Perivascular epithelioid cell tumors （PEComas） are a group of rare mesenchymal neoplasms which composed of histologically and immunohistochemically distinctive perivascular epithelioid cells （PECs）. In recent years, PEComas have been manily reported in liver, kidney, lung, uterus and adnexa,1 but rare in small or large intestine.2-6 Here, we describe a case of PEComa restricted in the cecal mucosa, which displayed histological characteristics of epithelioid clear cells.

目的:分析和鉴定王不留行、决明子、酸枣仁3种药材炒制前后脂肪油类成分的变化,为探索种子类药材"逢子必炒"的炮制机制奠定基础。方法:以石油醚为溶剂,采取索氏提取器提取脂肪油,甲酯化后用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GCMS)分离、鉴定其组成和相对质量分数。HP-5毛细管柱(0.25 mm×30 m,0.25μm),载气99.999%高纯氮,流速1 mL·min^(-1),采用程序升温方式(初始温度50℃,以5℃·min^(-1)升至170℃,停留4 min,5℃·min^(-1)升至190℃,0.5℃·min^(-1)升至200℃,10℃·min^(-1)升至240℃,保持4 min),进样量1μL,电子轰击离子源(EI),离子源温度220℃,电子能量70 eV。结果:王不留行、决明子、酸枣仁3种药材生品脂肪油提取率分别为3.34%,6.16%,20.66%,炒制品脂肪油提取率分别为4.67%,7.40%,26.35%。王不留行生品鉴定出7个化合物,炒制品鉴定出10个化合物;决明子生品鉴定出8个化合物,炒制品鉴定出9个化合物;酸枣仁生品鉴定出10个化合物,炒制品鉴定出14个化合物。结论:炒制能提高脂肪油的提取效率,炒制后3种药材脂肪油的组成出现了一些共性变化。

Relationship between the expression of Toll-like receptor 2 and 4 in mononuclear cells and postoperative acute lung injury in orthotopic liver transplantation

Background The aim of this study was to investigate the potential relationship between the dynamic expression of Toll-like receptor 2 and 4 （TLR2/4） in peripheral blood mononuclear cells as well as changes in serum concentration of inflammatory factors and acute lung injury （ALl） in patients after orthotopic liver transplantation （OLT）. Methods The peripheral blood samples of 27 patients （23 men and 4 women with ASA Ⅲ to Ⅳ） who received OLT were collected for measurement of TLR2/4 at T1 （after induction of anesthesia）, T2 （25 minutes after anhepatic phase）, T3 （3 hours after graft reperfusion） and T4 （24 hours after graft reperfusion）. The expression of TLR2/4 in mononuclear cells was measured by flow cytometry. The serum concentrations of tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-α, interleukin （IL）-1β and IL-8 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Twenty-seven patients were assigned to ALl group （n=-9） and non-ALl group （n=-18） according to the diagnostic criteria of ALl. The expression of TLR2/4 in the ALl group or non-ALl group was analyzed. Results Compared to the non-ALl group, the volumes of blood loss, ascites, total output and transfused red blood cells were higher in the ALl group, and the anhepatic phase lasted longer （P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）. The expression of TLR2/4 in mononuclear cells increased significantly at T3 and T4, and serum concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-8 increased significantly too. There was no significant difference in Child-Turcotte-Pugh （CTP） scores between the ALl group and non-ALl group （P 〉0.05）. The expression of TLR2/4 in mononuclear cells increased significantly at T3 and T4 in the ALl group （P 〈0.05, P〈0.01）. A positive correlation was noted between the expression of TLR4 in mononuclear cells and the serum concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1β （P=0.041, P=0.046） in the ALl group. The global spin alignment of vector mesons has been observed by the STAR collaboration at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider （RHIC） at Brookhaven National Laboratory （BNL）.It provides a unique opportunity to probe the correlation between the polarized quark and antiquark in the strongly coupled quark-gluon plasma （sQGP） produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions,opening a new window to explore the properties of s *** addition,spin alignments of vector mesons have also been observed in other high-energy particle collisions such as e+e-annihilations at high energies where hadron production is dominated by quark fragmentation *** results obtained are quite different from those obtained in heavy ion collisions where quark coalescence/combination mechanism dominates suggesting strong dependence on hadronization *** comprehensive studies in different hadronization processes are *** this article,we present a brief review of theoretical and experimental advances in the study of vector meson’s spin alignments in a variety of high-energy particle collisions,with emphasis on hadronization mechanisms.

Selective modification of peptides has always been a challenging issue. The selective alkylation of peptides can alter the biological activity and physical properties of molecules, and it has gained significant research interest. We herein disclose an intriguing gold-catalyzed alkylation of peptides using bench-stable unactivated alkyl bromides under photoredox catalysis. A wide range of structurally diverse primary, secondary and tertiary alkyl bromides serve as effective coupling partners to precisely connect with the α-C(sp3)–H in glycine residue of peptides. This protocol demonstrates an exceptionally broad scope for alkyl halides and excellent tolerance for a wide range of useful functional groups. A series of relay transformations to construct cyclic peptides, to proceed click reaction and to realize peptide fluorescence labeling further enhance its synthetic practicality. In addition, mechanistic studies and density functional theory(DFT) calculations reveal an inner-sphere and subsequent outersphere single electron transfer(SET) mechanism.

Ovarian endometrioma（OE）, also known as “chocolate cysts,” is a cystic mass that develops in the ovaries due to endometriosis and is a common gynecological condition characterized by the growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterus, leading to symptoms such as dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain, and infertility. However, the precise molecular and cellular mechanisms driving this pathophysiology remain largely unknown, posing challenges for diagnosis and treatment. Here, we employed integrated single-cell transcriptomic profiling of over 52,000 individual cells from endometrial tissues of OE patients and healthy donors and identified twelve major cell populations. We identified notable alterations in cell type-specific proportions and molecular signatures associated with OE. Notably, the activation of IGFBP5+macrophages with pro-inflammatory properties, NK cell exhaustion, and aberrant proliferation of IQCG+and KLF2+epithelium are key features and may be the potential mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of OE. Collectively, our data contribute to a better understanding of OE at the single cell level and may pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies.

Molecular materials showing synergetic coupling of near-infrared （NIR） fluorescence and spin-crossover （SCO） are promisingly applicable in in-vivo bioimaging,temperature sensing,and spintronic *** the related study faces formidable *** this work we graft the NIR fluorophore xanthene onto the dipyridyl substituted triazole ligand and construct a new Febased SCO material,{FeⅡ（ddxc-abpt）2[N（CN）2]2}(1,ddxc-abpt:（E）-4-(((3,5-di（pyridin-2-yl）-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)imino)methyl)-N,N-diethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-xanthen-6-amine).Magnetic studies indicate that compound 1 exhibits thermally induced SCO property in both the solid and solution ***-temperature fluorescence emission spectra reveal a remarkable 7-fold increase in photoluminescence intensity upon the transition from the low-spin state at 110 K to the high-spin state at 280 K,which is the record of all reported coupled fluorescence-SCO ***-temperature ultraviolet-visible （UV-Vis）absorption spectra show a significant change in absorption intensity within the fluorescence emission window,consistent with the F?rster resonance energy transfer （FRET） ***-dependent density functional theory （TD-DFT） calculations demonstrate that the strong coupling is attributed to disrupted energy transfer between the xanthene fluorophore and high-spin *** work provides a feasible approach for expanding the synergetic SCO-fluorescence materials to the NIR-Iwavelength region,and hopefully contributes to the applications of tunable NIR-SCO molecule-based sensors and devices.

In this work, we provide a comprehensive review on the formation, evolution, properties, and effects of supercritical geofluid. In Earth's interior, enhanced miscibility between H2O and silicate by the addition of special components or by the increase of pressure and temperature gives rise to supercritical geofluid with a significant amount of both H2O and silicate *** formation of supercritical geofluid in magmatic-hydrothermal systems, typified by pegmatite system, is governed by meltfluid critical curve. The formation of supercritical geofluid in metamorphic systems, typified by subducted slab, is governed by the second critical end point. Experimental results suggest that the presence of boron and fluorine in pegmatite system makes it possible to form supercritical geofluid at crustal depths, but the release of supercritical geofluid from subducted slab is withheld until almost 100 km depth. A major presence of both H2O and depolymerized structural units（monomers, dimers, etc.） endows supercritical geofluid with unique physical properties including low density, low elastic moduli, low viscosity, high diffusivity,and high electrical conductivity. Supercritical geofluid can effectively mobilize a variety of elements even including high field strength elements and heavy rare earth elements. The chemical signatures of supercritical geofluid can be inherited by metasomatized mantle and mantle-derived melts, and this could give an explanation of the oxidation of arc magmas. Phase separation of supercritical geofluid through the mechanism of spinodal decomposition leads to formation of a melt network. Multiphase fluid inclusions recovered from subduction zone rocks and pegmatites are possible relics of supercritical geofluid. Supercritical geofluid can cause electrical anomaly and low seismic velocity near the top of subducted slab, and can be linked with intermediate-focus earthquakes.
