative *** To investigate the relationship between spleen volume and the occurrence of *** This study included 135 patients with liver cirrhosis who underwent TIPS,and liver and spleen volumes were elevated upon computed tomography *** Kaplan-Meier curve was used to compare the difference in the incidence rate of HE among patients with different spleen *** and multivariate Cox regression analyses were performed to identify the factors affecting overt HE(OHE).Restricted cubic spline was used to examine the shapes of the dose-response association between spleen volumes and OHE *** The results showed that 37(27.2%)of 135 patients experienced OHE during a 1-year follow-up *** with preoperative spleen volume(901.30±471.90 cm3),there was a significant decrease in spleen volume after TIPS(697.60±281.0 cm^(3))in OHE *** the severity of OHE increased,the spleen volume significantly decreased(Pline model showed that with an increasing spleen volume,OHE risk showed an initial increase and then decrease(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Spleen volume is related to the occurrence of OHE after *** spleen volume is an independent risk factor for post-TIPS OHE.

近年来鄱阳湖的微塑料环境污染日益受到关注.选取鄱阳湖白沙湖为研究区,采集白沙湖水体和沉积物以及其中的微塑料样品,通过傅里叶红外光谱确定微塑料的聚合物类型为聚乙烯(PE)、聚酯纤维(PET)、聚丙烯(PP)和聚苯乙烯(PS).并利用16S高通量测序技术分析水体、沉积物中和微塑料表面细菌群落结构组成.微塑料表面细菌的物种丰富度与多样性均低于周围水体和沉积物.NMDS分析结果表明,微塑料表面与周围沉积物、水体中的细菌群落结构差异较大.水体和沉积物中的细菌群落组成与微塑料表面存在差异,门水平上沉积物与沉积物中微塑料表面优势菌门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota),其在微塑料表面相对丰度高于沉积物;水体中微塑料表面变形菌门相对丰度高于水体,而拟杆菌门、放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)的相对丰度明显低于水体.属水平上马赛菌属(Massilia)和假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)是微塑料表面的优势菌属,相对丰度明显高于周围水体和沉积物.通过BugBase表型预测发现微塑料细菌群落可移动基因元件含量、生物膜形成、潜在致病性及胁迫耐受等表型相对丰度明显高于周围水体和沉积物.结果发现微塑料可能会促使致病菌在内的有害菌的传播,提高细菌群落的潜在致病性,且微塑料表面细菌群落具有更高的可移动基因元件含量表型.通过揭示微塑料污染对微观层面湿地生态的潜在危害,可为维护湿地生态稳定性提供科学参考.

Empirical likelihood for AR-ARCH Models Based on LAD Estimation

By employing the empirical likelihood method, confidence regions for the stationary AR（p）-ARCH（q） models are constructed. A self-weighted LAD estimator is proposed under weak moment conditions. An empirical log-likelihood ratio statistic is derived and its asymptotic distribution is obtained. Simulation studies show that the performance of empirical likelihood method is better than that of normal approximation of the LAD estimator in terms of the coverage accuracy, especially for relative small size of observation.

Quantifying the adsorption and uptake of CuO nanoparticles by wheat root based on chemical extractions

Extensive application of metal nanoparticles is attracting more attention because of their potential environmental *** studies have focused on the uptake of metal nanoparticles （NPs） by plant,but the adsorption of nanoparticles on root surface is often mistakenly regarded as their *** study optimized the methods to distinguish the adsorption and uptake of CuO-NPs on the wheat root by applying different metal competing ions （Na ＋,Mg 2＋,and La 3＋）,surfactant （i.e.,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,SDBS）,or complexing agents like NaOAc and Na 4 EDTA,as well as ultrasonic *** results indicated that some CuO-NPs is strongly adsorbed on the plant root surface,and part of them by mechanical *** ions could not desorb the CuO-NPs from the root surface,while NaOAc and Na 4 EDTA well dissolved the adsorbed *** addition,the uptake and adsorption of CuO-NPs increased with increasing exposure concentrations of CuO-NPs in the range of 5–200 mg/*** amount of CuO-NPs adsorption is always lower than that of their uptake.

Spermatozoal protein profiles in male infertility with asthenozoospermia

Background Infertility is a major medical and social problem, and elementary research on the spermatozoal proteins and their functions are relatively scarce and there are very few confirmed and effective options for the treatment of male infertility. Thus, it is essential to find candidate proteins that affect male infertility. This study was designed to detect the proteins with differential expression in sperm from infertile patients and normal *** Semen samples from patients with idiopathic asthenozoospermia （n=114） and from fertile men with normal spermiograms （n=37） were collected. Semen sample analysis, sperm protein extraction, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and Western blotting analysis were performed. Results were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 statistical *** Western blotting analysis of spermatic proteins displayed a major differentially expressed protein in spermatozoa from fertile and idiopathic asthenozoospermia patients. Densities and volumes of the identified protein in the patients were significantly decreased compared to normal donors （P=0.034 and P=0.036, respectively）. The protein was identified as DEAD-box protein 4 （DDX4, VASA）. The expression and correction value （CV） of DDX4/VASA in the patients was reduced significantly compared to normal donors （P=0.037 and P=0.031, respectively）.Conclusions The expression of spermatic protein DDX4/VASA associates with spermatic motility, implying that DDX4NASA may be a candidate marker for evaluation of spermatic motility.

Effect of Azoxystrobin on Oxygen Consumption and cyt b Gene Expression of Colletotrichum capsici from Chilli Fruits

Azoxystrobin acts as an inhibitor of electron transport by binding to the Qo center of cytochrome b （cyt b）. Resistance to azoxystrobin was usually caused by the point mutation of cyt b gene or by the induction of alternative respiration. Oxygen consumption test for mycelia of Colletotrichum capsici showed that azoxystrobin inhibited mycelial respiration within 12 h; however, as time went on, the respiration of the mycelia recovered when the mycelia were treated with azoxystrobin and salicylhydroxamic acid （SHAM, a known inhibitor of alternative respiration）, and the oxygen consumption of the mycelia could not be inhibited. Meanwhile, cytochrome b （cyt b） gene expression increased with the recovery of mycelial respiration. The increased cyt b gene expression might play a role in the development of resistance to azoxystrobin in C. capsici.

Microstructure of Hydrogen-Implanted Polycrystalline α-SiC after Annealing

Microstructural evolution in H-implanted polycrystalline a-SiC upon thermal annealing at temperature 1100℃ is studied. After annealing, the samples are examined via cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy （XTEM） analysis. H2 gas bubbles are formed during H implantation and some H2 molecules are released from the bubble to form cavities during thermal annealing. The distribution and size of the observed cavities are related to the implantation fluence. The results are compared to H implanted single crystal SiC and He implanted polycrystalline α-SiC. The possible reasons are discussed.

Microstructural features and precipitation behavior of Ti,Nb and V microalloyed steel during isothermal processing

Thermal simulations of Ti,Nb and V microalloyed steel were conducled using a thermomechanical simulator,and the microstructural evolution and the precipitation behavior during isothermal processing were *** results show that with increasing holding time,the microstructural constituents change from the martensite and bainitic ferrites to granular bainite and polygonal *** maximum hardness is obtained for the specimen after isothermal holding for 5s due to the martensite strengthening *** hardness of the specimen decreases after isothermal holding for 10s,because the strengthening contribution of fine dispersed precipitates becomes *** hardness values of the specimens increase and then remain high after isothermal holding for 60 and *** is attributed to the contribution of the interphase precipitation hardening to the hardness of the studied *** precipitates in the specimen are coarsened after isothermal holding for 3600s,even though the coarsening is not *** precipitates are fee(***)(N.C)particles and belong to the MX-type *** beneficial effects of precipitation strengthening are *** hardness decreases to a minimum hardness value due to the presence of large amounts of polygonal ferrite after isothermal holding for *** coarse precipitates are the primary origin of the hardness decrease.
