High-performance type-Ⅱ superlattices of Ⅲ-Ⅴsemiconductor materials play an important role in the development and application of infrared optoelectronic *** the quality of epitaxial materials and clarifying the luminescent mechanism are of great significance for practic al applic *** this work,strain-balanced and high-quality In As/InxGa1-xAsySb1-ysuperlattices without lattice mismatch were achieved on InAs and GaSb substrates *** grown on In As substrate could exhibit higher crystal quality and surface flatness based on high-resolution X-ray diffraction（HRXRD） and atomic force microscopy（AFM） measurements' ***,the strain distribution phenomenon from geometric phase analysis indicates that fluctuations of alloy compositions in superlattices on GaSb substrate are more *** addition,the optical properties of superlattices grown on different substrates are discussed *** of the difference in fluctuations of element composition and interface roughness of superlattices on different substrates,the superlattices grown on In As substrate would have higher integral intensity and narrower full-width at half maximum of long-wave infrared ***,the thermal quenching of emission intensity indicates that the superlattices grown on the In As substrate have better recombination ability,which is beneficial for increasing the operating temperature of infrared optoelectronic devices based on this type of superlattices.

The dual impact of climate change and human activities has precipitated a sharp decline in primate biodiversity *** is home to the most diverse primate species in the Northern hemisphere,which face severe ecological threats due to the expansion of modern agriculture,extensive exploitation and consumption of natural resources,and excessive land development during its transition from an agricultural to a modern *** response,China has implemented various ecological conservation measures,including habitat restoration and *** efforts have made substantial strides in biodiversity conservation,with certain regions witnessing an increase in primate *** the current study,we conducted a systematic review of historical documents and field research data related to Chinese primates,evaluating the endangered status of primate species in *** improvements in the habitats of most primate species and some population growth,many species still face severe threats,including declining and small *** such as the Myanmar snub-nosed monkey(Rhinopithecus strykeri),eastern black crested gibbon(Nomascus nasutus),and Hainan gibbon(***)remain particularly vulnerable due to their limited distribution ranges and extremely small *** scientific data,fragmented information,and not enough studies in conservation biology further compound the ***,there is a notable lack of detailed population monitoring data for species such as the Bengal slow loris(Nycticebus bengalensis),pygmy slow loris(***),Indochinese gray langur(Trachypithecus crepusculus),Shortridge’s langur(***),and capped langur(***),which hinders the development of practical and targeted conservation management ***,for national biodiversity conservation,there is an urgent need for specialized primate surveys,enhancing habitat protection and restoration,and increasing focus on cross-border conse

InAs/InAsSb type-Ⅱ superlattice with near room-temperature long-wave emission through interface engineering

Ga-free InAs/InAsSb type-Ⅱ superlattices(T2SL) have extensive application prospective in infrared photodetectors. Achieving higher operation temperature is critical to its commercial applications. Here, a fractional monolayer alloy method was used to grow InAsSb alloy with better controlled alloy composition. The as-grown T2SL gave eleven satellite peaks and a first satellite peak with a narrow full-width-half-maximum (FWHM) of 20.5arcsec (1 arcsec=0.01592°). Strain mapping results indicated limited Sb diffusion through the As-Sb exchange process at the interface. Moreover, unlike interface states caused by the As-Sb exchange effect, this relatively clear interface was distinctive with localized states with higher activation energies of the non-radiative recombination process ((18±1) meV and (84±12) meV at different temperature ranges), which means that this interface state introduced by fractional monolayer alloy growth method can effectively suppress Auger recombination process in T2SL. Through this interface engineering of InAs/InAsSb Type-Ⅱ superlattice, it achieved detective photoluminescence (PL) signal with the center wavelength of 9μm at 250K.

New samples returned by China Chang’e-5(CE-5)mission offer an opportunity for studying the lunar geologic longevity,space weathering,and regolith *** age determination of the CE-5 samples was among the first scientific questions to be ***,the precious samples,most in the micrometer size range,challenge many traditional analyses on large single crystals of zircon developed for massive bulk ***,we developed a non-destructive rapid screening of individual zirconium-containing particle for isotope geochronology based on a Micro X-ray fluorescence analysis(μXRF).The selected particles were verified via scanning electron microscopy(SEM),3D X-ray microscopy(XRM),and focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy(FIB-SEM)techniques,which showed that zirconium-bearing minerals with several microns were precisely positioned and readily suitable for site-specific isotopic dating by second ion mass spectrometry(SIMS).Such protocol could be also appli-cable in non-destructively screening other types of particles for different scientific *** there-fore proposed a correlative workflow for comprehensively studying the CE-5 lunar samples from single particles on nanometer to atomic *** various microscopic and spectromicroscopic instru-ments together,this workflow consists of six steps:(1)single-particle selection with non-destructive μXRF technique,(2)2D/3D morphological and structural characterization with a correlative submicron 3D XRM and nanoscale resolution FIB-SEM imaging methods,(3)SEM analysis of the surface morphology and chemistry of the selected particle,(4)a series of microscopic and microbeam analyses(e.g.,SEM,electron probe microanalysis,and SIMS)on the cross-section of the selected particle to obtain structural,mineralogical,chemical,and isotopic features from the micron to nanometer scale,(5)advanced 2D/3D characterization and site-specific sample preparation of thin foil/tip specimens on a microregion of inter-est in

CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have drawn tremendous attention due to their suitable bandgap,excellent photothermal stability,and great potential as an ideal candidate for top cells in tandem solar ***,the abundant defects at the buried interface and perovskite layer induce severe charge recombination,resulting in the open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))output and stability much lower than ***,a novel buried interface management strategy is developed to regulate interfacial carrier dynamics and CsPbI_(2)Br defects by introducing ammonium tetrafluoroborate(NH_(4)BF_(4)),thereby resulting in both high CsPbI_(2)Br crystallization and minimized interfacial energy ***,NH_(4)^(+)ions could preferentially heal hydroxyl groups on the SnO_(2)surface and balance energy level alignment between SnO_(2)and CsPbI_(2)Br,enhancing charge transport efficiency,while BF_(4)^(-)anions as a quasi-halogen regulate crystal growth of CsPbI_(2)Br,thus reducing perovskite ***,it is proved that eliminating hydroxyl groups at the buried interface enhances the iodide migration activation energy of CsPbI_(2)Br for strengthening the phase *** a result,the optimized CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs realize a remarkable efficiency of 17.09%and an ultrahigh V_(oc)output of 1.43 V,which is one of the highest values for CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs.

In this paper,we study the semilinear subelliptic equation{−△Xu=f(x,u)+g(x,u)inΩ,u=0 on∂Ω,where△X=−∑m i=1 Xi∗Xi is the self-adjoint Hormander operator associated with the vector fields X=(X_(1),X_(2),...,X_(m))satisfying the Hormander's condition,f(x,u)∈C(Ω×R),g(x,u)is a Carathéodory function onΩ×R,andΩis an open bounded domain in R~n with smooth *** the perturbation from the symmetry method with the approaches involving the eigenvalue estimate and the Morse index in estimating the minimax values,we obtain two kinds of existence results for multiple weak solutions to the problem ***,we discuss the difference between the eigenvalue estimate approach and the Morse index approach in degenerate *** with the classical elliptic cases,both approaches here have their own strengths in the degenerate *** new phenomenon implies that the results in general degenerate cases would be quite different from the situations in classical elliptic cases.

Association of prealbumin with short-term and long-term outcomes in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

BACKGROUND Prealbumin is considered to be a useful indicator of nutritional status. Furthermore, it has been found to be associated with severities and prognosis of a range of diseases. However, limited data on the association of baseline prealbumin level with outcomes of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) are *** We analyzed 2313 patients admitted for acute STEMI between October 2013 and December 2020. In-hospital outcomes and mortality during the 49 months(interquartile range: 26–73 months) follow-up period were compared between patients with the low prealbumin level(lization. After propensity score matching, patients with the low prealbumin level than those with the high prealbumin level experienced higher incidences of heart failure with Killip class Ⅲ(9.9%vs. 4.4%, P = 0.034), cardiovascular death(8.4% vs. 3.4%, P = 0.035) and the composite of major adverse cardiovascular events(19.2%vs. 10.3%, P = 0.012). Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that the low prealbumin level(line prealbumin level(170 mg/L) was no longer independently associated with 49-month cardiovascular death. Distributed anonymous data perturbation method for privacy-preserving data mining

Privacy is a critical requirement in distributed data mining. Cryptography-based secure multiparty computation is a main approach for privacy preserving. However, it shows poor performance in large scale distributed systems. Meanwhile, data perturbation techniques are comparatively efficient but are mainly used in centralized privacy-preserving data mining (PPDM). In this paper, we propose a light-weight anonymous data perturbation method for efficient privacy preserving in distributed data mining. We first define the privacy constraints for data perturbation based PPDM in a semi-honest distributed environment. Two protocols are proposed to address these constraints and protect data statistics and the randomization process against collusion attacks: the adaptive privacy-preserving summary protocol and the anonymous exchange protocol. Finally, a distributed data perturbation framework based on these protocols is proposed to realize distributed PPDM. Experiment results show that our approach achieves a high security level and is very efficient in a large scale distributed environment.

C_(Ar)-Br bond cleavage via cooperative EnT/NHC catalysis: mild access to indolines

The cooperative visible-light mediated and NHC-catalyzed dearomative arylation-acylation of N-(2-bromobenzoyl)indoles with aldehydes was developed, affording the corresponding highly functionalized polycyclic indolines in moderate to good yields with exclusive diastereoselectivities. Mechanism investigations support the activation of CAr-Br bond via visible-light mediated energy transfer(EnT) and the following single-electron-transfer(SET) with Breslow intermediate under NHC catalysis to give key aryl radical and ketyl radical. This protocol demonstrates the cleavage of CAr-Br bond under mild cooperative EnT/NHC catalysis.
