Investigation of the quality of life,mental status in patients with gynecological cancer and its influencing factors

BACKGROUND Having a gynecological tumor or undergoing treatment can be a traumatic experience for women,as it affects their self-image and sexual relationships and can lead to psychological *** adjustment following cancer occurrence remains a key issue among the *** To examine the current status of quality of life(QoL),anxiety,and depression in patients with gynecological cancer and to analyze the factors associated with *** Data for 160 patients with gynecological malignancies treated at Shanxi Bethune Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were collected and analyzed ***’QoL was assessed using the European Organization for Research on Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30 and the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General *** emotional status was evaluated using the Self-Rating Anxiety/Depression *** associated factors of anxiety and depression were *** The overall QoL score of the patients 6 months after surgery was 76.39±3.63 *** included low levels of social and emotional function and severe fatigue and *** scores for physiological,functional,emotional,social,and family well-being exhibited an upward trend following surgery compared with those before *** month after surgery,some patients experienced anxiety and depression,with an incidence of 18.75%and 18.13%,*** analysis revealed that good sleep was a protective factor against anxiety and depression in patients with gynecological tumors,whereas physical pain was a risk *** Patients with gynecological malignancies often experience anxiety and *** analyzing the factors that affect patients’QoL,effective nursing measures can be administered.

High rank coalbed methane desorption characteristic and its application in production in Qinshui basin

Based on spontaneous desorption characteristic, the correlation of desorption time and gas content was analyzed and the application of it in production was researched. The desorption of high rank coalbed methane in Qinshui basin was periodic, and isotope fractionation effect also exists in the process. △δ^13C1 can be used to distinguish the stabilization of coalbed methane wells, associated with desorption rate, the individual well recoverable reserves can be calculated. Economically recoverable time can be predicted according to the logarithmic relationship between desorption gas content per ton and desorption time. The error between predicted result and numerical simulation result is only 1.5%.

Searching for novel solid electrolytes is of great importance and challenge for all-solid-state Mg *** this work,we develop an amorphous Mg borohydride ammoniate,Mg(BH_(4))_(2)·2NH_(3),as a solid Mg electrolyte that prepared by a NH_(3)redistribution between 3D framework-γ-Mg(BH_(4))_(2)and Mg(BH_(4))_(2)·6NH_(3).Amorphous Mg(BH_(4))_(2)·2NH_(3)exhibits a high Mg-ion conductivity of 5×10^(-4)S cm^(-1)at 75℃,which is attributed to the fast migration of abundant Mg vacancies according to the theoretical ***,amorphous Mg(BH_(4))_(2)·2NH_(3)shows an apparent electrochemical stability window of 0-1.4 V with the help of in-situ formed interphases,which can prevent further side reactions without hindering the Mg-ion *** on the above superiorities,amorphous Mg(BH_(4))_(2)·2NH_(3)enables the stable cycling of all-solid-state Mg cells,as the critical current density reaches 3.2 mA cm^(-2)for Mg symmetrical cells and the reversible specific capacity reaches 141 mAh g^(-1)with a coulombic efficiency of 91.7%(first cycle)for Mg||TiS_(2)cells.

The dawn−dusk asymmetry in mesosphere and lower thermosphere temperature disturbances during geomagnetic storms at high latitude

Utilizing observations by the Sounding of the Atmosphere using Broadband Emission Radiometry(SABER)instrument,we quantitatively assessed the dawn-dusk asymmetry in temperature disturbances within the high-latitude mesosphere and lower thermosphere(MLT)during the main phase of geomagnetic storms in this *** analysis of five geomagnetic superstorm events indicated that during the main phase,negative temperature disturbances were more prevalent on the dawn side than on the dusk side in the high-latitude MLT *** of a statistical analysis of 54 geomagnetic storm events also revealed a notable disparity in temperature disturbances between the dawn and dusk *** high latitudes,38.2%of the observational points on the dawn side exhibited negative temperature disturbances(less than−5 K),whereas on the dusk side,this percentage was only 29.5%.In contrast,at mid-latitudes,these proportions were 34.1%and 36.5%,respectively,showing no significant *** also conducted a statistical analysis of temperature disturbances at different altitudes,which revealed an increase in the proportion of warming disturbances with ***,the proportion of cooling disturbances initially rose with altitude,reaching a peak around 105 km,and subsequently *** temperature disturbance differences could be explained by the day-night asymmetry in vertical wind disturbances during storm conditions.

In the realm of the synthesis of heat-integrated distillation configurations,the conventional approach for exploring more heat integration possibilities typically entails the splitting of a single column into a twocolumn ***,this approach frequently necessitates tedious enumeration procedures,resulting in a considerable computational *** surmount this formidable challenge,the present study introduces an innovative remedy:The proposition of a superstructure that encompasses both single-column and multiple two-column ***,a simultaneous optimization algorithm is applied to optimize both the process parameters and heat integration structures of the twocolumn *** effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated through a case study focusing on industrial organosilicon *** results underscore that the superstructure methodology not only substantially mitigates computational time compared to exhaustive enumeration but also furnishes solutions that exhibit comparable performance.

Laterality is a crucial physiological process intricately linked to the cilium-centrosome complex during embryo *** in the process can result in severe organ ***-coil domain containing 141(CCDC141)has been previously known as a centrosome-related gene,but its role in left-right(LR)asymmetry has not been *** this study,we utilize the zebrafish model and human exome analysis to elucidate the function of ccdc141 in laterality *** knockdown of ccdc141 in zebrafish disrupts early LR signaling pathways,cilia function,and Kupffer's vesicle *** ccdc141-knockdown embryos exhibiting aberrant LR patterns,ccdc141-null mutants show no apparent abnormality,suggesting a genetic compensation response *** parallel,we observe a marked reduction inα-tubulin acetylation levels in the ccdc141 *** treatment with histone deacetylase(HDAC)inhibitors,particularly the HDAC6 inhibitor,rescues the ccdc141 crispant ***,exome analysis of 70 patients with laterality defects reveals an increased burden of CCDC141 mutations,with in-vivo studies verifying the pathogenicity of the patient mutation *** findings highlight the critical role of ccdc141 in ciliogenesis and demonstrate that CCDC141 mutations lead to abnormal LR patterns,identifying it as a candidate gene for laterality defects.

Plants of the Caprifoliaceae family are widely cultivated worldwide as ornamental plants owing to their numerous,sweet-smelling,beautiful flowers and *** miconioides Rehd.,a member of the family,is endemic to eastern China and is cultivated as a popular ornamental plant in North America and European *** has a rather novel and beautiful trait of high horticultural value,that is,its sepals persist and enlarge,turning purplish ***,we report the chromosome-level genome assembly of *** to understand its evolution and floral *** 622.28 Mb assembled genome harbored a shared whole-genome duplication with a related species,Lonicera *** genomic analysis suggested that chromosome fission events following genome duplication underlie the unusual chromosome number of these two species,as well as chromosome fission of another five chromosomes in ***,giving rise to a haploid chromosome number of 14(versus 9 in ***).In addition,based on transcriptome and chloroplast genome analysis of 17 representative species in the Caprifoliaceae,we assumed that large structural variations in the chromosomes of *** were not caused by *** in the candidate genes of the MADS-box family were detected in the *** genome,including AP1-,AP3-,and SEPexpanded,which might underlie the sepal elongation and development in this *** current findings provided a critical resource for genome evolution studies in Caprifoliaceae and it was an example of how multi-omics data can elucidate the regulation of important ornamental traits.

Binary prodrug nanoassemblies combining chemotherapy and ferroptosis activation for efficient triple-negative breast cancer therapy

Clean production of lactic acid by selective carbon-carbon bond cleavage of biomass feedstock over a novel carbon-bismuth oxychloride photocatalyst
