The chemical recycling of polyolefin presents a considerable challenge,especially as upcycling methods struggle with the reality that plastic wastes typically consist of mixtures of polyethylene(PE),polystyrene(PS),and polypropylene(PP).We report a catalytic aerobic oxidative approach for polyolefins upcycling with the corresponding carboxylic acids as the *** method encompasses three key ***,it operates under atmospheric pressure and mild conditions,using O_(2) or air as the ***,it is compatible with high-density polyethylene,low-density polyethylene,PS,PP,and their ***,it uses an economical and recoverable metal *** has been demonstrated that this approach can efficiently degrade mixed wastes of plastic bags,bottles,masks,and foam boxes.

Human-specific insertions play important roles in human phenotypes and *** we reported a 446-bp insertion(Insert-446)in intron 11 of the TBC1D8B gene,located on chromosome X,and traced its origin to a portion of intron 6 of the EBF1 gene on chromosome ***,Insert-446 was present in the human Neanderthal and Denisovans genomes,and was fixed in humans after human-chimpanzee *** have demonstrated that Insert-446 acts as an enhancer through binding transcript factors that promotes a higher expression of human TBC1D8B gene as compared with orthologs in *** addition,over-expression TBC1D8B promoted cell proliferation and migration through“a dual finger”catalytic mechanism(Arg538 and Gln573)in the TBC domain in vitro and knockdown of TBC1D8B attenuated tumorigenesis in *** of Insert-446 prevented cell proliferation and migration in cancer and normal *** results reveal that the human-specific Insert-446 promotes cell proliferation and migration by upregulating the expression of TBC1D8B *** findings provide a significant insight into the effects of human-specific insertions on evolution.

Coxsackievirus B3(CVB3)is the pathogen causing hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD),which manifests across a spectrum of clinical severity from mild to ***,CVB3-infected mouse models mainly demonstrate viral myocarditis and pancreatitis,failing to replicate human HFMD *** several enteroviruses have been evaluated in Syrian hamsters and rhesus monkeys,there is no comprehensive data on *** this study,we have first tested the susceptibility of Syrian hamsters to CVB3 infection via different *** results showed that Syrian hamsters were successfully infected with CVB3 by intraperitoneal injection or nasal drip,leading to nasopharyngeal colonization,acute severe pathological injury,and typical HFMD ***,the nasal drip group exhibited a longer viral excretion cycle and more severe pathological *** the subsequent study,rhesus monkeys infected with CVB3 through nasal drips also presented signs of HFMD symptoms,viral excretion,serum antibody conversion,viral nucleic acids and antigens,and the specific organ damages,particularly in the ***,there were no significant differences in myocardial enzyme levels,and the clinical symptoms resembled those often associated with common,mild *** summary,the study successfully developed severe Syrian hamsters and mild rhesus monkey models for CVB3-induced *** models could serve as a basis for understanding the disease pathogenesis,conducting pre-trial prevention and evaluation,and implementing post-exposure intervention.

Advanced glycation end products (AGEs)， a group of complex compounds generated by nonenzymatic interactions between amino acids， proteins and reducing sugars or lipids， accumulate in vivo and activate various signaling pathways closely related to the occurrence of various chronic metabolic diseases. This study aims to explore the structure-activity relationship between phenolic acids with different structure and affecting the AGEs generation， and to provide data support for AGEs control. Phenolic acids (4-hydroxybenzoic， protocatechuic， gallic， ρ-coumaric， caffeic， ferulic and sinapic acids) were employed to indicate the AGEs formation condition in Maillard reaction performed in the glucose-lysine model system. Three 1，2-dicarbonyl compounds were reacted with phenolic acids and then tested by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that Nε-carboxy-methyl-lysine (CML)， Nε-carboxy-ethyl-lysine (CEL)， and pyrraline formation inhibited by phenolic acids varied from (8.7 ± 2.5)% to (33.2 ± 2.5)%， (10.5 ± 0.8)% to (57.1 ± 3.2)% and (1.3 ± 0.3)% to (23.3 ± 0.8)%， respectively. The ρ-coumaric acid has no inhibitory effect on CML and CEL formation. Gallic acid shows the best inhibitory effect on CML formation due to its strong antioxidant activity. Sinapic acid showed the best glyoxal (GO) trapping rate and thus had the stronger inhibitory effect on CML formation. Ferulic acid can react with mono-， di- tri-methylglyoxal (MGO) to form adduct products， showing the best MGO scavenging rate and a good inhibitory effect on CEL formation. The main role of phenolic acid is an antioxidant agent to inhibit pyrraline formation. The glucose itself or ammonia-induced degradation and ARP oxidation were lowered by protocatechuic， gallic and caffeic acids due to their antioxidant activities to form AGEs， while AGEs inhibited by ferulic and sinapic acids were mainly dependent on their trapping ability on 1，2-dicarbonyl compounds.

Objective This study aimed to compare the performance of standard-definition white-light endoscopy(SD-WL),high-definition white-light endoscopy(HD-WL),and high-definition narrow-band imaging(HD-NBI)in detecting colorectal lesions in the Chinese *** This was a multicenter,single-blind,randomized,controlled trial with a non-inferiority *** undergoing endoscopy for physical examination,screening,and surveillance were enrolled from July 2017 to December *** primary outcome measure was the adenoma detection rate(ADR),defined as the proportion of patients with at least one adenoma *** associated factors for detecting adenomas were assessed using univariate and multivariate logistic *** Out of 653 eligible patients enrolled,data from 596 patients were *** ADRs were 34.5%in the SD-WL group,33.5%in the HD-WL group,and 37.5%in the HD-NBI group(P=0.72).The advanced neoplasm detection rates(ANDRs)in the three arms were 17.1%,15.5%,and 10.4%(P=0.17).No significant differences were found between the SD group and HD group regarding ADR or ANDR(ADR:34.5%vs.35.6%,P=0.79;ANDR:17.1%vs.13.0%,P=0.16,respectively).Similar results were observed between the HD-WL group and HD-NBI group(ADR:33.5%vs.37.7%,P=0.45;ANDR:15.5%vs.10.4%,P=0.18,respectively).In the univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses,neither HD-WL nor HD-NBI led to a significant difference in overall adenoma detection compared to SD-WL(HD-WL:OR 0.91,P=0.69;HD-NBI:OR 1.15,P=0.80).Conclusion HD-NBI and HD-WL are comparable to SD-WL for overall adenoma detection among Chinese *** can be concluded that HD-NBI or HD-WL is not superior to SD-WL,but more effective instruction may be needed to guide the selection of different endoscopic methods in the *** study’s conclusions may aid in the efficient allocation and utilization of limited colonoscopy resources,especially advanced imaging technologies.

采用静电悬浮实验技术测定了液态Zr_(60)Ni_(25)Al_(15)合金的热物理性质,并研究了其深过冷快速凝固过程.实验发现,液态合金所获得的最大过冷度可达316 K(0.25TL),其密度和表面张力与温度呈线性关系,而黏度则随温度呈指数变化.当过冷度小于259 K时,凝固过程中发生两次再辉现象,分别对应着二相(Zr_(6)Al_(2)Ni+Zr_(5)Ni_(4)Al)共晶和三元(Zr_(6)Al_(2)Ni+Zr_(5)Ni_(4)Al+Zr_(2)Ni)共晶的快速生长.若过冷度超过259 K,凝固过程只发生一次再辉,3个化合物相均可从合金熔体中独立形核,形成三元不规则共晶组织.理论计算和实验表明,小过冷时Zr_(6)Al_(2)Ni相优先形核,而当过冷度足够大时,三相能够同时形核.

借助FLAC3D软件,建立土工格室柔性挡墙支护边坡数值模型,并采用振动台试验结果对数值模型进行验证,采用标定后的数值模型,系统研究了条带刚度、格室尺寸、挡墙厚度和充填料弹性模量4种因素对边坡动力响应的影响,并对挡墙的破坏机理进行了深入探讨,计算了各参数的影响权重。研究结果表明:地震作用下挡墙的稳定性与4种因素有着密切的联系;格室约束围压和永久水平位移沿高程分布规律基本一致,均表现为“增加-衰减”的两段形态,坡顶沉降自墙面向坡体延伸表现为两头小中间大的“V”型分布,水平峰值加速度沿高程表现为“增加-衰减-增加”的3段形态;随着刚度的增加,格室约束围压增大,而永久水平位移、坡顶沉降和水平峰值加速度均减小;随着格室尺寸的增加,格室约束围压、永久水平位移、坡顶沉降和水平峰值加速度均增加;随着挡墙厚度和充填料弹性模量的增加,格室约束围压、永久水平位移、坡顶沉降和水平峰值加速度均减小;4种影响因素中,格室尺寸影响权重最大,对格室约束围压的影响权重达到0.996,而挡墙厚度影响权重最小;地震作用下土工格室挡墙结构具有良好的抗震性能,挡墙结构对于地震能量具有一定的衰减作用,满足抗震设防要求。该研究结果对于地震作用下土工格室柔性挡墙的抗震设计及工程应用具有一定的指导作用。
