Lithium metal is considered as the ultimate anode material for the next generation of high-energy density ***,non-uniform lithium dendrite growth,serious electrolyte consumption,and significant volume changes during lithium deposition/stripping processes lead to sustained accumulation of inactive lithium and poor cycling *** the formation and evolution of inactive lithium under different conditions and fully evaluating the complex failure modes are the key issues in this challenging *** article comprehensively reviews recent research progress on the quantification of formation and evolution of inactive lithium detected by different quantitative techniques in rechargeable lithium metal *** key research challenges such as failure mechanism,modification strategies and operando characterization of lithium metal anodes are systematically summarized and *** review provides a new angle of view to understand failure mechanism of lithium metal anodes and inspiration and guidance for the future development of rechargeable lithium metal batteries.

依据2005—2021年A股上市企业数据,运用SVAR-SV模型,逐步分离宏观经济冲击和货币政策水平冲击,构建货币政策不确定性指数,考量货币政策不确定性对企业全要素生产率的影响。结果显示:相较于金融摩擦机制,货币政策不确定性主要通过实物期权和增长期权机制抑制企业全要素生产率增长;受企业异质性影响,货币政策不确定性对国有控股、中小规模和中西部企业全要素生产率的抑制效果更为显著。

Surfactants are widely used in the fracturing fluid to enhance the imbibition and thus the oil recovery rate. However, current numerical models cannot capture the physics behind capillary imbibition during the wettability alteration by surfactants. Although the interacting capillary bundle(ICB) model shows potential in characterizing imbibition rates in different pores during wettability alteration, the existing ICB models neglect the influence of wettability and viscosity ratio on the imbibition behavior, making it difficult to accurately describe the oil-water imbibition behavior within the porous media. In this work,a new ICB mathematical model is established by introducing pressure balance without assuming the position of the leading front to comprehensively describe the imbibition behavior in a porous medium under different conditions, including gas-liquid spontaneous imbibition and oil-water *** the pore size distribution of a tight rock is known, this new model can predict the changes of water saturation during the displacement process in the tight rock, and also determine the imbibition rate in pores of different sizes. The water saturation profiles obtained from the new model are validated against the waterflooding simulation results from the CMG, while the imbibition rates calculated by the model are validated against the experimental observations of gas-liquid spontaneous imbibition. The good match above indicates the newly proposed model can show the water saturation profile at a macroscopic scale while capture the underlying physics of the multiphase flow in a porous medium at a microscopic scale. Simulation results obtained from this model indicate that both wettability and viscosity ratio can affect the sequence of fluid imbibition into pores of different sizes during the multiphase flow, where less-viscous wetting fluid is preferentially imbibed into larger pores while more-viscous wetting fluid tends to be imbibed into smaller pores. To realize economical and effective removal of hazardous 4-nitrophenol from the environment,we developed an easily recyclable ZnO nanowire array decorated with Cu *** salix argyracea-shaped structure not only provides a platform to achieve stable and good dispersion of Cu nanoparticles,but also offers a great deal of catalytically active *** density functional theory calculations reveal that ZnO and Cu have a very beneficial synergistic effect on their catalytic *** synergy is ascribed to the electronic localization occurring at ZnO/Cu interface,which helps improve Cu nanoparticle’s ability to adsorb electro-negatively 4-nitrophenolate ions and to capture hydrogen radicals,thereby accelerating the hydrogen transfer from metal hydride complex to *** from these characteristics,it exhibits high efficiency and reusability towards the catalytic reduction of waste 4-nitrophenol to valuable 4-aminophenol with a rate constant of 43.02×10^(-3)s^(-1)and an average conversion of 96.5%in 90 s during 10 *** activity is superior to that of most reported noble-or non-noble-metal powder,bulk,coating,and array catalysts,indicating its competitive advantages in cost and efficiency,as well as enticing application prospects.

STING(also known as MITA)is an adaptor protein that mediates cytoplasmic DNA-triggered signaling,and aberrant activation of STING/MITA by cytosolic self-DNA or gain-of-function mutations causes severe ***,we show that STING-mediated inflammation and autoimmunity are promoted by RNF115 and alleviated by the RNF115 inhibitor disulfiram(DSF).Knockout of RNF115 or treatment with DSF significantly inhibit systemic inflammation and autoimmune lethality and restore immune cell development in Trex1^(–/–)mice and STING^(N153S/WT) bone marrow chimeric *** addition,knockdown or pharmacological inhibition of RNF115 substantially downregulate the expression of IFN-α,IFN-γand proinflammatory cytokines in PBMCs from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)who exhibit high concentrations of dsDNA in peripheral ***,knockout or inhibition of RNF115 impair the oligomerization and Golgi localization of STING in various types of cells transfected with cGAMP and in organs and cells from Trex1^(–/–)***,knockout of RNF115 inhibits the activation and Golgi localization of STINGN153S as well as the expression of proinflammatory cytokines in myeloid cells but not in endothelial cells or *** together,these findings highlight the RNF115-mediated cell type-specific regulation of STING and STINGN153S and provide potential targeted intervention strategies for STING-related autoimmune diseases.

Based on the geochemical parameters and analytical data,the heat conservation equation,mass balance law,Rayleigh fractionation model and other methods were used to quantify the in-situ yield and external flux of crust-derived helium,and the initial He concentration and thermal driving mechanism of mantle-derived helium,in the Ledong Diapir area,the Yinggehai Basin,in order to understand the genetic source,migration and accumulation mechanisms of helium under deep thermal fluid *** average content of mantle-derived He is only 0.0014%,the 3 He/4 He value is(0.002–2.190)×10^(−6),and the R/Ra value ranges from 0.01 to 1.52,indicating the contribution of mantle-derived He is 0.09%–19.84%,while the proportion of crust-derived helium can reach over 80%.Quantitative analysis indicates that the crust-derived helium is dominated by external input,followed by in-situ production,in the Ledong diapir *** crust-derived helium exhibits an in-situ 4 He yield rate of(7.66–7.95)×10^(−13)cm^(3)/(a·g),an in-situ 4 He yield of(4.10–4.25)×10^(−4)cm^(3)/g,and an external 4 He influx of(5.84–9.06)×10^(−2)cm^(3)/*** results may be related to atmospheric recharge into formation fluid and deep rock-water *** ratio of initial mole volume of 3 He to enthalpy(W)is(0.004–0.018)×10−11 cm^(3)/J,and the heat contribution from the deep mantle(XM)accounts for 7.63%–36.18%,indicating that deep hot fluid activities drive the migration of mantle-derived 3 *** primary helium migration depends on advection,while the secondary migration is controlled by hydrothermal degassing and gas-liquid *** deep to shallow layers,the CO_(2)/3 He value rises from 1.34×10^(9)to 486×10^(9),indicating large amount of CO_(2)has *** the influence of deep thermal fluid,helium migration and accumulation mechanisms include:deep heat driven diffusion,advection release,vertical hydrothermal degassing,shallow lateral migration,accumulation in traps far from faults,partial pr

Organic compounds represent an appealing group of electrode materials for rechargeable batteries due to their merits of biomass,sustainability,environmental friendliness,and *** terephthalate(Na_(2)C_(8)H_(4)O_(4),Na_(2)TP),an organic salt with a theoretical capacity of 255 mAh·g^(-1),is electroactive towards both lithium and ***,its electrochemical energy storage(EES)process has not been directly observed via in situ characterization techniques and the underlying mechanisms are still under ***,in situ Raman spectroscopy was employed to track the de/lithiation and de/sodiation processes of *** appearance and then disappearance of the–COOLi Raman band at 1625 cm^(-1) during the de/lithiation,and the increase and then decrease of the–COONa Raman band at 1615 cm^(-1) during the de/sodiation processes of Na2TP elucidate the one-step with the 2Li+or 2Na+transfer *** also found that the inferior cycling stability of Na2TP as an anode for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)than lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)could be due to the larger ion radium of Na+than Li+,which results in larger steric resistance and polarization during *** Na2TP,therefore,shows greater changes in spectra during de/sodiation than de/*** expect that our findings could provide a reference for the rational design of organic compounds for EES.

BACKGROUND Loneliness and isolation are associated with multiple cardiovascular diseases(CVDs),but there is a lack of research on whether they were causally *** conducted a Mendelian Randomization(MR)study to explore causal relationships between loneliness and isolation and multiple *** Single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with loneliness and isolation were identified from a genome-wide association study(GWAS)of 455,364 individuals of European ancestry in the IEU GWAS *** data for 15 CVDs were also obtained from the IEU GWAS *** used three MR methods including inverse variance weighting,MR-Egger,and weighted median estimation to assess the causal effect of exposure on ***'s Q test and MR-Egger intercept test were used to evaluate the heterogeneity and *** MR analysis showed that loneliness and isolation were significantly associated with essential hypertension(OR=1.07,95%CI:1.03-1.12),atherosclerotic heart disease(OR=1.04;95%CI:1.02-1.06),myocardial infarction(OR=1.02;95%CI:1-1.04)and angina(OR=1.04;95%CI=1.02-1.06).No heterogeneity and pleiotropy effects were found in this *** Causal relationship of loneliness and isolation with CVDs were found in this study.
