Wireless communication technology is indispensable in our daily lives,but it also results in serious electromagnetic radiation ***,developing smart electromagnetic interference shielding materials with adjustable electromagnetic wave(EMW)responses holds significant promise for future electromagnetic shielding *** this study,we propose an electromagnetic shielding switch(ESS)characterized by tunable electromagnetic shielding performance achieved by fabricating a three-dimensional(3D)carbon nanotube-based spacer fabric(CNT-SF)and modifying CNT-SF with chemical vapor deposition(CCNT-SF).The CCNT-SF displays direction-dependent electrical conductivity by manipulating the warp and weft density,measuring 128 S/m transversely and 447 S/m *** characteristic allows the CCNT-SF to transmit or shield EMW by adjusting the angle of EMW incidence through fabric rotation,resulting in anisotropic electromagnetic shielding performance(33 dB transversely and 87 dB vertically).This feature enables switchable shielding with an on/off ratio of ***,the unique 3D structure confers excellent mechanical properties on the fabric,with compressive strength reaching 120 *** a flexible,lightweight,and mechanically robust ESS,the CCNT-SF holds promising prospects for mitigating the challenges of increasingly severe and intricate electromagnetic environments.

Identification of reservoir types in deep carbonates has always been a great challenge due to complex logging responses caused by the heterogeneous scale and distribution of storage *** cross-plot analysis and empirical formula methods for identifying reservoir types using geophysical logging data have high uncertainty and low efficiency,which cannot accurately reflect the nonlinear relationship between reservoir types and logging ***,the kernel Fisher discriminant analysis(KFD),a kernel-based machine learning technique,attracts attention in many fields because of its strong nonlinear processing ***,the overall performance of KFD model may be limited as a single kernel function cannot simultaneously extrapolate and interpolate well,especially for highly complex data *** address this issue,in this study,a mixed kernel Fisher discriminant analysis(MKFD)model was established and applied to identify reservoir types of the deep Sinian carbonates in central Sichuan Basin,*** MKFD model was trained and tested with 453 datasets from 7 coring wells,utilizing GR,CAL,DEN,AC,CNL and RT logs as input *** particle swarm optimization(PSO)was adopted for hyper-parameter optimization of MKFD *** evaluate the model performance,prediction results of MKFD were compared with those of basic-kernel based KFD,RF and SVM ***,the built MKFD model was applied in a blind well test,and a variable importance analysis was *** comparison and blind test results demonstrated that MKFD outperformed traditional KFD,RF and SVM in the identification of reservoir types,which provided higher accuracy and stronger *** MKFD can therefore be a reliable method for identifying reservoir types of deep carbonates.

Nowadays,lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)play a crucial role in modern society in the aspect of portable electronic devices and large-scale smart ***,the current performance of lithium-ion batteries has been unable to meet the growing expectations of society and scientific ***,we have synthetically investigated availability of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer as anode based on DFT for LIBs *** findings have demonstrated that 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer is a semiconductor with a small band gap of 0.2 eV,which suggest that the electronic property of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer would take place an evident shift from semiconductor property to metallic property after Li ***,we checked the stability of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer and investigated the viability of exfoliation from bulk multilayer Ni-TABQ to form 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer in the light of exfoliation energy and binding *** continuously studied electrochemical properties of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer with respect of theoretical specific capacity,Li-ion diffusion barriers and open-circuit *** the charging process,2D Ni-TABQ monolayer can achieve a high specific capacity of 722 m Ah/g with an open-circuit voltage range from 1.12 V to 0.22 *** aforementioned results make the 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer a promising anode for LIBs.

AIM:To compare the efficacy of pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)combined with internal limiting membrane(ILM)and silicone oil or sterile air tamponade for the treatment of myopic foveoschisis(MF)in highly myopic ***:This retrospective study included 48 myopic eyes of 40 patients with MF and axial lengths(ALs)ranging from 26-32 mm treated between January 2020 and January *** patients were underwent PPV combined with ILM peeling followed by sterile air or silicone oil tamponade and followed up at least *** on the features on spectral-domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT),the eyes were divided into the MF-only group(Group A,n=15 eyes),MF with central foveal detachment group(Group B,n=20 eyes),and MF with lamellar macular hole group(Group C,n=13 eyes).According to AL,eyes were further divided into three groups:Group D(26.01-28.00 mm,n=12 eyes),Group E(28.01-30.00 mm,n=26 eyes),and Group F(30.01-32.00 mm,n=10 eyes).The best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central foveal thickness(CFT),and complications were ***:The patients included 16 males and 24 females with the mean age of 56±*** BCVA and CFT improved in all groups after surgery(Phere was no significant difference of the CFT in Group A,B,and C postoperatively(P>0.05).The intergroup differences of BCVA and CFT postoperatively were statistically significant in Group D,E,and *** eyes were injected with sterile air,and 28 eyes were injected with silicone oil for tamponade based on the ***,there was no statistically significant difference among Groups D,E,and F in terms of the results of sterile air or silicone oil *** mean recovery time was 5.9mo for MF patients subjected to silicone oil tamponade and 7.7mo for patients subjected to sterile air tamponade,and the difference was not statistically ***:PPV and ILM peeling combined with silicone oil or sterile air tamponade can achieve good results for MF in highly myopic eyes with ALs

Currently,the enhancement in electromagnetic interference(EMI)performance of polymeric composite generally relies on either improving electrical conductivity(σ)for stronger electromagnetic(EM)reflections or tailoring structure for higher EM ***,we proposed a novel technique called cyclic pulsating pressure enhanced segregating structuration(CPP-SS),which can reinforce these two factors *** structural information was supplied by optical microscopy(OM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),both of which confirmed the formation and evolution of segregate structured ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)/graphene ***,the result showed that CPP-SS can significantly improve theσof ***,advanced specific EMI shielding efficiency of 31.1 d B/mm was achieved for UHMWPE/graphene composite at 1-mm thickness and a low graphene loading of 5 wt%.Meanwhile,it also confirmed that the intrinsic disadvantage of poor mechanical properties of conventional segregated structure composites can be *** work is believed to provide a fundamental understanding of the structural and performance evolutions of segregated structured composites prepared under CPPSS,and to bring us a simple and efficient approach for fabricating high-performance,strong and light-weight polymeric EMI shields.
